Started off my night with some Chick fila! Placed a mobile order through the app. My aunt Doris wanted half a sandwich, so I put it in the notes. I proceed to pull through in the drive through and It's a whole burger. I yelled through the drive-up window "ASSITANCE". No one came. Environment was very disgusting nobody seemed to be cared they started acting like cows lol. Plus, ever since I visited that location, I've seemed to be getting stalking texts (not sure if it had to do with my visit here at Chick Fila) but it is definitely concerning! read more

Awful location! Bad service, even worse management. I accidentally got into the wrong drive thru line in order to not block traffic through the parking lot. They refused to take my order since it wasn't an "online order" & had me exit the drive thru. I will not be going back to this location. What a shame. I've always loved chik fil a & have had nothing but exceptional service. I'm very surprised by the way this situation was handled. Refused to provide us with the mobile order meals that we had paid for and showed the app for. Apparently this Chic-Fil-A location will not allow you to pick up mobile orders for other individuals EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE RECEIPTS SHARED. The sign only says we need the receipt on our phone - WHICH WE DID! Feels like they are making up their own rules and have blamed "meals being stolen" in the past. For some reason, the portion size at this location in Lake Forest on Portola Pkwy is laughably small compared to other locations. I ordered a chick fila biscuit, but the chicken barely covered half the biscuit and the biscuit isn't even large. Other times, the same issue occurs with the chick fila sandwiches. If I go to the other location down the street in Mission Viejo, the portions are much larger. I'll most likely be dining at the other location from now on. read more

I set my appointment for fasting lab test at Hoag/Quest at this location, So after test I can get breakfast. I was at this Chick-fil-A location because it's so close to the medical offices. While I was waiting for my order inside the restaurant, the manager Mark informed me someone had hit my car. He saw her car hit mine and she was about to leave. Mark had her come to me. We looked at my car and it appeared there was little damage. As this was happening Maria was getting my breakfast ready. Mark and Maria were so helpful and considerate. I have Parkinson's and sometimes things are difficult. When I experience the compassion and helpfulness, I want people to know. Thank you Mark and Maria you blessed my day. I've always liked Chick-fil-A for their food and usually friendly service, but my recent experience left me really disappointed and honestly disrespected. I came in to pick up my free reward and also my wife's order. My wife is recovering from an injury and wasn't able to come in herself. Unfortunately, the worker helping me had a very snooty attitude from the moment I mentioned the reward. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong just by redeeming it. On top of that, she refused to let me pick up my wife's order. There's no option in the app to indicate that someone else is picking up due to a situation like this, so we were basically out of luck. What bothered me most wasn't the situation--it was the attitude. The worker was rude, dismissive, and completely lacked compassion. Chick-fil-A promotes itself as going above and beyond with customer service, but this was the exact opposite. I left feeling insulted and unwelcome, and it's hard to want to come back after being treated that way. read more

This has become my go-to Chick-Fil-A. It seems like no matter which time I visit on Friday evenings, they are never busy. And that's a good thing, since it means I get my food faster! The drive thru is usually busy, but the inside isn't swamped with people like other Chick-Fil-A tend to be. Plus, the workers here are up to the usual A+ standard that Chick-Fil-A sets. Usually my go to Chick fil a just ran into an issue. I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. Noticed they forgot an item and it was already time for me to clock back from lunch. I called to inform them I didn't get this item. I talked to Alexandra and she let me know she could not return that item. Somewhat argumentative in a nice way. Kinda sound condescending It doesn't make sense how I can place an order and they're not able to return it's I asked her to let Julie know to give me a call back. I have not heard anything from her. Good food. However, slow service. And three teens were in the ladies bathroom doing drugs preventing customers from using the bathroom. Please monitor the bathrooms when a large group of youth congregate in the bathroom. I would have given this location 4-5 stars if it wasn't for this. There is a worker here that is extremely disrespectful. Girl with tattoos all over her arm, with a head band. "Next time, click that you're here on the app." What if it never showed up?! It showed that I was indeed 'already here', but she assumes that my waiting was my fault? I suppose she was worried that she made me wait, which was not the case. I was just waiting for my food, but she made the experience extremely aggravating. I asked for a refill and she very sternly says "TAKE OFF THE LID, TAKE OFF THE LID" interrupting me. The manager needs to give this lady a talking to. There is a Raising Caines RIGHT next door, you can't afford to have these kinds of workers here. read more

My favorite thing to get here are the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. Breakfast here is my fav fast food place to go to even though the prices are steeper, the quality of the biscuits are noted. There is just something about this biscuit that brings the other ingredients together to make a great breakfast sando on the run. The bacon they use is also great. The coffee though could be a little better IMHO. I also love their chicken sandwiches however, the chicken sandwich game has risen so much lately, this over priced smaller version has fallen out of my pecking order so to speak although it's still a great sandwich. The waffle fries and amazing assortment of dipping sauces are a very welcomed addition as well as tasty treat. Service here is always great, and the people are so pleasant as they are known for. But I think the reason I probably don't come here as much as I would like is because they are closed on Sundays, and that tends to be the day when I want a cheap and quick tasty breakfast on the go when I'm out and about. But you can always expect quality food when you come here that's for sure. read more

Came here around 3pm on a Saturday and I was surprised to see a super long line at the drive-thru. I parked, went inside the restaurant and ordered the seasonal peppermint shake with my brother. There was no line and service was quick. We were in and out much faster than the drive thru line! The peppermint milkshake is a yummy holiday treat with chunks of peppermint pieces. Normally it's topped with whipped cream, but sadly they were all out. Restaurant was clean from what we saw and they even had a play area for kids. read more

The Foothill Ranch location Chick-fil-A is attentive service, and clean facilities. One of the standout items on the menu is the classic Chick-fil-A sandwich, which features a lightly breaded chicken breast served on a toasted bun with pickles. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the bun is soft and fresh. All of these items are made with the same care and attention to detail as the classic. The waffle fries are my favorite, and the lemonade is always. One potential downside of Chick-fil-A is that it is closed on Sundays, but it's nice that they think of your employees. Stopped in this morning for a breakfast meal. Had some time to kill so I elected to dine in rather than take out. And really enjoyed it! The place was clean, quiet and very enjoyable! Quick, pleasant service really started the day nicely. And I am really impressed with the service team. The manager came into the dining area and was cleaning the tables, speaking with guests, offering to refill drinks, and asking if we were enjoying the meals. This manager is a leader! Setting a great example for his team to follow. Very pleasant. Very nice and friendly. Engaging with customers. Making one feel welcomed. And I understand that they get super busy at times and cannot do this. But, being the recipient of this friendly atmosphere and service makes me want to return again and again. Thank you! read more

Note for mobile orders, they do NOT have curbside pick-up. See all those wasted open parking spaces while all of us cars are holding up traffic trying to make a left into their dual order lines. Only takeout for third party orders. The girl taking my order messed up even though I specifically said add cheese to the grilled filets. Instead she adds them to the chicken sandwiches. I have NO idea how she could butcher this but my sons hate cheese so that was a waste of two sandwiches that I had to scrape off after being charged extra. Also what the heck about the fries being half filled with air? I think the operator of this place changed management recently. It sure shows. This Chick-fil A customer service has gone from bad to worse. I am a local and I come to this Chick-fil-A a few times a month. Recently, everything is this store has gone south. Customer service is bad. Today, I have ordered a tray for 10 people to be picked up at 4:30PM. The order wasn't ready at 4:50PM. When I entered the restaurant, I have told a staff in grey shirt named Jana, she treated me like I don't exist. She didn't even go check the order, didn't check the register or kitchen to see if my order was ready. Didn't check the computer or what so ever. Then, after a while I told Jana again that I was there for my order that supposed to be ready and picked up at 4:30PM. Again, she just asked me to wait and continue to talk to other staff. No checking for me. Third time when I asked, she finally went to check the computer screen and couldn't find my order. Finally, a guy named Bryan helped me out with my order. read more

I went back to the store after speaking to a manager on the phone. Couple days later came back, a person with Director on her name tag took my order. I thoroughly enjoy CFA and Foothill Ranch is the closet location to me. Staff is cordial, but attention to detail is poor. My 2nd to last trip was subpar. My last trip was disastrous. Missing dressing, utensils, and last but not least, I had a black rock in my salad that I am almost ingested. It was the size of a fingernail. Very disgusted. I probably should not support this location anymore. Laguna Hills, Irvine, and San Clemente can have my patronage. This Chick Fil A location used to be such a go to spot for us for years but since management changed, it's been terrible. Both my wife and I ended up with very bad food poisoning after eating chicken sandwiches there yesterday evening. Almost 24hrs later, our stomachs are still in complete shambles. On top of this, they can honestly never get an order correct. Every time we go, something is missing. Even yesterday. Ordered two fruit cups with our meal, and then we get home, and they are not there! Lastly, the poor girl in the drive through taking orders was SUPER sick. Constantly sniffling when taking our order and she was definitely doing her best but she should not have been face to face with customers. We will go out of our way to go to another Chick Fil A from now on even though we reside in Foothill Ranch. Zero chance this location ever gets business from us again. I have a good deal of rewards through the Chick Fil A app, so I decided to get breakfast here one Saturday morning. I converted my rewards to an order, and then realized you have to let them know when you arrive at the drive thru, so I went ahead and drove over and did so. There was someone in the line taking the orders, so I just let him know I had an app order. He found it right away, and then confused me completely. Haha. I wanted to verify their diet lemonade was sugar free. They usually are, but he said no. It has Splenda sugar. Which... I believe still makes it sugar free, as Splenda is a sugar substitute. I was so confused though so I cancelled that and just asked for an ice water. My order was ready by the time I got to the window, the line was a bit long, but it worked out perfect. Friendly employees as well. If someone could just verify though for the future that the diet lemonade is sugar free, lol. read more

This Chick-fil-A is the closest one to our house but we consistently choose to go to the one down the road. They have messed up our orders frequently and their customer service has been terrible on multiple occasions. They closed early for the holiday today (understandable) and the drive thru worker was really rude to us as she said we were not going to be able to order since we showed up right at closing time. We tried to ask a follow up question and she ignored us and preceded to put a cone in front of our car to block us from going further and then walked away. We will keep going to our favorite Chick-fil-A down the road (near Trabuco High School) where we get excellent service and kindness every time. I suggest that you do the same. read more
