Arby's is trash. The steak nuggets are disgusting. They taste like rehydrated beef jerky.

Pretty decent experience. Food was delicious, AJ was nice and make sure you ring the bell. Only downside is that it was kinda messy and some of the sodas weren't working. read more

I don't know if I'd like to go inside and look because from the way the drive-through windows I don't think the owners really pay attention to the cleanliness doesn't look like the windows have been cleaned in forever. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! would give zero stars if this was an option. Walked in with a coupon. Was charged full price for items that were included in the coupon. Bag was overloaded, and after asking for an extra bag, and given an attitude, bag ripped before getting to the door. Rating this arby's for what it is; And Arbys at a truck stop. It was fairly clean, updated, decent service. The brisket sandwich was good, the buffalo sandwich was also fine. Curly fries here are always on point, and last but not least; the jamocha shakes!! HORRIBLE- drive through shut down so had to go in. Stood at the counter for ten minutes and no one greeted me. A manager walked by me without saying anything so I said "is anyone going to take my order?" His reply "he'll be out." No apology, no hello, and certainly no help. The young guy in the back finally came out but never even looked at me. I walked out without ordering and gave my business to a restaurant that wanted to assist me. That manager should be ashamed of himself for not helping his team. I use the term "team" loosely. I will not be returning to this Arby's anytime soon. read more

While I know that Arby's roast beef sandwiches are loaded with salt and are even worse for you than some fast food burgers, every once in a while I get a craving for one of their sandwiches and curly fries. On this day I was traveling down the I-95 and was hungry when I spotted one of their billboards and decided to stop. This Arby's is a bit unique, as it's located in the same building, and connected internally to a Love's gas station and convenience store. In fact, if you need to use the restroom as I did after a long drive, you need to walk through the large passageway from inside the Arby's and use the restrooms toward the back of the Love's convenience store. This Arby's if fairly typical and offers the usual menu, the woman who took my order was friendly (though a bit soft spoken and I had to ask her a few times to repeat herself), and by the time I filled my drink cup, they were calling my name as my food was ready. They have an adequate amount of tables for 2 or 4, though the place isn't huge inside, and is certainly smaller than stand alone Arby's locations. I was overlooking the messy tables and trash under them but then when she tells me they are out of roast beef and I realize they have no customers for that reason...why is the dining room trashed? There is an Arby's attached. Expect to pay about $7 per meal. Food came out quick. Fries over cooked. Chicken bacon Swiss was good. Sosa machine over flowed. Informed manager and no one cleared the trap not mopped it up there were no napkins insight . Staff put out a brown roll of paper towels usually found in a bathroom. Staff here was friendly and there are 2 tvs the entertain you. I would have given 4 star if they fixed the leaking Sosa machine and had paper towels. read more

I think I'm addicted to Arby's now... this location is extremely busy during the day. Every time I go during the week M-F I get fresh fries and the food tastes excellent for Arby's. The service is always speedy and the people who work here are extremely nice and patient. This location is in a truck stop and is a bus stop for greyhound I believe. So just a heads up, there may be a longer line than expected but the drive thru is always very quick! read more

This place is ghetto, plain and simple. We sat in the drive thru line that didn't budge for a considerable amount of time. So we decide to go inside. Average Beef and Cheddar sandwiches. A little light on the cheese... Busy location between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Tight drive-thru - friendly service. Horrible customer service !!!! I came here and got salads THREE different times I found hair in my food and the manager told me I could get my next meal free so it took me 3 months to come back because I wasn't feeling the fact that I got hair in my food EACH time but when I did come back they said nobody wrote my name so there was nothing they could do.. it's a 5$ salad I wanted free because of the experience.. I was ready to buy other thing but I refuse to pay for a salad that I've had horrid experiences with ! This place should be shut down immediately. It's absolutely garbage and ghetto as hell. The lady taking our order was eating while taking my order. Not only was she using poor grammar to speak, she was talking with her mouth full and had that whole "I don't give a shit additutde." I was able to order my food and everything, but the experience through the customer service was horrible. Arby's was my first job as a teenager and it pains me to see this. My boyfriend is suffering from horrible food poisoning as I write this review. We pretty much ate the same food all day. We stopped at this Arby's while driving home from Orlando to ft lauderdale. My boyfriend ordered a turkey sandwich (while I only ate a few fries) and within a few hours was throwing up non stop. There is no doubt in my mind that anything else could have made him this sick so fast as the restaurant looked dirty. Arby's corporate should shut down this restaurant immediately. read more
