Food was excellent. 10/10 Order #2 Spicy Deluxe combo and it was perfect. Staff 7/10. Some had the Chick-fil-A personality and courtesy and the other half, acted like they didn't want to be there. Had to repeat my order twice and they got my drink wrong. Cleanliness 8/10 Cafeteria tables were cleaned off. Floor needed swept throughly. Speed/service 10/10 The line was long but the wait was not. I'm usually apprehensive about non corporate CFAs, but we were starving between flights. It was near closing, and the staff was overwhelmed, they were different than normal staff you have at CFA, meaning not particularly friendly, and the place was kinda dirty and gross. The real complaint i have is the *grilled chicken sandwich was undercooked and pink* We only noticed it a few bites in. So gross and potentially dangerous. The overwhelmed staff didn't really care that much, and the regional management for Lagardère responded with a blanked "we will pass along your feedback". The fries and the spicy sandwich were fine, but if you must eat there I'd recommend staying away from grilled chicken which is more difficult to cook correctly, especially with a very inexperienced staff. I'd say stay away in general, as seen by leadership's apathy who knows what you are actually getting. read more

I got in line and my 90 yr old mother walked around looking for a place to just sit down, circled and stood behind them (for longer than she should've) until 2 airport employees gave her their seat. This is an efficient restaurant. The concourse C is very busy, and this location is near a Skylink exit, so they have a lot of business. The employee I interacted with was professional; while I really like interacting with friendly workers, in this high traffic environment, this is what should be expected. The wait for my order wasn't long, considering there were 6 in front of me. The restaurant has decent seating; the people I saw there were enjoying their meals and each other's company. My chicken biscuit tasted good, but I was surprised at how small the chicken breast was. Are they smaller at breakfast? Overall, this is a solid Chick-Fil-A in the airport. read more

Next to the security check. Fast service. Cannot use points. You won't get points. Even though there was a long line, it moved fast.

Excellent service here. Don't be dismayed by the longlines because the staff gets through the people really quick. If you're lucky enough to snag a table, there are gloves and sanitizing wipes near the trash area to clean your table. read more

The service is unusually friendly at every Chick-fil-A I can remember ever having been to but the service at this location was extraordinary good. The service was speedy and efficient but it was more than that. Considering the volume of people who are coming in to the restaurant it was very surprising how I observed that with each person who came through the line they were taken care of like they were fam coming through the chow line at a family reunion. Everything went fairly quickly as is customary with CFA, however, the young lady taking my order was soft-spoken in a noisy environment and didn't seem to understand my desire to not have the tater-tots or any cream or sugar in my coffee. They're super busy, but fast and efficient. They don't take custom orders, aside from removing things (ie. No tomato on your sandwich). I wanted their southwest salad with their crispy nuggets but that wasn't an option, fine okay. The salad was good. Lettuce was fresh and the container was full. I wish they would've offered me more dressing though. There isn't a ton of seating in the restaurant so expect to grab it and go to your gate or find another spot near by.
