In the end, I had a huge salad in a large bowl and was so happy that I got my lemon vinaigrette salad dressing on the side. I took half my salad home! The soft delicious sundried tomatoes were wonderful. There is a lot to choose from and you can overdo. There are over 50 items on the salad bar. I paid $4 extra for some very tender cubed pesto chicken but the fresh chopped bacon was free. Salata has the most amazing multigrain croissants and one is free with your salad. There are two soups on the menu for purchase, as if you would have room! They looked so good. Salata does have wraps though... My husband had a large salad and it was ridiculous looking too. I can see a salad of that size on the family table. I think I'm starting to get the hang of this place! Unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I prefer a Buffalo sandwich that is fully coated in sauce, but this one seemed like the sauce was simply added on top. The chicken itself was average, and the bun was noticeably larger than the chicken portion. On a positive note, the fries and lemonade were both above average and helped balance out the meal.
