Horrific Service! Unacceptable. We were in Town for a Tournament and grabbed a bite b4 the long drive home. Had to repeat my order 5X in detail and it was still not correct. The plain cheeseburgers were loaded with mayo, mustard, onions, pickles and by this wait time I choose to scrap it all off because when I ordered my 2 biggie bags that come with both a burger and nuggets along with fries and a drink she told me it only comes with 2 items. I'm like NO in Boynton Beach, WPB, Boca and Lake Worth it comes with all items. She kept arguing with me and I told her if it will truly make you happy charge me and she actually did. Jean and Mayra back it again with stellar customer service and humor when all I wanted, all I was really looking for was a Baconator. The last thing I expected was to laugh out loud and be helped with great customer service and easily the best drive through experience of any Wendy's in the history of drive throughs. Was the food delicious? Ofcourse it was. Served hot and ready in fresh never frozen beef patties. The service is awful my cashier Sofia was so rude and it was not a pleasant experience.

Shocker, people are not a fan of this location. We ordered our food through the drive-thru and I made it as easy as I could for the order taker. As we got to the window, we had to ask him to repeat it because he said everything so fast and it was muffled over the speaker that we did not understand him. Shocking I know, but the order was wrong. Somehow he decided to add extra meals onto our order, which we had to "bother" him to take it off. We got our meals and drinks and based on the "experience" at the window we promptly checked our order before we pulled out of the parking lot. Although the meals were correct, the soda was completely missing any syrup. This caused us to go inside and dump our drinks to get new drinks. This Wendy's was a pit stop for our travels. The staff inside were courteous, and aware that most of their customers were simply passing through. Food for a family of four was prepped and ready before I even received my change. Several times, a different employee walking by our table would inquire as to how we were doing and wish us well. The bathroom was sufficiently clean, but nothing out of the ordinary. If based purely on service, this would be a 5-star review. It's a fast food place, so the food can only be so good. Friendly enough staff, but food here was lukewarm at best even at the height of the lunch hour. This is a busy place because the area is a convenient stopping place for tour buses, shuttles and other travelers on their way between north and south Florida.
