Food was standard for Panda Express and I'm glad I came in despite the high amount of low ratings. I rate this spot 3 stars because they are the average Panda Express. If I start coming regularly I may bump up a star because if a place (especially fast food because it's more rare to happen) has personable employees who get to know their regulars that is the kind of special that deserves extra stars as recognition.
