They're very small samples, so don't get the idea you can come here and start taking free shots! I don't really think anyone would do this, but I feel inclined to tell you. The customer service associate was super nice and helpful with our visit. Generally, my husband and I just wander and help ourselves to check out different selections that various liquor stores have to offer, but since we got to try a couple of options for tequila, we interacted with him. They have a decent section of liquors and wines. This is one liquor store that is in the radius of 3 other stores within half a mile. I can speak for the other stores, but I'm glad we checked this one out and would come back. We did purchase the tequila we tried.,

FAVORITE SPIRITS SHOP IN ALL OF FRANKLIN/WILCO!!!!!!!…read more I tried a CBD (no THC) beverage at a local restaurant (my leg was cramping as I was walking in/i am very active at the gym). I slept so well that night and needed to buy some of these drinks! I drove all over town even in some smoke shops and liquor stores and no one could get it for me. I randomly stopped in here and explained my dilemma! They said they would order for me but I didn't hold my breath. To my surprise I got a call saying my order was ready! Amazing! They already sold out again when I bought the last four pack. A couple days later ANOTHER TEXT FROM THEM SAYING ITS READY! The shop is clean, the employees are super friendly, and I love the tasting section for events they have! HIGHLY RECOMMEND - above and beyond!

This Total Wine sits at the back of the large center that is Brentwood Place on Franklin Road…read more I have always been a fan of Total Wine, as they carry a lot of the specialty stuff that you just can't find at the more local shops. In some cases the prices are better, but not always. When I swing by, it is normally for a specialty item and this last trip was just that. And while I was on a mission, it always turns into "well, I am already here..." type of trip, so I walk out with a few classic items as well. The store is well laid out, clean and always well stocked. In addition to the booze, they offer classes, have classrooms, a beer cooler, humidor and a few other things to offer. Service is where they lost a star for me. I will say that the cashiers are always friendly and helpful, but the service I receive on the floor is never great. They always tend to have an attitude, like I am bothering them. This latest trip was no different. I asked two associates while wandering around the store and neither were very pleasant interactions. Very weird for the brand, but at least at this location, it is fairly common from my experience. It is never enough to be labeled as "bad" or "awful", but it is quite off-putting. Overall, this Total Wine location comes in clutch when needed, and it will remain a go-to for the goods, specialty or not.

While the name showcases Cigars first, their signage tells the full story of all they offer from cigars, wine, spirits and beer...but whatever they market themselves as, I like to look at this spot as a liquor store above all else, at least that is what usually brings me in! They have your typical variety of liquors, beers, wines, etc...along with all the accessories you need for that perfect drink. The space is well stocked, well laid out and organized making it easy to find what you are after. The building is a bit old, so it shows its age, but they keep it up well and also make sure the store is clean. Getting in and out of this plaza can be a bit tough depending on which direction you are headed, so be cautious. Pricing is a bit higher here than I am used to, but that is true of most things in the Franklin area. Overall, while this is not my go-to spot, when convenience and desire meet in Franklin, I do not mind swinging by Holiday.
