"Ya seen one, ya seen them all" is a well-worn adage that applies to virtually every fast-food place you visit and this Sonic is no different. Pull into the next open slot; scan the menu board and check for specials (there are some good ones time to time); press the Red order button; clearly state your order; check screen to see that the order is correct (sometimes)....or not; wait...they usually have fairly quick service; check your order...only to find that it's not exactly the same as you intended (I did specifically ask for Tots, not Fries...sigh); shake head and either eat here or take home. Yes, I could ask for a re-do...but is it worth it? Probably not. Pluses: fairly large menu (perhaps with a few too many options). Reasonable prices. Order ahead via App option. Prompt and polite service. Minuses: Greasy fast food with few healthy options....(Hey, the kids picked this; I didn't!) Orders seem to get skewed a bit fairly often.....not a deal breaker. So as long as the grandkids want it, I'll likely suffer through. But, next time we go to that Salad place, guys...ok?! Maybe - maybe not. It's what we do for love. read more

I don't like to write negative reviews because I've worked in food service too and I know how awful people can be but this sonic was honestly the worst service I've ever received. I felt like I was bothering the staff by ordering. Our car's order total ended up being $50 but the girl taking my order cut me off and gave me a total after I finished the first one without asking me if I wanted anything else. The food came out quickly but one order was wrong and another order was obviously just thrown in the bag. The container was upside down and the food was all over the bag. When I asked about the wrong order they fixed it fast but I again felt like I was bothering them because of their attitude. Other sonics I've been to have been friendly and accommodating this one was totally the opposite. read more

The service is terrible. I just waited a solid 45 minutes to get 1 single drink. The boards are all messed up and need replacing. I used to like thins place but it is terrible now. The food is overpriced for the quality. DON'T RECOMMEND. read more

Today I went to this sonic at around 9:30 I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries and a coke. I ordered it on the app thinking that it would make the wait shorter. Little did I know that I would be waiting for over an hour. The manager offered me a doordash order which is unheard of in the restaurant busines. The service was alright besides of that. I appreciated that they were trying to help. I eventually got my order and got a refund. i recommend not to order online at this sonic. read more

This spot is terrible. I have been here 3x, the people that you order with take so long to take your order and act as if it their first day and have not trained at all. It seriously takes about 5 whole minutes to order rather than seconds. Also, I always order "a grilled chicken wrap with chicken and cheese only" and they seem to not understand me or just unable to get it correct. Last time in, I asked to speak to a manager which I have never done in my entire life, and he said "well what do you want me to do about it" in regards to my chicken wrap being wrong. Wow! This Sonic location is by far the worst one ever. Management & Customer Service is extremely very poor. They messed on my mom's order 2 times today. She had to waste her time & gas money. Having to drive all the way back to Sonic. Just to correct an order. When she placed an order for medium tots. They still messed up again. Not only that. But the girl was very rude towards her. In a very unprofessional manner. So very disappointed with how they mistreated my mom. Both Manager & employee were extremely rude to her. Is this how you should treat your customers? Uh No! Update for May 4 2019.... service here isn't what it used to be. :( I used the phone app to order ahead. Showed up at our time... took 10 minutes to get our order. Then only half the order was correct. Fast forward TWENTY FIVE minutes and I'm still trying to get the other half of our order filled. So now, I'm pissed, half my family is done with dinner and half hasn't even started. To top it off, I asked to speak to the manager and was told "Can't you see we're busy? I wish I could give this place less than one star. We are traveling back home from Florida and realized chick fil a was closed. And so we decided to check out sonic for the very first time. It looked pretty cool from the outside with every parking space having an intercom system, but BEHOLD, we were scammed. We went inside to speak to real live people, but were surprised that the same system that was implemented in the parking lot was also indoors. We had an extremely hard time ordering (pretty sure she put us on mute) and of course- our order was botched. To put things simple, the food was horrible. I hope none of us have nausea on the way home to Chicago, or the runs or feel the need to puke out the window on the highway. Next time, we'll wait til chick fil a re-opens on Monday. read more

Horrible. We are on our way to Nashville and stopped to grab some lunch. We ordered a junior cheeseburger and they gave us a hamburger. Instead of making a new one, they took the old one from us without saying a word, slapped an ice cold piece of cheese on it and handed it back. All without a single apology or kind word. They will ask if they can take your order then ask you to repeat it again, I assume because they cant hear or are distracted or sometimes dont understand you, then your order isnt right. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and get home and there isn't any bacon on it.. it is like the main option bacon or sausage. Dont go here, its terrible service. Sonics as a whole have been disappointing lately, but this location seems to mess something up every time we go. We keep giving them another chance, but it just doesn't get better. The car hops seem completely disinterested and it translates to the orders. Tonight, I thought my order of a junior deluxe cheeseburger with bacon would be easy enough, but no. I get home to a hamburger (no cheese), no bacon, no lettuce or tomato, and apparently they decided to replace all that with mustard. So much mustard. If I had hot tots with salt, that might have been something, but again, no. Cold tots with no salt on them. Ick. At least the building is pretty. But you can't eat that. read more

I'm about to write off this location and never return again. Love sonic, eating it for the past 20 years. This location is not being managed correctly, or the employees don't give a s**t...maybe it's both. If you ask for no cheese on something, good luck. They ring it up correctly, screen says no cheese. The receipt is correct, it says no cheese. The car hop reads it correctly, she says no cheese. You open up your order, it has cheese. Learned my lesson after getting home several times with the order wrong. The past 2 times (including tonight), exact same issue. I make the car hop stay there while I checked it, it had cheese. She apologized, took it back and corrected it. I still tip each time, they aren't the morons running the place or making the food. read more

This is the Franklin location that others here have called Berry Hill. Very disappointing. Service was lightning... food came out in only a minute or two... literally. However, it came out so fast because it had probably been sitting around for a VERY long time. George Washington probably ordered it and didn't show up, so they saved it for us. We are used to MUCH higher quality from other Sonics in our area. We will never come back to this one. read more

I usually love Sonic from other locations but I have never been happy with anything I've gotten from the Sonic in Berry Farms Franklin Tennessee my usual order is a grilled chicken sandwich today I ordered the same I literally ordered and I looked up in the sandwich was there so I paid for it went home with it and it had obviously been sitting and I should have driven and taking it back but I was so hungry I just ate it however this is not the first time that I've had food there that is not good and I have sent it back only to get the same so I guess I'm not going to be going to that Sonic even though it's so convenient for me I hope this helps the Sonic people reading this so that they can get their act together up there because there's a lot of people that enjoy going there but if the food's lousy we're not going to go read more

This place is horrible. My first experience there I arrived at 10:50pm on a Tuesday night and promptly hit the button. Two seconds later a rude teenager responded with "we are closed", I proceeded to leave. Tonight myself and my girlfriend decided to take another chance at this location. There was about 8 cars total there and it took about 11 minutes to get our food. When we arrived back home I opened my sonic burger and let me tell you, DISSATISFACTION at its finest. The burger was literally thrown together and to top it off the burger was on two bottom buns, both of which were soggy as all get out. I will NEVER go back to this location and will use the ole trusty 96 one. You might as well have not even put a sonic in berry farms because at this rate it won't last long. If I could give a negative star for this Sonic location I would! I had the worst day of my life. It all started when I was heading into work and my car got a flat tire. I ended up being late by 45 minutes, and my boss said that was the last straw for me and that I was fired. I then took my girlfriend to lunch to discuss what had happened. She proceeded to dump me because she wasn't going to be seen with some "unemployed loser". I went home after lunch to spend time with my dog Willie, who I knew would love me regardless of my job status. I knew it was time for him to go out to go to the bathroom. I left him out there unattended as I usually do because he never runs off. I then heard the sound of tires screeching and a dog yelping (no pun intended) loudly. I walked outside to see my little Willie flattened like the bottom pancake of a stack of flapjacks from iHop. At this point I turned to what I always turn to when I get laid off, or my girlfriend breaks up with me, or my dog gets ran over, the booze. Except this is the first time all 3 of these things happened to me in the same day, so naturally I drank 3 times as much as I did the other times those events happened to me individually. I got so drunk that I began to think this world had nothing left for me to live for. I even came to the point of holding a gun to my own head. Luckily I happened to have the TV on and come across a sonic commercial. There was so much joy brought to those 2 men's faces that I knew there was joy left for me in this world, and that joy could be found at Sonic. I was too drunk to drive, so I decided to take a quick power nap and sleep off my drunkness for a few hours. Unfortunately, I overslept. I had planned on waking up around 8, but instead I woke up at 10:30. I looked at my google maps and saw that the Sonic 5 minutes away from my house doesn't close until 11. I knew I had plenty of time but I couldn't wait any longer. I immediately got in my car and drove down to Sonic. I arrived at 10:35, only to find that SONIC CLOSED 25 MINUTES EARLY! I mean my goodness what kind of fast food place shuts down during their most prominent business hours?!? I mean hell I've been fired from work several times for being late, but damnit you'll never see me leave early! That's why I award this Sonic 1 Star. 1 fucking star, and may God have mercy on their soul! Now instead of a delicious peanut butter Oreo milkshake from Sonic, I'm drinking down another handle of Jack Daniels (5 star product btw) and writing my last yelp review ever.
