This is the best "fast food" chicken around, but this location, like the previous reviewer, never gets a drive-through order for a family correct. My family loves to get food here but from now on I will only get food when I'm able to go in and completely check the order before I leave. The first time I went we ordered and they forgot to include corn as one of the sides. This time I checked to make sure that the corn was there which they did and got home only to find that they had forgotten the side of mashed potatoes. Outside of that the chicken is great with you get mild or Cajun the spicing is excellent. The grease content is low and it just makes for a more flavorful meal. Whenever I bring it home, the basket never lasts the night between the six people in my family, and I usually resort to ordering some extra chicken tenders on the side. I'm thinking of using the golden arches ploy the next time I order. When they ask me what I'd like, I am just going to tell them "surprise me". read more

Food is good. Service is horrible. Tried to drive thru on Sunday night (Sept 20). Waited in line for 20 minutes behind 4 other cars. No one moved. I left. Stopped today for lunch (Sept 24). One car ahead of me. After 5 minutes he asked "Is there anyone there?" The response was "Give me a minute". After 5 more minutes they took his order. The girl taking my order was rude and curt on the speaker and worse at the window. No "thank you" or any kind comment or smile. I asked for the biscuit the menu said came with my combo. She just smirked and walked away. I get home and the chicken sandwich I ordered had ONE pickle slice. Amazed they stay in business with this kind of customer service. I will never return. read more

Hungry child who needed a late night snack, this is the place to go for wings when you do not want to spend sit-down restaurant prices, even for a carry-out. I love Popeyes wings! They are so crispy, and typically dependable when you have a craving. We got the sweet and spicy chili sauce on them, they are cheap and delicious. A perfect snack to eat at our hotel at night. read more

I ordered the 10 piece tenders meal. The cook took 6 tenders and broke pieces of it, and told me it was 10. In addition the food smell very weird. The people preparing the food don't wear gloves, and refuse to wash their hands. This is very unsanitary. read more

-Disappointing wait time -3 out of 4 times they don't give you the sauces you requested but put in random sauces instead - I would rate a zero if possible read more

Worst Popeyes location ever and I've never going here ever again, because I got biscuits your last time, and they're freaking moldy like come on bro. At least the bathrooms are clean, and the service is middle because the worker that I gave the multi biscuit back to said it was just the pan. read more

I spent ~$67 ($100 on UberEats) for a 16 piece, my order was short (missing 4 pieces) and their chicken gave me and my father food poisoning. When trying to call support to file a complaint and get a refund, I was met with robots and numbers to call that went nowhere. If you're ever in the mood for fried chicken, I would highly recommend going to KFC instead of this heap of grease. read more

This place is a joke. Ownership and management has changed, and it's gone from bad to worse. Now, the cashiers cannot speak English and all of the orders that I've placed going directly into the restaurant are still wrong! I've had to literally open the bags and show them that they did not get the order right, and they still stare off into the air not understanding that they cannot do their job. Prices are up, way up. Service doesn't even have a heartbeat. read more

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This isn't my first run-in with the rude workers, but today, I respectfully told the lady (who already had yelled at me over the speaker when I misunderstood her) that she forgot one of the items I'd ordered. No joke, she shoved the receipt in my face and said "THAT SAYS TWO 5 PIECE TENDERS" and even put her hands on her hips and gave me a dirty look when I even brought it all up. Friends and family have all had run-ins with the rude workers there. If you want chicken, make the drive down Alpine to Chick-fil-A. Seriously avoid this place unless you enjoy getting yelled at. read more

The food is pretty good without any complaints. Although the service here is terrible. The girl working drive through on 5/6/2025 around 3:35-3:40 was extremely rude! At the window I asked what the types of lemonade there were and she kept dismissing me and giving me the total, where I eventually a few times of doing this I said I'll do a pop and she yelled at the microphone back at me. Then at the window gave me my food and paid and when I was about to ask for something I got the window slammed shut and she walked away. Don't expect to get help or another item for your order here and also keep in mind these people are very irritated and have a short temper. read more

sat in drive thru for about 10 minutes no one answered me , i drove up to window and two girls were in front and they just stared at me i sat there for a few mins then drove around and went inside, when i asked why they let me just sit in drive thru and didn't bother to help me, they ignored me. after a feed minutes and me saying a few different things one of the girls at register said did you wanna order. and i asked for her name she said why i said because im calling corporate and she refused to give me her name. i asked for mana she ignored me, so i called store manager came from back and i asked her for girls name. reporting her to corporate and im done going to this location they always have piss poor attitudes. if you hate your job find another!!!! read more

Food is always tasty but I would say 3 out of every 4 times I go, they get the order wrong -- and it's always something missing from my order, never someone else's put in mine by mistake. Makes you wonder if the manager is telling them to deliberately leave stuff out from larger orders. NEVER LEAVE THE DRIVE-THRU WINDOW WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR BAG FIRST!!! I just got charged $6.49 + tax for a large fry that they "forgot" to put in, and since I'd already closed the chatbot after asking a question, not knowing at the time that the large fry was missing, the chatbot won't start up again to let me process a request for refund. read more

I hate to be a Karen here- but omg I am so upset I doordashed Popeyes last week and it was pretty good- some cold fries but that's ok I have an air fryer! , this week my pregnant self begged my bf for some Popeyes only to get two bottom buns that are literally so stale they are as hard as a rock my chicken over cooked dry and rubbery. We spent 30 dollars for straight trash I won't even eat. I am livid and will never ever order from here again based on this order. Our fries weren't even in the fry bags but in the bottom of the container- we didn't get half our drinks, any of our sauces or straws. Terrible absolutely this company needs to Do better. I should have went to kfc. read more

At 4:30pm we went through the drive through and the lady wouldn't let me finish my order before she gave me the total. Apparently she didn't appreciate that I asked to add one more thing. After paying she threw my change in the bottom of my food bag. Also did not get silverware or straws for the drinks. Maybe that's their way of saving the turtles. It's going to be a real treat eating my mash potatoes with my hands. Update... I asked for everything mild. My young child just took a bite of spicy chicken. He is not a happy camper. No straws really helps out this situation. Update Update... didn't get my BBQ sauce. read more

When we first got there the cashier walked up, he wasn't the nicest and seemed annoyed to be working. I got the 2 piece combo and asked for one mild and one spicy snd at first didn't want to do it. When we ordered our drinks he didn't give the correct drink and was more annoyed. Another guy came up and was amazing he said he was just taking over the store. Very friendly and bubbly. He rang up the next person in line and did such a better job. The floor was all wet and rugs soaking wet - definitely a hazard. Food was good though - biscuits were slightly dry but lots of butter made it better read more

Orders a combo and they shorted us one tender like they didn't know how to count. Then never apologized and gave me my one additional tender. Didn't give us any honey or butter for the biscuit and never offered any sauces. They also ran out of mac and cheese and it was only 4pm. I wouldn't recommend this location solely based on the fact that it's clear they try to short people, it's being done intentionally and the customer service is below average. read more

literally any other fast food restaurant on the planet is better than this place and I didn't even eat a thing. pre ordered online at around 7 at night and they never made my food. They then proceeded to tell me that because of certain circumstances going on they couldn't give me a refund of the 20 bucks I spent. Never told me the circumstances, whatever I don't care. The least you could do is give me my money back. kitchen looked dirty as hell with food all over the floor. nobody gave a shit, every person working in that place would be fired from any job. both cashiers seemed to hate every customer that walked in. The workers in the back were screaming and laughing so loud that nobody could sit in there and actually eat anything comfortably. I couldn't care less about 20 bucks and the workers weren't even trying to figure it out. They had no interest in actually doing their job. It was a party to them. If management reads this... know that you are either the reason for this disaster of a buisness or you seriously don't care about the place you run. Owner should close the store. The sight of that place makes me seriously amazed on how much someone can seriously not care whatsoever about their job. 0 Stars would actively talk people out of giving their money to that hellhole and to those worthless employees cause they shouldn't even have the right to work or make something of themselves after dealing with them. read more

Super crappy service. Delt with two rude employees. And I understand fast food ain't easy so I try to be nice and simple but this was just pathetic. The only nice person in this place is the one who barely speaks English. Order wasn't accurate but didn't taste bad. read more

Ok. My boyfriend suggested we go to Popeyes because I had never had it before! I was not disappointed with the shrimp I received it was what is expected for deep friend shrimp and the biscuits was good, the fries however were soggy and cold. Alright, that's all I have for the food part. Let's talk SERVICE. NO NO NO! There were three individuals in front of us and it took us 20 minutes to even get to the counter to order. Yes, you read that correctly. 20..... And then another 15-20 minutes for our food to be done. I mean, are they slaughtering the chickens back there?!? Not to mention, there were three employees sitting down eating, and they were doing that for the entire 45 to an hour we were there... read more

I love Popeye's!! This location seemed a little subpar, because the time management was definitely lacking. It took over 15 minutes to get our order, most of which was spent waiting on biscuits from what we could hear. The staff was nice and the food was good! But this was not an "above expectations" experience. Would probably come back if we were in town again. read more

Went to Popeyes this morning. I wanted a 10 piece chicken but they only had seven pieces. I ordered a Dr Pepper, received a nasty tasting waterEd down diet Coke, you need to clean your machines and get my order straight! Terrible service !! Nobody waited on me for 10 minutes and they were fighting and cursing behind the counter .

It has been a few weeks since my family and I had Popeyes. Last time we went it was good except for that the red beans and rice as mostly rice. So we decided we wanted to try again last night. BIG mistake. We spent almost $80, got home and our ENTIRE order was wrong! First, we ordered the 16 pc spicy family meal none of which was spicy. 4 extra biscuits which we did not get. We asked for 2 mashed potatoes and got Mac and cheese instead. Once again the red beans and rice were mainly rice. They forgot our fried shrimp and my 8 year olds chicken tenders. Got his fries which were frozen but no tenders. My husband called and talked to someone who didn't say anything but seemingly put him on hold. He stayed on hold for a few mins and gave up and kept trying to call back for the next half hour and they apparently just took the phone off the hook. Meanwhile I, 9 months pregnant had to go back to find out both entryways were locked so I had to stand in the drive through window to tell them they royally messed up our order and they still tried to hand me the order without my kids tenders and forgot the 4 extra biscuits. Another couple had to also talk to them in the drive through as they messed up their order and apparently they don't even have napkins?! Makes me wonder if they even have a manager. I just want my money and time back as now we have a crap ton of chicken that made us sick instead of tasting good and sides that tasted rather like plastic. read more

I love Popeyes Chicken and will be back but this location needs to pay closer attention when filling larger orders. Placed an order through Door Dash. The driver arrived with half of our order and told us there was nothing he could do about it and that we would have to go pick up the rest of our order. Everything we ordered they didn't have. They had a large cardboard sign on the counter advertising their sweet potato pie. I ordered one, they didn't have it. The person behind me ordered a chicken poboy. They didn't have it. The person behind her ordered shrimp, they didn't have it, so she ordered something else, they didn't have that either. The pop from there machine has a funk to it. They were also out of several selections of pop too. The staff was ok, but seemed disinterested. Though, he did ask what side I wanted and I ordered red beans and rice. He said it only comes with one side, so I was a little confused. And after a small exchange, I just said OK. I really wasn't sure what that was about. I don't think I will be back, but I am pretty sure they don't care. read more
