Jersey Mike's is a causal submarine sandwich chain. Founder of the company, Peter Cranco purchased his first sandwich shop in 1975 at the age of 17 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey. In 1987 he began franchising his sandwich shops. By 2015, the number of Jersey Mike's shops exceeded 1,000 and Cranco is still the owner and CEO of the company. I was in the area and a Jersey Mike's sub is my favorite summer dinner. This Ft. Pierce location is conveniently located in the Sabal Palm Plaza on US 1. I always order the #5 Super Sub with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo. I really like that they slice the meat fresh for your sandwich. It's then topped and dressed the way you like it. Get it Mike's Way. The staff were friendly and worked quickly to prepare my food and get me on my way. Jersey Mike's has a rewards club that you can join and earn points to redeem for free food. When I need a fast meal I always find that their subs are delicious. This location was clean and was very specious. In addition to the open dining room they had a high top few tables out front. Always a great choice to pick up lunch for a crowd.. ordered for a clinic 35 people. Could order online for an early (10:20 am) pickup the following day. They can choose the favorites, then the subs are cut up, and they box them up all nice neat ways to carry boxes. Add in plenty of chips and several boxes of mini chocolate chip cookies and I have a tasty lunch to serve a crowd without having to pay $$ for delivery. Everyone loves it. The store is clean and they use fresh Boars Head meat and cheese. Their bread is very good and the cookies taste fresh baked;-) read more

Hit or miss, i've had my order missing ingredients multiple times, staff is nice here. My bf and I have gotten sick here a few times after eating subs. I only come in here for gf bread roll now. Rather not risk it and get sick again, always clean inside for the most part. read more

I went to this location to pick up 13 subs that were ordered via the app from all different users for a volleyball team. For the most part when I come here, I'm always happy with the giant philly cheese steak. But, this last time that we went they had no chips, but we where still charged for it (I didn't realize until I got home and my wife mentioned it) when I informed the cashier that I ordered one giant and one regular she insisted that I ordered two giants. She then walked away in a dismissive manner and took my sub out the bag and chopped it in half and said your new total is.... I was in complete shock. I had to keep my composure of else one of us would of walked out in handcuffs. I don't plans to use this location again. Extremely awkward and upsetting. read more

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of their terrible non-existent customer service. Two employees (a small person and a young woman) on 1/2/21-Fort Pierce - Saturday at 2:30, went in for lunch, they were trashing another employee, which btw, was the only employee with manners, eye contact and a thank you. The young woman was extra rude and the other one was dismissive. Like what do you want?! This was my second visit and my last. My first visit was also terrible. What a shame when companies hire non caring employees. Get some Customer Service training for your staff! Its not only this location. Jimmy Johns employees are well trained fyi. read more
