They have a decent section of liquors and wines. This is one liquor store that is in the radius of 3 other stores within half a mile. In some cases the prices are better, but not always. When I swing by, it is normally for a specialty item and this last trip was just that. And while I was on a mission, it always turns into "well, I am already here..." type of trip, so I walk out with a few classic items as well. The store is well laid out, clean and always well stocked. In addition to the booze, they offer classes, have classrooms, a beer cooler, humidor and a few other things to offer. Service is where they lost a star for me. I will say that the cashiers are always friendly and helpful, but the service I receive on the floor is never great. They always tend to have an attitude, like I am bothering them. This latest trip was no different. I asked two associates while wandering around the store and neither were very pleasant interactions. Very weird for the brand, but at least at this location, it is fairly common from my experience. It is never enough to be labeled as "bad" or "awful", but it is quite off-putting. Overall, this Total Wine location comes in clutch when needed, and it will remain a go-to for the goods, specialty or not.
