Second visit to this location as my doctor's appointment is right around the corner. First visit was okay except for the fly issue. Maybe the issue has been addressed because I didn't see a single one. Don't mean to harp on it, but it can make or break a business. Came in and ordered through the app from the table. Food came out hot and fresh and in a timely manner. Did I mention delicious? That too! Seemed a little slow in the dining room, but the driving room was busy. As usual, I enjoyed today's visit even though I always order the same thing. Great job! read more

Hate to see employees standing in the cold taking orders. If there isn't an issue with the drive thru ordering system then we, as customers, can use those. Keep employees inside where they're warm & safe Food order was correct. read more

This was my first time going to chick fil a and it was amazing! There was this sweet girl called Jackie or Jackeline who took my order! It was a really unique experience! The overall restaurant was very clean and friendly! All my regards to Jackie tho! She has that leader spirit! read more

After ordering my food, I went to find a seat every table that was not being used was dirty. Had to ask an employee if they can wipe it down. Someone should be in charge of cleaning the lobby.Floor was also wet. read more

CFA did not pack all of our food. They left out the fruit cup and the milk. They did not place security tape over the drink for delivery. Yes, We advised no hot sauce yet the made sure to include that. Go figure read more

The store was dirty, the tables were awful, no one came around to check on us ( NO ONE) and the kids meal had no toy, on and on. We didn't get the sauces we ordered. The young employees were all behind the counter laughing and cutting up. That's ok, but not when the store and service was so poor. read more

Gabriel and Alina were great! They did an awesome job--super friendly, quick, and clearly cared about doing things right. Food was fresh and service was even better. Keep it up read more

Lyriq was absolutely AWESOME! She was such a sweet young lady. She brought our food out to the car and noticed our dog. She then went back and got our dog a pup cup. Not only was our dog appreciative, but so were we. She is the epitome of great customer service. read more

What sets Chick-fil-A apart isn't just the food--it's how they make you feel. Whether you're grabbing a quick meal or treating yourself after a long day, their consistency, quality, and hospitality keep you coming back. Highly recommend if you're looking for comfort, flavor, and stellar service wrapped up in a warm bun. Thanks Haley read more

Great service, great food, and the store is always clean. Not sure why there are any negative reviews? Some people just love to complain. read more

Not only do I always have to check my order to ensure it's right and at least warm and not cold but this location has some of the worst employees I have come across not only are a lot of the non managers rude but so are the managers. If customer service is important to you then coming here is a total miss. read more

Worst Chic Fil a experience ever. I had a curbside order that never came to my car, so i had to go in that's fine maybe they're busy. Nope. I get in and most of the restaurant employees are sitting down on break. I could see my order in view sitting on the counter but nobody bothered to bring it out. I'm waiting in the pick up area, for 10 minutes two employees including a manager has walked passed me no greeting nor asked if i had been helped. Someone finally comes over just as i'm about to go ahead and grab it myself. The food was not even fresh anymore by then. read more

Chick-fil-A - Strawberry Milkshake - Salad Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

This is one of the most poorly executed/ raggedy CFs I've ever come across. Absolutely pathetic!

Came to dine in for lunch in a Wednesday around 11 AM. It was pretty empty and quiet. Even the drive thu wasn't to busy. I love how many ordering options Chick Fil A has. I just sat down at a table and ordered through the app. My food was ready in less than five minutes and the lady who brought it out to me was extremely sweet and friendly. Definitely a good location. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A and can't wait till they get the bugs all worked out! As we all know the quality & service Chick-Fil-A shows is just HEAVENLY! So happy to have one close to home & on my way to work! Advice: just check you orders while they work out all the new opening Jitters! read more

If you want your order right don't come to this location because apparently nobody knows what they're doing. If I was a manager i would fire everyone and start new. How hard is two sun joy drinks I ask you ? It took almost 30 minutes in spot #1 . Dozens of people have come and gone and not one employee asked if I was being helped . Outrageous.. do yourself a favor , don't come here . Go to Alta Mesa or Benbrook. This location sucks .. read more

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-A in the Dfw area. They are constantly inconsistent with their food. Over cooked fries and nuggets. Fries are rarely salted correctly and it seems like they are cooked well before you get them. They need a change in management. All the ones in Burleson are top notch and most of the ones in Grand Prairie. read more

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had, it has been an awful day and after a long day at work and driving 5 hours to be with my dying aunt I wanted to get my food without issues. They forgot my sauces and after having to go back I was told by Angi that I needed to pay more attention to my order. That's not why I come to Chick-fil-A, to have to check my order. The level of disrespect from the staff is something I might expect from Popeyes. The absolute worst way to end an awful day read more

Stopped this morning for a burrito and salsa, I had to go back because they forgot the salsa. Once I stop to eat I had no one single napkin! Check your order before you leave, even though they were like 10 people by the drive thru window, not warranty all is in the bag. Lesson learned read more

Friendliness of staff is top notch. Very friendly. However, not the best at getting orders right. I ordered a club, but it didn't have bacon. My husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but it wasn't spicy. Otherwise decent food, fast, and friendly. read more

I went here for lunch with my boys. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and my boys got chicken nuggets and a regular chicken sandwich. The french fries are waffle style and are pretty good. I recommend Polynesian and the Chick-fil-A sauces. They make a pretty good fresh squeezed lemonade too. All the employees were real polite. The drive through line looked long, but they were able to move people along pretty quick. I will likely come back when I have a craving for another one of those tasty chicken sandwiches. read more

I've had good & bad experiences with this location since they opened. On the plus side, food is always hot (or cold, in the case of parfaits) and the tea is still good. However, I've received not so great customer service at each visit. They are *very* slow and in absolutely no rush to get you your order- which is odd at a Chick-fil-a, no? We've had missing items, double items, incorrect items... I think the only time I've received my order 100% correct, was when I only got a tea and a large fry. Not super impressed. Somebody from the South Burleson location should come give this one some pointers! read more

Always missing something in my order and have to go back. Would not recommend this location.

Wasted 30 minutes in the drive through lane only to be told they have no more breakfast. This has to be one of the worst chick filas I ever been too. read more

Really really slow drive thru. Young man taking my order was friendly so five stars for him and of course the food was good but I don't have ten minutes to wait in the drive thru. Clean on the outside. Didn't go in but it looked clean too. read more

Terrible customer service. I went through the drive thru, and just ordered a chicken sandwich. I pull up to the window just to get told it's not ready and to pull around the side to wait and that someone would bring it to me. I waiting for 30 minutes. read more

I love Chick-fil-A but unfortunately this one has not been the greatest. I wouldn't have an issue if they would stop forgetting the food that I order. I have to now triple check my order before I leave because they ALWAYS forget something. I keep going to this one because it's less than a mile away and convenient. They actually still owe me some food but no one ever contacted me when I gave feedback on the Chick-fil-A app. Maybe they need new management. read more

Went thru drive thru today and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I was given a grilled chicken sandwich. I went into the store and asked to exchange my sandwich. The sandwich was gladly replaced but had no pickles on it. There seems to be a problem with the fast food drive through in and around Crowley hiring competent help. read more

I wasn't going to do a review BUT then it happened again... so on today I went through the drive through to order breakfast. Get to the window to pay and about few seconds later the young lady said, " we're still waiting on your sandwich, it'll take 2 minutes just pull to the front, put your hazard lights on and we'll bring it out". I did just that, at that moment i was "ok". But then 2 minutes went and then another 5 minutes... at that moment I got out my car to see where my food was... as I'm going in I could see that they were trying to figure out some stuff... I see what appeared to be a "manager" (I could be wrong) but he was helping. He looked my way (maybe she saw the dissatisfaction on my face) and handed my bag to the young lady to bring to me... I'm a bit perturbed because... this happened about a month ago where I order food and had to park in the front wait for my food only to drive off to turn around because they forgot the fries. I know that the food industry could be a bit overwhelming for some but Chick-fil-a almost always have their stuff together... these past few times haven't been the best experience for me... I hope it gets better. read more

I don't really know if it's possible to give the lowest review I would give them. We ordered through their delivery service las we're having to wait here for a flooring person to come by... after two changes in drivers, we finally called support. We ordered at around 10:15. The time for delivery continued to change, eventually to 11:40... for a Chick-fil-a that is not a mile away... keep in mind, breakfast ends at 10:30... which puts our food prepped for an hour and 10 minutes and I guess just waiting there... so, two more driver changes, upping the count to 4 total... I'm not sure I've ever been quite as pissed off over food service... so, with our fifth dasher, who was super kind and actually called us to let us know what was going on, we got to talk to the manager who then told us our order could not be filled because it came in at 10:33... when we placed it well before then... and then, when we asked for a refund, we were told we would have to do it through DoorDash when we ordered through Chick-fil-a app. The manager seemed sort of agitated that we would even ask. Again, they do not deserve a single star rating. We went ahead and checked with DoorDash, when we called for a refund, for confirmation of when the order was confirmed and it was 10:15, well before the cut off... if I was responsible for this particular chick-fil-a, I would bring in new competent management. What trash service! I would be embarrassed to work there. I know I'm embarrassed for them and am embarrassed we waited as long as we did. read more

Chick-fil-A - Can ever get order, right? - Salad Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

This location has some of the friendliest workers I have ever met. No matter what the weather is, they are always kind and have a smile on their face. I usually order on the app and do curbside or drive-thru depending on the weather and never has my order been wrong or cold. Even when the line is long there is barely a wait. Also I'm not sure about indoors but everyone wears their mask appropriately outside to talk to guests and as a high risk heart patient, I really appreciate it! read more

The worst chick fil a I've ever been too, I love chick Fil a because it's always fast but this one is so insanely slow no matter how many time I go. I waited over 20 minutes for my carry out order that I ordered in advance through the app. I'm actually still waiting on my car as I'm writing this review. It would have been faster to go through the drive thru at this point read more

I'm not much of a fast good guy but Chick-fil-A is good. Sometimes eating here I forget that it is fast food because the customer service is always great.. Chick-fil-A is always packed though so if you're coming to order quick on your lunch break you might want to try somewhere else.. read more

Went for fries and shake during their busy dinner rush. My 2 yo dropped the shake and started crying. We asked the staff to dispose of the cup for us. Really the only fast food chain I visit, knowing that they make their chicken on site is a big factor for me. This ones no different than the other CFAs out there in terms of what to expect. CFA always used to be the perfect fast food chain to me. But in the last few years, they've been cutting down portion sizes while increasing the prices. Their chicken sandwiches are noticeably smaller, their wraps lost around 25% of their size (and they added more lettuce), they changed their salad packaging last year to a smaller size, and they also switched their breakfast bowl packaging to a smaller size as well. We all have to deal with inflation in this country, I get it. But it needs to be keeping the same portions with higher prices or reduce portions but with lower prices. Not both reducing portions and increasing prices. Like with any other large company, they're trying to pull the wool over our eyes. I used to be a super customer years ago (2-3x week). Now it's about 1x a month. Their drive thrus are still printing money and they're getting away with it for now. But if I could say anything to their top level executives is this quote from Mark Cuban: "Just watch. Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. When you try to take it too far, people turn the other way. I'm just telling you, when you've got a good thing and you get greedy, it always, always, always, always, always turns on you." read more
