I stopped here for lunch after utilizing the large amount of Tesla chargers further up the road. I parked and dined inside. There was plenty of parking. I thought it was a good sign when the local police and local firefighters were both dining inside. The line to order moved swiftly inside. The employee was kind. I ordered a number 1 meal (original chicken sandwich) with extra pickles. I took my number to the table. The food was brought out quickly. I was happy to see that the request for extra pickles was granted with a decent amount of pickles. Much appreciated. The chicken was a plentiful size and crispy. The waffle fries were also super hot and crispy. Shout out to the wonderful woman working the dining area. She checked in on me and even offered to get me a drink refill. Absolutely ridiculous! We drove all the way down from Orlando and expected to be able to go inside, use the bathroom and order food and they told us that our young children could not go and use the bathroom to go pee after my two boys had been sitting in the car for two hours waiting to get to Chick-fil-A. I don't care if it's their favorite fast food place. It makes a bad name for it because it's not the nice thing or right thing to do. We were told, "You can't go inside to pee and that the dining room is closed and we are cleaning it." It says that it's open till 10 PM! I waited in line for the Veterans Day giveaway of the free chicken sandwich. The person in line told me that specific Chick-fil-A did not honor the free sandwich, but I could still get a discount. That manager/ owner at this location needs to get a grip on the teenagers he's hired. More interested in flirting over their headsets (Gabby) than paying attention to customers right in front of them. This is the first CFA where I've encountered this. I love Chick-Fil-A but this Fort Pierce location is slacking tremendously. Items missing (straws, sauces, napkins, food items) from your order on numerous occasions. Also there is No grilled chicken at this location. It was but for the last month or so there "grill" hasn't been working. They even removed grilled chicken from their menu. Very dissatisfied. Quality of my sandwich and salad was not as I have been accustomed. My Sandwich was barely even warm so cheese was cold. The filet itself was very small too. Tons of parking here. We came in on a Friday afternoon at 4:00, and so did a bus load of kids, but the line inside actually moved quickly. We were behind about 30 people and it only took 5 minutes to reach the counter. These guys are good! I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and the nuggets with Polynesian sauce. The girl taking my order was very friendly and complimented me on my ScoobyDoo T-shirt. The order came up in just a couple minutes and it was cooked perfectly, super fresh food. Great food, Great Staff, Great Value. This location is to the east of I-95 on the north side of the road. They have plenty of parking when times are normal. Times are not normal. They are following the current COVID-19 guidelines so they have the parking lot set up so that you can stop by a tent by their door and order from inside or go through the drive-thru. We went through the drive-thru. They had their usual two lines to order that combined to one for pickup. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. I'm really surprised at all the bad reviews for this CFA location. I work down the road so I usually get lunch here twice a week, right during peak lunch hour. Everyone has always been friendly and my order is always correct. Sometimes the drive through line is a bit slow, but if you use the app and do a mobile order it's much faster. The staff members that come out to the cars to get your order and bring it out are really hustling! No complaints from a regular customer! CFA is the best and I think this location has done a great job during Covid! read more

The staff was rude and customer service was appalling. I did not appreciate feeling as if my concerns were brushed aside and that they didn't care that we didn't receive our order. The crew member was rude and didn't care that we drove all the way there for food and they didn't have the item and then lied to us when we asked if there was anymore at all and sold some to another customer. Recently came back to this Chick-fil-A again and another awful customer service experience with this restaurant. The manager Aracely was rude did not try to help at all and did not even try to make up for the blunder that they caused. I feel like they need to get a new manager or at least retrain her on the keys points of customer service. All experiences with Chick-fil-A that I've ever had have always been superb except for here.
