We recently took the grandkids to the newly opened Dig World, which is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from this Chick-Fil-A. Of course they wanted chicken nuggets for lunch! This was a very busy location. We found a parking spot quickly but then realized we were at the very back of the restaurant. There was no clear markings or signs directing how to enter! It felt very dangerous. Once inside, the line moved quickly. There is a huge play structure inside and it kept lots of kiddos entertained. Our food order was delivered promptly by a friendly employee and everything was correct. I had to go ask for a plastic knife so I could cut my sandwich in half. When I thanked her, I love that they say, "my pleasure."our food was good except one of my granddaughters nuggets was inedible. This is a great location if you're at Grapevine Mills Mall, Bass Pro Shop or the new Dig World attraction. I'm sure it gets lots of customers from those venues, not to mention all the nearby hotels. read more

This is a well run Chic-Fil-A. It is busy almost all the time and the staff handles it well and makes sure each guest is well taken care of. From the basics of taking and filling your order to the extras of getting people refills and sauces etc, the team is on it. One terrible thing about a lot of Chic-Fil-A's, this one included, is that you have to fight the drive-thru line as a pedestrian to go inside the restaurant. It is dangerous at times. The interiors on Chic-Fil-A's is always lacking in warmth and comfort. They are just functional. This one has a kids play area, so the main dining area is dominated by families whose kids are running in and out of it. If you are fortunate, there may be a table on the other side of the restaurant you can sit at to avoid that. My one other complaint is that whenever I order nuggets, without fail, and it happened this time too, at least one nugget, is so fatty it cannot be eaten and has to be spit out. read more

Are you looking for a Chick-fil-A location that sprays toxic cleaning solutions with gross, nauseating chemical fumes all over the floor right by where you are sitting until you are physically sick and can't continue eating? If so, then you are in luck, and this is the restaurant for you! It is absolutely terrible!! Yesterday evening, after working all damn day, my family and I tried to just have a nice, fun, and convenient meal in the dining area of this location. Just as we were starting to enjoy our food, an absolutely clueless and insensitive female staff member (it sounded like her name was Christine or Christina) came into the dining area and proceeded to spray highly pungent cleaning solution that smelled like ammonia all over the floor of the dining area including right by where we were sitting. The chemical smell was so terrible that we became nauseous and short of breath, and we could not continue sitting there eating. My family member with asthma was having an even worse reaction and needed to get to fresh air immediately for relief. We asked the female employee to stop spraying the cleaning solution all over the floor of the dining area, but she would not stop, so we asked for the manager and told him what was going on. Instead of asking if we were okay or offering any help to us, he proceeded to speak to the female employee in Spanish, and she responded to talk about us to the manager in Spanish. Now, keep in mind that just a moment ago, she had been speaking perfect English to us when we complained to her about the chemical smell, and she told us in English that she would not stop spraying the chemicals. We told the manager that we were uncomfortable with them talking about us in Spanish and that we wanted them to talk to us directly in English about the bad experience we just had. In response, the manager continued with his dismissive and unapologetic attitude, and he refused to communicate with us about the incident in English only. He is a terrible manager and clearly incompetent, and he should not be overseeing customer service and food safety here. What a joke! In conclusion, horrible management and staff here! Beware of this terribly operated location (unless you like the smell of ammonia and toxic chemicals sprayed right by where you are eating)! I was in the area for an employment interview and couldn't pass up an opportunity to try out a different CFA. Since I was right on the cut-off time between breakfast and lunch, I will be merciful in my review. I ordered a chicken biscuit with pepperjack cheese, which tasted delicious. The biscuit was so fresh and tasty with crumbling perfection. The coffee, on the other hand, was lukewarm at best and barely palatable. The young man who waited on me was very nice and welcoming. Review based off service but food was outstanding. Came on a Friday afternoon, busy but wait was not too bad. Went through the drive through and ordered and when I was picking up food at drive through window was informed there was no more chick fila sauce. No apologies, just told "do you want a different sauce". I thought it was a joke because of the way it was said and never heard of chick fila not having their signature sauce, but it didn't bother me until I was given attitude about it. Understandably so it's not the staffs fault for unavailable items but a little kindness or customer service goes a long way and can shift an interaction completely, instead of attitude and adding fuel to the fire. I am a regular at Chick Fil A and this was my first time to dine in at this location. My order was given to me completely wrong and I had to take back 4 different items to get the correct one. When I took my son and daughter's Chicken Sandwich with pickles back because my daughter didn't realize the sandwich had pickles on it until half way through, the manager Claudia was EXTREMELY rude. She told me she couldn't give me two because one was half eaten and when I explained to her my daughter just noticed the pickles on it she had an attitude and said I will only give you one. It wasn't until I had to let her know I would contact a manager when she came back and said "I am THE manager!" I told her I would contact customer service which I did. Had a pretty horrible experience here. A group of highschoolers were loudly cursing and saying the n-word in the dining room. I approached them and asked them to stop. One of the teens proceeded to yell at me and curse at me. Employees stood around doing nothing, acting like they didn't notice the teens cursing and dropping n-words for the last 20 minutes. Thought CFA was a family restaurant. Every CFA used to have an employee designated to work in the dining room area. This is clearly not the case anymore. ​Came here yesterday for lunch and I was taken aback with how efficient and fast this place is ran. First and foremost, let me be clear in letting you know this place is super busy during weekday lunch hours.   Second, use the app. One of my co-workers told me that you can earn points and it's very well true. The app allows for ordering and paying and as you head to the restaurant, there's a feature that enables the order to be prepared as you arrive. I highly recommend doing so 10 minutes away as oppose to doing it once you arrive. That way, the food gets prepared and you beat the lunch rush folks who are in store.   As I arrive, it took about 5 minutes for the staff to call our my order using my name. There is a set location (to the right of the register) that allows for pick up orders.Once I picked up my food, made my way to one of the booth to enjoy my Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Waffle fries (my fave).   I love that the app allows for ordering of condiments as I had plenty of ketchup and bbq sauce without having to ask. Moreover, if you feel still hungry, instead of going back up to the counters, you can order more food from the app. like I did.   Everyone is super friendly and you get a smile with every "your welcome". I would give this location zero stars if possible. I ordered a spicy chicken deluxe. I received a regular spicy chicken sandwich. No biggie deal normally. I went to the counter to exchange the sandwich. They asked to see the table I was sitting at, went through my food as if I was hiding the sandwich, and made me reorder the sandwich since I didn't receive a receipt. Really bizarre experience for a chick-fila. So strange. Absolutely perplexed at how rude and unprofessional the employee was. I thought I was on a hidden camera prank show. The drive thru is always, always, always wrapped, so I suggest dining in. They actually do a pretty decent job of keeping the line moving, but the parking lot isn't the best size to accommodate the drive thru being convenient when they are already wrapped around. I'm not a real big Chick-fil-A fan in general, but location wise, this one is convenient for a quick meal on the go in the area. Again, going inside really ends up being faster during the meal rushes, otherwise you can take out the quick part of that statement. The service here is usually pretty friendly and is always adequate. I cannot recall them mixing up or giving me an incorrect order. Quality wise I feel breakfast here has been mixed results, but lunch is a consistent meal. The nuggets and grilled chicken sandwich are always good options and those two items are above average compared to other drive thru restaurants. The tenders on the other hand aren't nearly as good as these two items and I would say are just average for similar places. A nugget craving would have me coming here over the other places in a square mile radius. The salad is usually pretty decent for a drive thru salad, but watch for their ingredients when ordering, why does everyone think blue cheese on fast food salad is a good idea? Salad is average compared to similar restaurants, which just means drive thru salads are normally meh. I think Wendy's does a much better job on salads and I will only choose to come here for that if traffic is bad and my time is too limited. Their waffle fries are usually great, but that is where they get the most inconsistent. Sometimes they are spot on, and they still taste pretty good when under salted but they are hard to eat when overly salted. That's from a girl who likes her salt, FYI. The frozen lemonade is a must try and it gives me a good sugar rush when I'm working a double shift. That is usually the draw for me if I choose Chick-fil-A over another restaurant in the area. This was a weekend visit. Was going to the mall and here we stopped at Chick-Fil-A. Went through the drive-thru, no wait at all and it was around 6:40pm on a Saturday. Which was great! I went into this CFA back in the last week of February and I had never been here . As I was approaching the door and before I entered I held the door open for a lady as she was walking towards the door . Once inside I allowed her to go ahead of me and as they were taking her order there was another employee at the counter a much older lady with silver hair but I wasn't sure if she was taking orders or if her job was something else . As I stood there waiting for the lady that I allowed in front of me to finish a Caucasian male walked in and the lady with the silver hair immediately asked if he needed help . I was like "WoW" ! Then another customer walks , a Caucasian male as well and she quickly attends to him and I'm still standing there as if I'm invisible ! At that point I'm thinking that if you're a minority you are last or second to those who aren't ! Finally the employees that assisted the lady that I allowed in front of me were available to take my order ! Once I finished placing my order I advised the employee that I wanted to sidekick to the Manager once I finished my meal ! Once I was done with my meal I advised the employee that I was ready to speak to the Manager . After a couple of minutes a young lady with dark long hair came over and I told her what took place and the fact that I felt like I was discriminated due to my nationality after what I saw and what was demonstrated by her employee . She like many other Managers when they are told about an issue , situation or experience always reply with "I'm sorry" or "I apologize for your bad experience" and they think that , that will fix everything and make things better ! She then offered me a cookie ! Are you SERIOUS ! A cookie ! Come on now ! Do I look like a child ! I said "no" and instead asked her for 2 comp cards for 2 CFA Sandwiches and she said let me go to the back and get those for you ! Well about a good 7-10 minutes went by which was too long . I'm sure she started at the bottom at one point ! She out of all people should lead by example ! Unfortunately we still live in a world where others think we are less than ! Now I gave the Manager a chance to make it right but as I mentioned it's been 3-4 weeks and I still haven't gotten my comp ! So that is why I'm posting this review ! All the Manager had to do was send me my comps and those in the DFW area wouldn't be reading this ! So if anyone's to blame it's the lady with the silver hair for the way she treated me and the Managers who were too good to refill my beverage and for not doing as they said they would ........ FYI , that's NOT exactly TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I tell you what though , go to the CFA on MacArthur & 635 and let Mr WILLIAM and his ALL STAR TEAM show your employees how to give TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to take great care of customers ! Went through the drive through today and was debating on do I eat healthier or have the usual deluxe. As I pull up to the order board, there was an employee out taking orders. This is a very busy lunch location almost every day. I guess I should have already known what I was going to order before pulling up as I really felt rushed. Not the most friendly person. No up-sale or suggestions. The salad menu has changed a bit since the last I went and what I thought I was ordering is not what I received. The service was very fast and I wasn't at the pick up window for more than 45 seconds. The salad was okay. In general, all Chick-Fil-A restaurants have employees that have good customer service skills. But this location, on my trip this day, was exceptional. My food came out fresh and fast. The workers cleaning the tables were smiling, like they wanted to be there. A tall gentleman asked how my meal was and I told him it was good and I really enjoyed the chili line pepitas, so he offered to bring me more, yum, yes! I tried the new spicy southwest chicken salad and the chicken was really good, again, happy, I was surprised. Not only was the chicken cooked thoroughly, but the spice had heat to it.
