"My Pleasure!" That is the phrase I hear all the time when I visit a Chik-Fil-A. I had amazing service when I came here once for lunch with my father (he is a regular at this location). We are greeted immediately and are asked if we have any questions about the menu. Despite my father's heavy accent and disorganized and embarrassingly confusing order, the cashier remained extremely kind and understanding. Are order was finished quickly and was brought to our table. The food is always fresh here. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and a market salad. I love ordering the market salad with spicy chicken strips (my fav). I love that when you eat into their chicken it actually looks and tastes like chicken lol. Even while we were eating the employees would come around and ask us if we need anything and refilled our drinks (not what you would expect from a fast food restaurant) I also love how they decorate each table with real flowers! Very nice addition to the place. read more

So glad we finally have a chick-fil-a in Delray beach and brand new. Such a nice place. Nicely decorated with fresh flowers on every table. Food was delivered to the tables and refills were offered. The only negative issue is the bathrooms are for one person at a time and busy and always with employees spends an unusual amount of time in there. Again today!! FYI. ALL Parking lot employees of this crazy busy spot today exceeded my expectations. Great job. Smiles, quick, efficient, took payment and brought me my sandwich to car before I reached window earlier today. Made my day!! read more

I have been going to Chick Fil A from 2014, and I can honestly say today Wednesday, December 9, 2020 was one of the worst experience I have had. I went through the drive through Line 1 as I was improperly greeted, I tried to place my order as the young lady that took my order was just rushing through my order, I could barely stop to think about my order and exactly what I wanted to order as I was being rushed because I wanted to stop and think. I know that when Mr. S. Truett Cathy founder this company he wanted it to be a friendly and welcoming fast food company, however this experience today was far from that. Whoa.. I've never had to squeeze the grease out of bread before. About a teaspoon of oil dropped out. Gross. Surprised that Chik-fil-A would even serve such atrocity. It was like a full-on sponge, might have even fallen in the oil and they still just slapped the sandwich together and served it... don't think I'd bother with this location in future. Corporate needs to pay a visit to this location and get this group up to standards! The food is always fine, as are all chick-if-la locations. But one of the main reasons I love this franchise, is the food but also the service. But the staff at this location is the worst! They just say everything like they are bored and repeating a script. They don't look you in the eye, sometimes they read to order back, sometimes they don't. And they never give us the right amount of sauces we order. The kids here are just kind of rude. I get it...you work at a fast food restaurant. But if I wanted rude and typical service, then I would go somewhere else. Get it together gang. Glad another location opened on Atlantic. I have noticed this one is not nearly as crowded and it's probably because people hate the service at this one. read more

I still don't get why this is so hot. Grilled chicken sandwiches are not nearly as good as Wendy's or even Burger King's latest version. The grilled nuggets tasted like Iodine or whatever brine keeps chicken safe for long periods. Cross cut fries are always dry and tasteless. Prefer all other fast food chains on that item. read more

i'm not a huge chick-fil-a fan but my boyfriend really loves it so i find myself here more often than not when we are out east. We always go to the drive-thru and always receive quick and friendly service. The staff are all really knowledgeable about the different options on the menu as well which makes ordering easy. The greasiness of the food kind of turns me off so i usually ask for my chicken well done to try to avoid some of that. The fries are also something i recommend asking for well done. the lemonade is delicious and my go to drink when i am there. My boyfriends order is a little more complicated than my basic chick fil a sandwich. he orders a chick-fil-a deluxe with no tomato. he also substitutes american for pepper jack cheese, adds bacon and switches to a multi-grain bun. he also asks for a lot of chick-fil-a sauce because he uses it for both his fries and his sandwich. earlier this week he stopped in with his brother and got no chick-fil-a sauce and then today we found ourselves east again and stopped in there per his request. we live all the way west over by the turnpike so when we finally got back home he opened up his sandwich to realize that it was almost completely wrong. no multigrain bun, no bacon, no pepper jack. the receipt was 100% right so this was a back of house issue. unfortunately living so far we weren't going to go back to get it handled so he dealt with what he was given. we did call though and brian the manager handled this situation with nothing but professionalism and excellence. despite the issues we have encountered with this location recently i can assure that we will probably end up going back (per his request as usual) and we only hope that the order is correct and will be delicious. read more

Never had a bad experience at this location before, however the gentleman who took my order tonight just now was so curt and impolite, kept cutting me off etc. I worked at Chick-fil-A's for 2 years and this is not representative of good customer service. CHICK-FIL-A CAN DO NOOOOOO WRONG!!!! PERIOD!!!! Even when they do wrong, they fix it before I can even fix my mouth to be upset! I ordered a Cobb salad from CHICK-FI-LA on Linton Blvd in Delray, and got home when I realized they ain't give me no avocodo like ranch ! What is a salad without Avocado lime ranch ‍‍ the issue is that the store closes in 10 mins and I live 12 away...I call the store anyway and speak to the manager....(they literally have the direct line to the manager as an option. You don't even have to speak to employees ) I tell Brian, the store manager the situation and he tells me no worries just come by and he'll wait for me, EVEN AFTER THE STORE CLOSES!!!! I get here and home boy gives me EXTRA NUGGETS "because the ones I have at home are now cold! " yo!!! He's genius!!! He's outside putting the cones in the drive through, when two cars pull up. This man ran back, and moved the cones and let them in!!!!! THE STORE IS CLOSED!!!!!!! I WILL ALWAYS SUPPORT THIS PLACE!! And the manager Brian was one heck of a guy!!! Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. This location did not disappoint. Two lanes for drive-thru helped speed things up. Customer service was exceptionally courteous. Chicken sandwiches were on point, especially with the sweet and spicy sriracha sauce. Their milkshakes are great, too. Waffle fries were a little soft for my taste, but I see another yelper recommended asking them to be "well done" so they are more crispy - will have to try that next time! read more

I love Chick-fil-A, but this location is not one of my favorites. They don't seem to be as efficient as other locations when it comes to speed of the drive thru. There have been many times when my order has been wrong. The drive thru is a nightmare to deal with during peak lunch hours. This location has an awkward parking lot making it difficult to make your way to the drive thru. Many times the drive thru line will back up onto Federal Highway and that is just a nightmare/disaster waiting to happen. The staff aren't the friendliest either. In my experience the young staff they keep out in the drive thru line to take the orders are much more friendly than the staff working the window. I really try to avoid this location at peak hours and I would suggest the same for others! read more

I'm sure they had extra, well trained staff there for the grand opening, but now that things have calmed down a bit, the service does not meet standards that I expect from Chick-fil-a. I usually stop by on the way to work for a chicken biscuit. It's not busy @7:30, but they always take longer than expected. I'm sure they realize this because they always apologize for the wait. This is without a doubt the worst Chick-fil-A in Florida... I continually go there because I'm a fan of the food, and I work less than a minute from this location, but at this point I'll have to find another place for lunch or breakfast. In my last 8 visits, my order has been incorrect or short 5 of those. I fill out the survey on the receipt, but have never been contacted by the store or Chick-fil-A corporate, so I assume they are not too concerned. He lines are still long, so the registers are full. The food is still good, but the service is horrible. Can a different franchisee please open a store in North Boca, I'll make the drive. read more

Just this morning I went through the drive thru and they managed to mess up a grilled sandwich with no lettuce or tomato! When you take back the wrong items, they shrug it off like it's no big deal and don't even compensate you. When you go in for breakfast on a weekday, it may take 5 minutes of waiting just for a team member to come to the counter. I've worked at a few Chick-Fil-A's and this one always is the worst. My family and I went through the drive-thru last night they were quite busy. After paying they asked us to pull forward in a spot and they would bring our food out to us. We waited maybe 5 mins. I can only guess that, in an attempt to handle the drive-thru crowd, Truett's management came up with putting people outside to take orders and credit cards, dump two lanes into one, then have people outside the delivery window bring you your food. Must have sounded good in the conference room. My experience was this: I ordered chicken nuggets and a southwestern salad. When it was my turn to hit the window, the two women grabbing the bags and handing them to cars, ignored me for 10 minutes! Literally, 15 cars in back of me were handed their large bags with drink orders and whatever else, while I waited. At one point, I was told the Southwestern takes longer to prepare? WHAT? It was lettuce, under some shredded lump of chicken, (nothing like the chicken hunks in the marketing picture) with two little bags of toppings to throw over it.
