Second visit to this location as my doctor's appointment is right around the corner. First visit was okay except for the fly issue. Maybe the issue has been addressed because I didn't see a single one. Don't mean to harp on it, but it can make or break a business. Came in and ordered through the app from the table. The store was dirty, the tables were awful, no one came around to check on us ( NO ONE) and the kids meal had no toy, on and on. We didn't get the sauces we ordered. Worst Chic Fil a experience ever. I had a curbside order that never came to my car, so i had to go in that's fine maybe they're busy. Nope. I get in and most of the restaurant employees are sitting down on break. I could see my order in view sitting on the counter but nobody bothered to bring it out. This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A in the Dfw area. They are constantly inconsistent with their food. Over cooked fries and nuggets. Fries are rarely salted correctly and it seems like they are cooked well before you get them. They need a change in management. I went here for lunch with my boys. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and my boys got chicken nuggets and a regular chicken sandwich. The french fries are waffle style and are pretty good. I recommend Polynesian and the Chick-fil-A sauces. They make a pretty good fresh squeezed lemonade too. All the employees were real polite. The drive through line looked long, but they were able to move people along pretty quick. I will likely come back when I have a craving for another one of those tasty chicken sandwiches. read more

I've had good & bad experiences with this location since they opened. On the plus side, food is always hot (or cold, in the case of parfaits) and the tea is still good. However, I've received not so great customer service at each visit. They are *very* slow and in absolutely no rush to get you your order- which is odd at a Chick-fil-a, no? We've had missing items, double items, incorrect items... I think the only time I've received my order 100% correct, was when I only got a tea and a large fry. Not super impressed. Somebody from the South Burleson location should come give this one some pointers! read more

I wasn't going to do a review BUT then it happened again... so on today I went through the drive through to order breakfast. Get to the window to pay and about few seconds later the young lady said, " we're still waiting on your sandwich, it'll take 2 minutes just pull to the front, put your hazard lights on and we'll bring it out". I did just that, at that moment i was "ok". But then 2 minutes went and then another 5 minutes... at that moment I got out my car to see where my food was... as I'm going in I could see that they were trying to figure out some stuff... I see what appeared to be a "manager" (I could be wrong) but he was helping. He looked my way (maybe she saw the dissatisfaction on my face) and handed my bag to the young lady to bring to me... I'm a bit perturbed because... this happened about a month ago where I order food and had to park in the front wait for my food only to drive off to turn around because they forgot the fries. I know that the food industry could be a bit overwhelming for some but Chick-fil-a almost always have their stuff together... these past few times haven't been the best experience for me... I don't really know if it's possible to give the lowest review I would give them. We ordered through their delivery service las we're having to wait here for a flooring person to come by... after two changes in drivers, we finally called support. We ordered at around 10:15. The time for delivery continued to change, eventually to 11:40... for a Chick-fil-a that is not a mile away... keep in mind, breakfast ends at 10:30... which puts our food prepped for an hour and 10 minutes and I guess just waiting there... so, two more driver changes, upping the count to 4 total... I'm not sure I've ever been quite as pissed off over food service... so, with our fifth dasher, who was super kind and actually called us to let us know what was going on, we got to talk to the manager who then told us our order could not be filled because it came in at 10:33... when we placed it well before then... and then, when we asked for a refund, we were told we would have to do it through DoorDash when we ordered through Chick-fil-a app. The manager seemed sort of agitated that we would even ask. Again, they do not deserve a single star rating. We went ahead and checked with DoorDash, when we called for a refund, for confirmation of when the order was confirmed and it was 10:15, well before the cut off... if I was responsible for this particular chick-fil-a, I would bring in new competent management. What trash service! I would be embarrassed to work there. I know I'm embarrassed for them and am embarrassed we waited as long as we did. read more

This location has some of the friendliest workers I have ever met. No matter what the weather is, they are always kind and have a smile on their face. I usually order on the app and do curbside or drive-thru depending on the weather and never has my order been wrong or cold. Even when the line is long there is barely a wait. Also I'm not sure about indoors but everyone wears their mask appropriately outside to talk to guests and as a high risk heart patient, I really appreciate it! read more

Really the only fast food chain I visit, knowing that they make their chicken on site is a big factor for me. This ones no different than the other CFAs out there in terms of what to expect. CFA always used to be the perfect fast food chain to me. But in the last few years, they've been cutting down portion sizes while increasing the prices. Their chicken sandwiches are noticeably smaller, their wraps lost around 25% of their size (and they added more lettuce), they changed their salad packaging last year to a smaller size, and they also switched their breakfast bowl packaging to a smaller size as well. We all have to deal with inflation in this country, I get it. But it needs to be keeping the same portions with higher prices or reduce portions but with lower prices. Not both reducing portions and increasing prices. Like with any other large company, they're trying to pull the wool over our eyes. I used to be a super customer years ago (2-3x week). Now it's about 1x a month. Their drive thrus are still printing money and they're getting away with it for now. But if I could say anything to their top level executives is this quote from Mark Cuban: "Just watch. Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. When you try to take it too far, people turn the other way. I'm just telling you, when you've got a good thing and you get greedy, it always, always, always, always, always turns on you." read more
