I am guessing they do it to misrepresent their level of service in the app. Once I got my food, I filled my drink and could not find a napkin dispenser anywhere. (Probably, someone thought they were smarter than McDonald's and figured they could save a few dollars. Historically, that never ends well.). I was direct back to the counter where I got my food. I had to track someone down since nobody was at the counter. When I finally got someone, he reached under the counter and handed me 3 napkins. He came over from touching 2 other stations.
