Pick up of orders has become a lot easier since they've done the new rebuild of the drive-through area which has greatly helped to streamline traffic into a smoother flowing pattern. The Food is generally good. When placing your order always be sure to check in the bag before driving off because about 80% of the time they are missing requested condiments or specialized requests for age-appropriate children's toy- however once Checking and the item is missing you, let them know. For the third and last time I was served a chicken salad with the crumbs at the bottom of the pan. Not even one piece of sliced chicken. I went to the counter and complained and they told me it was right because they do it by weight. Spent $30 dollars between 2 salad's and a 2 drinks, asked for a third empty salad bowl, So I can give some to my daughter from mine since I wasn't super hungry and she doesn't eat a lot. Was told this location doesn't give empty salad bowls because the cost to make them is expensive!? I offered to pay for the empty bowl because it wasn't about the cost but the convince for my family. After asking to pay 3 times for an empty salad bowl I wasn't getting anywhere with the manager who's no more than 18 years old. Have done a beach day with this same order at other locations and never had an issue. Will never be back to this location. I did a pick up in store- I only gave it a 3 star review because if is getting more difficult to get the items here. Parking is difficult. The drive thru lines are long. The curbside can be overflowing. If my kids didn't love this place so much, but they do! They love their chicken nuggets, sandwiches and fries! and sometimes even get their shakes! What can I say? What a terrible experience I had at this location, and it was bad enough for me to reach out to their corporate office to file a formal complaint. A member of the store management team did return my call. What could have/should have been an easy fix, turned into a conversation that left me baffled. I truly felt like I was speaking with a twelve year old. I understand this is a fast food joint, but even the kids working at McDonald's have more common sense than the man/child I was speaking with. My 1st time at this fast food restaurant. And it did not disappoint. The drive through line must of had at least 15 cars in front and 15 cars behind. They had a person directing traffic in and 5, 6 people standing taking your order, getting everyone paid and next to the last part of the drive through where someone physically comes out and hands you your order!!! We recently stopped in for our first Chik Fil A meal outside of Pennsylvania and I was pretty pleased with the entire experience. Obviously, the food was exactly the same top quality we were accustomed to and it was served piping hot and fresh to everyone's delight. The dining area and bathrooms were spotless and the staff were as courteous as always. They did screw up our mobile order which was disappointing and a hassle, but they quickly rectified the issue once we brought it to their attention. Brand new Chick-Fil-A at the SW corner of US1 and Linton that has dual drive thru windows and very limited parking. Well, perhaps the parking is not limited, it is just that this place is very popular at lunch and all the spots are generally filled. I love Chick-Fil-A and I am thrilled to have one in Delray Beach. The food and service is fantastic and everyone is so friendly here. I have also been here for breakfast and it is equally good, but less crowded. My son loves Chic Fila & as a parent I like it much better then the competition. They are clean, very organized, ordering is east and quick. The kids chicken strip meal is the best and you can order the fries with out salt too. This is a bonus when you have a little one. I also found out a neat thing to;if you do not want the toy, you can trade it in for ice cream. Cream as a reward after eating all your snack is awesome. I love how they put books into the kids meals or trade it out if you got the one last week. The manager at this location is AMAZING. Connor is friendly, polite & takes the time to build a relationship with frequent guests. When every he is working, he always makes a point to stop what he's doing & say hello to us. I won't eat food like Taco Bell or McDonalds, and Chik-fil-A provides the fast service of typical fast food places but with exponentially higher quality food. Everyone is always friendly, and the chicken is always juicy and ACTUAL chicken, not the rubbery mess you get elsewhere. The line builds up at the drive-thru around rush hour, but it shouldn't daunt you because they are quick regardless. PS- honey roasted BBQ sauce is life. read more

I took the family here recently because my daughter had a coupon she received from her school. The restaurant was a madhouse. It was 4PM and there was a huge line of cars waiting for the drive through and a ton of people inside. It took about 20 minutes to go through the line inside and place an order, and then we chose a seat outside even though it was drizzling due to the crowds. The food was good and we enjoyed ourselves, but I don't think it is worth the slightly higher prices over other fast food restaurants or merits the hype. The interior is very clinical and service okay but slow. The chicken was great as expected, as were the waffle fries. My wife had a wrap and thought it was excellent. My chicken sandwich was tasty but toppings were sparse. I would eat here again, but not if I have to wait so long and face crowds even at an off hour. "My Pleasure!" That is the phrase I hear all the time when I visit a Chik-Fil-A. I had amazing service when I came here once for lunch with my father (he is a regular at this location). We are greeted immediately and are asked if we have any questions about the menu. Despite my father's heavy accent and disorganized and embarrassingly confusing order, the cashier remained extremely kind and understanding. Are order was finished quickly and was brought to our table. The food is always fresh here. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and a market salad. I love ordering the market salad with spicy chicken strips (my fav). I love that when you eat into their chicken it actually looks and tastes like chicken lol. Even while we were eating the employees would come around and ask us if we need anything and refilled our drinks (not what you would expect from a fast food restaurant) I also love how they decorate each table with real flowers!
