Joshua and Shelia were holding it down today with the crazy lady in the drive through. They should get a raise. Five stars. Chicken was hot, fast and delicious as always. read more

.chicken tenders were kind of spicy - they use to taste better - the order went into my garbage can - you can not taste the chicken at all

Chick-fil-A is closed on Sundays. Pick up of orders has become a lot easier since they've done the new rebuild of the drive-through area which has greatly helped to streamline traffic into a smoother flowing pattern. The Food is generally good. When placing your order always be sure to check in the bag before driving off because about 80% of the time they are missing requested condiments or specialized requests for age-appropriate children's toy- however once Checking and the item is missing you, let them know. They are quick to rectify. read more

On a Friday morning in July, my eight-year-old daughter and I used the drive thru to pick up breakfast. The person behind the speaker was a little off. We ordered a number six meal with sausage, but it came with bacon instead. Despite the mix up, the food tasted good. read more

I visited the Delray Chick-fil-A on Linton Road and witnessed a manager speaking condescendingly to a delivery driver. It was truly disgusting. As a brand known for customer service, this is unacceptable. I visited the Delray Chick-fil-A on Linton Road and witnessed a manager speaking condescendingly to a delivery driver. It was truly disgusting. As a person who lived in the UK most of my life, where we thrive on customer relationships and satisfaction, this was a disgusting experience. To know that in 2026, in America, this is how people with franchises are treated--whether you're a worker, a customer, or just someone waiting to pick up food for delivery. I definitely won't be eating there again, and I recommend people evaluate how they're being treated so we can hold these franchises accountable. read more

Samantha Dennio was terrific. Smart, fast, nice and professional! You're lucky to have her. Oh and the food was great too!

It seems like at this location "My pleasure" is no longer the phrase. It is now "No problem Boss". The food is still good but would like to see some more professionalism. read more

For the third and last time I was served a chicken salad with the crumbs at the bottom of the pan. Not even one piece of sliced chicken. I went to the counter and complained and they told me it was right because they do it by weight. I said that you weighed chicken crumbs and pointed out that I ordered chicken slices like in the picture. Their only solution was to add more chick and charge for it. They treated me like dirt. I'm done with mean people and will not go back. I had been going weekly since the location opened. read more

I had a good experience at this location I have never been in a chic filet before but my kids adult kids wanted to go there for . We had the chicken sandwich meals. I hate to say fir fast food which I don't eat was very good. The service and management was very nice. Smily employees. They even went out side to take orders in the drive through fast service. Great experience. read more

Chick-n-Strips. GOOD. Tenders which are of a decent size and are more than satisfactory in taste. Prefer the Chick-n- Strips (4ct) over CHIK-FIL-A's small Chicken Sandwiches. RECOMMEND. read more

Spent $30 dollars between 2 salad's and a 2 drinks, asked for a third empty salad bowl, So I can give some to my daughter from mine since I wasn't super hungry and she doesn't eat a lot. Was told this location doesn't give empty salad bowls because the cost to make them is expensive!? I offered to pay for the empty bowl because it wasn't about the cost but the convince for my family. After asking to pay 3 times for an empty salad bowl I wasn't getting anywhere with the manager who's no more than 18 years old. Have done a beach day with this same order at other locations and never had an issue. Will never be back to this location. Lost a chic-fli-a customer over a $1 plastic bowl I offered to even pay for. read more

I did a pick up in store- I only gave it a 3 star review because if is getting more difficult to get the items here. Parking is difficult. The drive thru lines are long. The curbside can be overflowing. If my kids didn't love this place so much, but they do! They love their chicken nuggets, sandwiches and fries! and sometimes even get their shakes! What can I say? We picked up and they were happy! read more

What a terrible experience I had at this location, and it was bad enough for me to reach out to their corporate office to file a formal complaint. A member of the store management team did return my call. What could have/should have been an easy fix, turned into a conversation that left me baffled. I truly felt like I was speaking with a twelve year old. I understand this is a fast food joint, but even the kids working at McDonald's have more common sense than the man/child I was speaking with. A very interesting contrast is their promises of being the moral company when, in reality, they lack a moral compass. This is my personal opinion based upon my own experience. read more

Inside dining experience - the service was amazing! I brought my three kids here and the staff were all extremely nice, patient, and realized the help I needed. They are really trying to make your experience there pleasant. They keep the store extremely clean. We went to the bathroom and came back to find our food brought out to us waiting on our table. Pulled in today at noon go have lunch with family. Takes 5 minutes to park as the drive-in is around the block and two assistants are taking orders out towards Fed Hwy when ample room to do so closer to buildings entrance. As we walk up the ladies scream, lobby's closed. Ok, it's Saturday at lunch ?? Sorry but not waiting 30 minutes in any drive in for "take out, fast food". We went to Habit Burger instead across street. read more

My 1st time at this fast food restaurant. And it did not disappoint. The drive through line must of had at least 15 cars in front and 15 cars behind. They had a person directing traffic in and 5, 6 people standing taking your order, getting everyone paid and next to the last part of the drive through where someone physically comes out and hands you your order!!! AMAZING service and the original chicken sandwiches with pickles was DELICIOUS. Also ordered an 8 piece nugget with honey mustard sauce and it was all DELICIOUS!!!! MY 1ST TIME AND I LOVED IT !!!! read more

Drive Thru Staff/Crew were super friendly. You man was extremely kind and patient and explained everything to me. Food was very well prepared and done so in a quick and efficient manner; - Overall a very well run location. What can you say - the food is absolutely delicious. So much more manageable of a visit than what I am used to back home in NY. Not an A+ but, I'm giving them an A. read more

We recently stopped in for our first Chik Fil A meal outside of Pennsylvania and I was pretty pleased with the entire experience. Obviously, the food was exactly the same top quality we were accustomed to and it was served piping hot and fresh to everyone's delight. The dining area and bathrooms were spotless and the staff were as courteous as always. They did screw up our mobile order which was disappointing and a hassle, but they quickly rectified the issue once we brought it to their attention. All in all, this is a very solid Chik Fil A as you'd expect. read more

Brand new Chick-Fil-A at the SW corner of US1 and Linton that has dual drive thru windows and very limited parking. Well, perhaps the parking is not limited, it is just that this place is very popular at lunch and all the spots are generally filled. I love Chick-Fil-A and I am thrilled to have one in Delray Beach. The food and service is fantastic and everyone is so friendly here. I have also been here for breakfast and it is equally good, but less crowded. Take my tip - order your waffle fried well done as they are much better crispy. read more

Placed a curbside order and drove over. Sat in the spot while cars kept coming and going through the drive thru with no wait whatsoever. Finally get my order and drive away. As I'm driving, I checked my sandwich and not a single tomato. Meanwhile on the app, I clicked 3 extra tomato icons plus the original tomato the sandwich comes with. Clearly they don't follow the order to a T. So I called the store while driving home and the only option to speak to anyone is 5 for manager. I was on hold for a total of 30 mins and I even tried calling back in between. No one ever answered! read more

My son loves Chic Fila & as a parent I like it much better then the competition. They are clean, very organized, ordering is east and quick. The kids chicken strip meal is the best and you can order the fries with out salt too. This is a bonus when you have a little one. I also found out a neat thing to;if you do not want the toy, you can trade it in for ice cream. Cream as a reward after eating all your snack is awesome. I love how they put books into the kids meals or trade it out if you got the one last week. The manager at this location is AMAZING. Connor is friendly, polite & takes the time to build a relationship with frequent guests. When every he is working, he always makes a point to stop what he's doing & say hello to us. This makes my son so happy. You really have no idea! I love their frozen coffees and spicy chicken sandwich. read more

Carlos and Jake have the best customer service. They are great to speak with and recommended the best food items.

Great as usual, great food quality, amazing people working here, always clean inside, perfect service

Corporate needs to pay a visit to this location and get this group up to standards! The food is always fine, as are all chick-if-la locations. But one of the main reasons I love this franchise, is the food but also the service. But the staff at this location is the worst! They just say everything like they are bored and repeating a script. They don't look you in the eye, sometimes they read to order back, sometimes they don't. And they never give us the right amount of sauces we order. The kids here are just kind of rude. I get it...you work at a fast food restaurant. But if I wanted rude and typical service, then I would go somewhere else. Get it together gang. Glad another location opened on Atlantic. I have noticed this one is not nearly as crowded and it's probably because people hate the service at this one. read more

I come here when I'm on the go and in need of a quick bite. I won't eat food like Taco Bell or McDonalds, and Chik-fil-A provides the fast service of typical fast food places but with exponentially higher quality food. Everyone is always friendly, and the chicken is always juicy and ACTUAL chicken, not the rubbery mess you get elsewhere. The line builds up at the drive-thru around rush hour, but it shouldn't daunt you because they are quick regardless. PS- honey roasted BBQ sauce is life. read more
