Got food poisoning twice in a row from this place! The tenders are deadly! Maybe they should learn how to cook food!

This CFA location appears to be brand new ... and if it's not, it's very well-maintained. Despite being packed on a Saturday during lunch, everything was clean and orderly. My husband and I stopped by this location for a quick bite after a long hike nearby. We ordered through the app for pick-up inside, although we learned that you can aLSO order directly from your table by scanning the QR code. If you're a CFA fan and you don't have the app, I highly recommend downloading it. Their rewards are the best - and it's super easy to use. I love CFA's chicken tortilla soup, but it's sadly only available in the colder months. During this visit, it was the perfect way to warm up, and it paired well with their delicious waffle fries. I also ordered their vanilla cold brew, which we were pleased to learn is available all day long. We're not in this part of Middle TN much, but the next time we are, I'd definitely stop by this location again! read more

Very clean restaurant and bathroom. Addison helped us at the counter, she was very sweet and fast. The food came out after not even a minute. The bathroom was extremely clean with a stool for kids to use to wash their hands. They had a bunch of trainees and it seemed like they were very efficient about that too. read more

The best Chick-fil-A in the history!!! I just drove through there and turned up the radio when dancing Queen was playing and all the people that work there were dancing and smiling and it just was pretty incredible!!! After waiting in line, I was pulling up to order and frantically the girl taking my order frantically told me to put my other window down, she repeated it multiple times as if something was really wrong. I didn't know why she was demanding this and it felt really scary/out of the norm and she followed it up with. Oh I wanted to see my coworker, have his "love Island moment," also known as ask another customer for his number. Right after our food was placed on our table as we were getting situated, our 9 month old baby accidentally knocked the box over and our grilled chicken sandwich fell out and onto the floor. The manager, Matt, decided to charge us for another sandwich. We live nearby and would frequent this location every 1-2 weeks . After tonight, this location has lost our business indefinitely. We will gladly drive an extra few minutes to the location off Columbia Ave. I hope the $6.75 this location saved by charging us for another sandwich (which is already overpriced for a small piece of chicken on a bun) was worth it. Chick fil a typically has friendly and helpful employees, but this location was staffed with an army of nice folks! All around good atmosphere, polite workers, very clean and fast, definitely the best experience I've had in one of these stores. read more

The last couple times we've come, food has not been good and it's taken forever. Today Fries were mushy and cold. My Husbands nuggets were cold and hard. It's conveniently located but they've been striking out the last 3 visits. read more

Restaurant is clean, drive thru isn't fast, but not the slowest, and the servers are friendly! My orders are always correct. We like to order on our phone and go pick up inside to avoid drive thru wait. Cons: sometimes the chicken has a 'freezer burn' taste to it. Not always, but more than twice now. Also, the chicken size varies so greatly. One time the piece must have been a left over piece from the breakfast menu, because it was sooooo tiny. (this has happened a few times now around 11 am). I wouldn't mind the smaller breakfast size chicken, if I wasn't charged for the larger lunch size. I cannot eat the full one, but this seems like a little sketchy practice at this location. However, despite the cons, we really like this location. They have plenty of accessible disability parking, drive thru runs relatively smoothly, and the staff are friendly! read more

Worst Chick Fil A experience ever. Very sub par for them. Placed order on the app. Received email confirmation of order at 5:32. Drive up and they told to pull up past the window and they would bring my order. (They already gave me the milkshakes which are now sitting there melting). 5:42 still sitting there. I finally got out of my car and walked to the window to see why it was taking so long. Nobody could tell me anything. Finally they bring my food (5:44). Go thru the bags and fries were missing. Had to get back out of the car and go back and get them. Definitely not Chick Fil A quality of service. Not sure what the problem was. They were. As is typical for this great fast food chain, there is a significant drive thru line, but they do a great job of keeping the line moving quickly. They are also the gold standard for taking COVID protections. Our favorite place to go in these trying times. Somehow they train their people to be very polite and positive. Most employees at other chains appear to hate their job and only serve you grudgingly. The employees here seem to be enjoying themselves and happy to see you. read more

Never thought I would have a negative Yelp for Chick-fil-especially in Franklin,TN. I am not sure what was going on here but I waited in the drive through behind one person at the window for about 10 minutes just for a sand which and fries. Once I got the food it so cold and soggy as it seemed like it had been sitting back there,I couldn't even eat the meal. I ended up throwing it away it was that bad. I live close by and frequent this location often. Although I have had a few mistakes they are quick to correct them at no charge to me and offer me a discount on my next purchase. For a location that opened during Covid and has yet to experience a normal day, I think they are doing great. read more

Very poorly managed drive-thru. Upon arrival with only four cars, between both lanes, in front of me, it took more than 25 minutes to get through. Most of that time being spent behind one car. After ten minutes of just sitting there, our order was finally taken. I asked the attendant why the car, two ahead of us, was not moving and she said that she did not know. After ordering, we continued to just sit there. Myself and another car were stuck behind a van that literally did not move for 15 minutes with no one ahead of it. No one explained why nor seemed to care meanwhile, in the lane beside us, six cars were attended to and moved forward that came after us. It was extremely frustrating. I was so impressed that I came back through to chat with him and tell him how happy I was to see kids like him nowadays. I can't believe I'm giving my favorite fast food less than 5 stars, but it is happening. The meal was good as always, but the the entire experience was an utter failure. The abundance of customers completely overwhelmed the employees which turned into a disaster. The parking lot gridlocked, initially caused by the wraparound drive through line that blocked in those who had parked and gone inside. The shortage of parking spots resulted in cars circling the gridlocked parking lot, causing further gridlock. An employee attempted to direct traffic which was initially a great idea. However, the heat and overwhelming responsibility caused the employee to lose their cool multiple times. Despite the parking issues (thanks to McDs for loaning us a spot, lol), we still ventured inside to pick up our meal. Uh, yikes, the inside wasnt much better. Again, the employees were overwhelmed, and the dining room suffered as a result. Filthy tables and floors, along with lines of customers waiting too long for meals or refills, created gridlock inside. Although the money definitely kept flowing for CFA, this is not how they want to earn it. Further, this is the quickest way to shut off that flow of money. CFA, you've got a great thing going on. Pause for a minute and figure out how to fix the problem. Otherwise, shut this place down. It may be a money maker today, but it's planting seeds of doubt in your followers. read more

I have been to this Chick-Fil-A 4 times since the start of the pandemic. Each time I go through the drive-through, they try to take my credit card instead of allowing me to insert it into the machine. This is beyond me that they want to touch my credit card when there is no need to do so. The first time this happened, I called the store and explained to them that they just need to let customers insert the card rather than touching so many cards during a pandemic. The manager agreed with me and said he would address it. The next time, the same thing! The thing that gets me is that this Chick-Fil-A is not my normal Chick-Fil-A. It's the one we go to after we get COVID tested since it is close to the Ag Center. The 2nd time this happened to me, I explained to the girl that tried to take my card that I would prefer to insert it as I had just brought my daughter for COVID testing and did not want the girl to be exposed by touching my card. She then allowed me to insert the card. I called that time and spoke to a manager again and he said, "Oh yeah, I talked to you before." I felt like saying, "Well, then why are you still touching people's cards?" Today, 2/4/21 at 9:42am I went through the drive-through and the guy that came to my window (Blonde haired young man) had his mask below his nose. He tried to take my credit card and I said to him, "I would prefer that you don't touch my card and I can just insert it." He said, "Oh, sure." I'm done with this Chick-Fil-A. I can't imagine how many people go here after going to get COVID tested and they are taking ZERO precautions. The guy who had his mask down and was touching credit cards was also going into the restaurant and not washing his hands and then handing people their food bags. I can't imagine how many germs he passed along today touching people's credit cards when that is not even necessary! I don't understand why every other Chick-Fil-A in Franklin and Brentwood can follow proper protocols and this one cant. Very disappointing! And by the way, my son tested positive for COVID today-glad I didn't let him touch my card! read more
