Okay so I'm hardcore Chick-Fil-A fan! I've boycotted the one in Orange for several reasons so I like to try new ones around the OC! I loved the diversity at this location. It represented the picture in the foyer. Way to go as I cannot say this about all of them. This one is right by Thai Bbq and by the new Walmart! Perfect location! I came here last saturday for my breakfast ritual with my mommy :) Since its barely been open, they were a little slow with taking orders and delievering food. I started to get worried after 20 minutes with no food and everyone else was getting theres! They apologized and had smiling warm faces as usual! When we did get our food it was AMAZING! There Chicken Mini's blow any other Chick Fil A out the park!! Sooo hot and buttery and glazed to perfection!! I would rather come here for my breakfast!! ^__^ read more

I love Chick Fil a. I always have. When I moved back home after college, I was so bummed cause there are none next to me, so going to one became a treat. When my bf moved to Fullerton, I saw the Chick Fil a and was sold. I know most Chick Fil a's are full of super friendly people, but this location seems to have more. Besides everything being "my pleasure" ( I want to know what happens if they say "You're Welcome"), they came over a couple times to our table to make sure everything was okay. The guy even had this HUGE pepper mill for my salad, and came over with fresh ground pepper...now that's fancy for a fast food joint. I would say it's like 1.50 or so more than the average restaurant per person, but it's probably cause of all the extras, which I don't mind paying for. Those cute little ketchup packets and the wipes are totally worth it! They are close on Sundays, which is pretty cool, except I only seem to really want Chick Fil a on a Sunday. read more

Yikes! Walked in today for lunch and on my way in saw a manager or someone in a blue shirt yelling at another employee outside of the building right by the front door. Poor guy looked very upset. (Hang in there man we all have bad days at work! Keep up the good work!) It's sad that it's the first thing you see when walking in for lunch. Note to manager: if you are going to yell at and scold an employee don't do it in front of the shop and also don't do it in the middle of his or her shift. Employees are always smiling. They look clean and well groomed. The line is always long but it advances fast, same for cars. They gave me the wrong order once so I called and they emailed me a replacement of my order. I wasnt so happy that my order was missing a combo meal and that I had to wait 2, 3 days for an email but I guess It would have been better if I had returned and show them the wrong order. But over all they were always kind and helpful. Food is good! I always ask to have my fries well done because I like them crispy. read more

After trying to find a Chick-fil-a while in California, this was the 4th one we were able to go inside! (one was closed since it was Sunday, one was brand new and opening in 5 days, the other had about 12 cars in the drive-thru and you couldn't eat inside). Never been here before, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I ordered the Chick-fil-a deluxe chicken sandwich: pickles, tomatoes, lettuce & american cheese. The chicken tasted great, but I don't get the unmelted cheese and no mayo or sauce. I put some mayo on it and it tasted better but the sandwich was huge! I couldn't eat the whole thing. I picked the waffle fries which were yummy and a peach shake to finish it off. The peach shake had an interesting flavor. Maybe it's the Icedream (not ice cream) they make it with? In any case, I think I would have ordered the strawberry if I had known better. The service was VERY friendly and nice. Couldn't have asked for nicer people! Would I seek this place out again? Probably not. But I'm glad I finally tried it since we do not have any in Michigan or Las Vegas. read more

5 star service all the time, every time I come by. And I come by very often. Their deluxe spicy chicken sandwich--uggghh. Chik-Fil-A is literally the only fast food joint I visit, and it's so worth it. A little pricy but it's delicious. You can taste the freshness of the tomatoes and lettuce... And their waffle fries are great. Their iced black coffee is a bit overly strong here compared to other establishments that sell it. read more

What's not to love about Chick-Fil-A? Their chicken sandwiches are amazing and their sweet tea is perfect on a summer's day. Or any day. I like to get it half-sweet and half-unsweetened. This Chick-Fil-A has extra nice workers and they do a lot of good in the community, too. I would come here all the time if I worked a little closer! The only improvement I would ask is that they don't charge for extra lettuce when you ask for a chicken sandwich protein-style. It's an additional 15 cents for lettuce. read more

Great Chic-Fil-A experience. I personally have the met the franchise owner here and again he was here today. Great management and great food. Customer service is spot on. I enjoy having the chic -fil - a grilled chicken sandwiches protein style. In the past I have had the waffle fries in the past (Diets suck) and the Asian chicken salad (great for diets.) I love Chick-Fil-A!! Not only is their food amazing, but they play Christian Music and have family friendly toys and usually a playroom. We are a military family stationed in Hawaii for a few years. I love Hawaii, but that meant NO CHICK-FIL-A!! :( So, of course, the first thing I search for when we arrive on the mainland is,indeed, a Chick-Fil-A. This location happened to be the one my GPS took me to! It was nice and the staff was awesome! On top of that, we happened to arrive on military appreciation night and us, along with our 3 children ate for free! What a blessing that was and it was such a shock, I was in tears at the cash register!! Thank You Chick-Fil-A for blessing the military community!! My senior year in high school consisted of lunch at the nearby mall eating Chick-fil-A. I would grab nuggets, tons of their bbq sauce, a large waffle fry, and a soda five days a week. It was a ritual, one I gave up when I moved far, far away from the states. Now that there is a location only 1.5 hours from Vegas, the nuggets and waffle fries are back in my life, and happily welcome. This location is brand new, run well, and very clean. The staff is efficient so there is no waiting time for food. Everything is delivered to your table when they call your name out. The tables are wiped clean immediately once someone leaves, which is nice to see. The restrooms need more care, but they are extremely busy during lunch. Food is fantastic. The chicken sandiwich is in the styrofoam boxes I miss from my childhood. The nuggets are tender and flavorful, and the waffle fries are just as yummy as they were in high school. The flavors being back happy memories of studying in the mall food court while downing nuggets and fries. I will drive from Vegas to Utah for Chick-fil-A at least once a month. Entry: The restaurant doors were locked and there's wasn't any sign that stated the restaurant was closed. The time was 3:30pm. Another guest inside opened the doors and let us in. Once inside, management came toward us and said their system was down and that was the reason why the doors were locked. We were politely asked to leave. With 3 adults and 4 small kids, it was a hassle to put them back in the car. About 10min later once we had all the kids back in the car, we noticed other guests casually walking in. We called and were told the restaurant was open. Staff: The staff wasn't too friendly. They seemed frustrated and short. This could have been from the system issue they were trying to fix. As the order was being placed, I noticed team members weren't dressed to standard (dirty cap, dirt pants, untucked shirt, uniform not properly displayed). Team members were having conversations that weren't work appropriate. Management: Management busy. It looked like they might have been trying to catch up on the issue they had. Establishment: the restaurant was clean and organized. The restrooms we're clean and well stocked with the exception of a couple of cracked floor tiles. Food: The food was very good. Poor customer service. When they give your order wrong and shorted you in the order they blame you and act like I'm ripping them off. I ordered on drive thru and when I came home I was short on my order and I checked the receipt sure enough I was charged. Went back and they wanted me to bring the whole order back so they can check it. Talk to the manager and she wasn't any help. I love Chick-Fil-A! They have good food, GREAT service and Diet Dr. Pepper!! This is a really new location, so obviously it is really neat and clean and new. But even the restaurants that have been open for a few years (Orange, Irvine) are always kept neat, clean, and new looking! They always have the picture of the owner/operator posted and usually have their contact info so you know who the big boss is and who to contact if something is not up to par... PROS: Chick-Fil-A is classy fast food for the following reasons: great customer service, prompt service but food doesn't taste like its been sitting under a heat lamp, the cups are styrofoam so they don't sweat and drip all over, and if you keep the cup a few hours, your drink stays cold and doesn't fall apart! Also, the selection of sauces is unmatched by any other fast food place and did i mention they have Diet Dr. Pepper!?!?!?!!! CONS: The chain would get 5 stars from me if they would leave the Honey Roasted BBQ packets out with the rest of the condiments/ sauces. (The one in Orange actually does this, but i'm pretty sure they have "gone rogue" b/c every other one locks it up behind the counter!) Also, can we get a self service drink machine? I don't know what is it with this Chick°fil°A but every time me and my wife come to eat here there's always something wrong, either they screw up the order or they don't have decaf coffee(not even at the drive thru). These people are never courteous and have no manners. I feel that these people need to get retrain or maybe the manager in charge is incompetent, this is pretty much a pathetic fast food restaurant, please do yourself a favor and never come here, there are way better places out there. read more

This is the best Chick-fil-A I've been to so far. I generally don't even like fast food, but the food is great every time with healthy options available like grilled chicken nuggets and salads if you're not into fried food. The team members on staff treat you like a guest, not just a customer. A few times the operator has been around helping out and opening doors for guests with a warm welcome. Last time my fiance and I were there they gave us a free ice cream cone since they'd had some extra ice cream in the machine. It does get a little busy, but like any Chick-fil-A they'll offer you a complimentary sandwich coupon for next time if you've waited even barely too long. If you're in the area and looking for great-priced fast food you don't have to feel to guilty about on top of superior service, stop at the Fullerton Chick-fil-A. read more

I guess this Christian company is STEALING customers money since their churches are not collecting from their followers while the pandemic is going on LOL, tonight was my second time ever to try this place since it was late (10 minutest before closing) the first time there I got half full fries but after reading a few reviews I guess that's another way they cut cost and make that extra penny , well tonight I was short changed $5.00 bucks and since I didn't wanted to hold up the drive thru line I parked and went to knock on their door to speak to a manager but I guess the idea of having a Hispanic guy wearing a mask at closing time is too fishy and dangerous for those good old white Christian managers LOL , I gotta be fair and one guy manager was cool but I guess he was on his way out so after explaining what happened he said it was gonna take a few minutes and someone will bring out my $5 dollars so after a few minutes a girl manager came out just to tell me she had counted her money and she balanced and she couldn't help me and THAT'S IT! basically called me out like I was trying to cheat them out of FIVE FREAKING DOLLARS!!! I even showed her the money I had in my wallet which it was all 20 dollar bills and she still said well there is nothing I can do for you, I was hungry and I gave her a piece of my mind , it's not even the few dollars they short me but the way she handled the situation, I guess they need the money more than me and the customer is NOT always right, I'm just an old Mexican dude cheating restaurants 5 dollars at a time LOL , well I guess they don't need my business and I'm more than glad to take it somewhere else, I'm getting pissed off again as I type just thinking about it, oh well I like Cane's more anyways I just didn't feel like driving that far, just keep in mind your GOD is watching you bunch of thieves! Let me preface this by saying that I'm from the South. Southerners love Chic Fil A like nobody else. I go to CSUF, so I stop by this place probably twice a week. Every time I go, I'm greeted by energetic, accommodating crew. They're always so perky, and ready to take your order, even making small talk or asking about my day while I wait at the drive thru window. Almost feels like real southern hospitality! The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. My order is always correct, and I've never had any problems at this location. The food and staff are fully deserving of five stars. I just found out there was a Chik fil a in Fullerton. I haven't always been a fan until recently when my lunch options became the fashion island food court and everything there is way pricey. Chik fil a was a pleasant surprise and reasonably priced. Last night my bf and i were on our way for pho; since i have a cold and wanted soup. To out surprise there was a chik fil a in the same parking lot and we decided to change our plans and dine in there. The moment we walked in those doors we were greeted with a smile and a "Welcome to Chik fil a", the line to order want long since they had 3 employees working the registers. I ordered the #3 spicy chicken meal with the chik fila sauce and buffalo and a cherry coke. My bf ordered the chicken nuggets with 2 honey mustard sauces and 2 Polynesian sauces and a root beer. The buffet of condiments is pretty epic! We sat to wait for our food and while we waited we played a game of dominoes against each other on our phones. A employee walked by and asked if everything was ok & if we were still waiting in food? We said yes of course, 30 seconds later our food was brought to us. Not even halfway into our meal another employee came by and asked if we wanted refills. W said, "no thank you, we atre ok for now" Right after, My bf said"I've never seen a fast food restaurant do that! The service here is amazing!!" 1/2 way through our meal an employee came by with a basket and of course a huge smile asking if we wanted after dinner mints or wet napkins for after our meal. On our way out, we got a refill and every employee there had a smile and eye contact as we left. WOW! AMAZING SERVICE HERE, WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK! Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I got shorted nuggets when I bought a 12 count. I called in to see if there was anything they could do and was told to wait 48 hours and someone would call me back. There was no sorry, no how can we make it right. NOTHING! It's been 3 days and still no phone call. I called back again today and not a single manager can come to the phone and make it right. Apparently they are "too busy" and I have been told to "wait another week for a phone call from a manager". WHAT?!? Seriously unbelievable. I called corporate to complain and next I'm calling my credit card company to get my money back since I didn't receive what I payed for. Fast service during the lunch time rush. It has the same menu as other chickfilas. Only complaint we had was they brought us the wrong food. It was a quick fix and they were very polite about correcting the mistake. I also love that thy have coke zero. It's a personal favorite. read more
