Almost zero ice and not full

I ordered a sandwich with extra pickles. I received zero pickles. I ordered a tea. It was only 80% full. I received 1 napkin. Who runs this place?

Chicken salad sandwich was delicious. Service was as always...great. I travel and chick fillet is always consistent from store to store.

The most courteous staff! Not used to this kind of treatment at a Commerce restaurant.

There was confusion about our order; we thought the employee said they were out of the blackened chicken tenders we ordered and offered a sandwich or wings as a substitute. We agreed to a sandwich, but halfway home, we checked the bag and found the tenders were included, along with two sandwiches, but the 4-piece mixed chicken we also ordered was missing. Either we misunderstood the employee, or they got it wrong. Either way, the mix-up left us with food we didn't fully expect. The food itself was decent but inconsistent. The chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful, a solid hit. The blackened tenders were the highlight--juicy, nicely spicy, and packed with bold flavor. The fries, though, were lukewarm and underwhelming. The red beans and rice were just okay, lacking the rich taste they used to have. The biscuit was a letdown--small, dry, and forgettable. Overall, the quick service and some tasty items were marred by the order confusion and spotty sides.

I was hoping to wave to the crazy lady on my way out but she had already left :-( didn't have my sammich until I got into Atlanta and unpacked. no longer hot or even warm but still moist and delicious with peppers and cheese and the bread was soft and pliable and folded along the crease so I could eat with one hand while searching for the Perry Mason channel with the other like a civilized person... alas, no PM on the TV so a quick shower and then some russian mafia action comedy until I got tired of being tired and went to sleep

Honey hot, spicy garlic pepper, Carolina tangy, wet lemon pepper, are my faves. Their chicken fried rice is also to die for. Oh and the peach flavored drink is wonderful also. If I could give Fireball Wings n Philly more than 5 stars I definitely would. If you're reading this and havie never tried their food, please do. So this is an overall review, and more so for people who have never had Bojangles. If you've had…read moreBojangles before, and if you're eating here and reading this review, you're a victim of your own circumstance. This is my very first time ever eating at this place, and unless there is absolutely no other food options available wherever I am, and I am on the very Verge of utter starvation, it could quite possibly be the last. First off, I did a mobile order, and by the time I walked across the street, the nice girl was already boxing and bagging it. I only interacted with that one employee, but she was super nice. The restaurant was really clean, but I only spent about 2 minutes in it. As far as fast food chicken goes, in my opinion, Popeyes is the Pinnacle of fried chicken. And their sides are superior to that of other places. I sort of think that this place is trying to emulate popeyes, by their choice of sides, (similar to how that DUMP and joke of a burger place called five guys, which I have no idea how they're still in business because their food straight out sucks and it's overpriced) tries to emulate in and out. (but on side note, both places lack flavor and seasoning). I ordered a three piece, 2 thigh and one drumstick meal, with dirty rice and coleslaw as my sides. The dirty rice, especially compared to popeyes, just sucks straight ass. Super bland and unflavorful. The coleslaw, is typical slaw you get at a fast food joint. Reasonably priced at around $11, because if you paid any more, and you were like me, you would be very disappointed. The chicken, was cooked well, but just lacks flavor. I even used some Louisiana hot sauce on it per the norm, and I had a few packets of Cajun sparkle from Popeyes with me, that I put on the rice, along with my hot sauce, and it was mediocre at best. I can't blame the employees for the food quality and taste, because that's a corporate thing, but I will say hands down Popeyes destroys this place. And even KFC in my opinion is a lot better than this place. No complaints about service, just not my thing. At least I can say I tried it, and they tried, but it's just mind blowing how all these franchises are able to thrive with a lackluster product, especially in a very competitive market surrounded by multiple restaurants in the immediate area. Hopefully their loyal customer base never tries a different fried chicken joint. If the service and employees weren't so good, this would be more of a 1 1/2 star review. The food just really isn't all that great.

While we were surprised by how large the regular burgers were, the taste was underwhelming. There wasn't anything particularly special about them to set them apart from other burger chains. We tried a little of everything.... burgers, breakfast biscuits, onion rings, fries, other things. Everything hot, everything well cooked, everything generously portioned. The burgers were EXCELLENT. The fries were hot and salted perfectly, as if this place actually CARED about what they were serving. Just absolutely an excellent food experience for the price. If they had a Whataburger in my area I would never ever have to eat any other burger -- that includes YOU, Five Guys, and you know how I feel about you! My only little complaint is the cheap styro cups they use for drinks. When I opened my lid, there were flecks of styro floating in my drink that had been abraded off the cup when they put the lid on. That needs to be addressed. Next time (if I get back to GA) I will say "no lid."

Got two medium blizzards (had initially ordered a peanut butter sundae, but changed it and got the blizzards), which was read back to me 100% correctly, and I was told to come to the window for my total. When we pulled around, we didn't like what we saw. A few young dudes, long hair with no hats or nets and zero gloves. Coughing and making the sloppiest ice creams I've ever seen. I could see that sundae coming my way as the one fella had peanut butter sauce all over the side of the container, his bare hands and dripping down to the floor. He crammed the lid on it and handed it to the window attendant, and I had to inform the guy that my order had the two blizzards, which he confirmed on his screen and took the sundae back and sat it aside . No harm, but next he brought out two blizzards and tried to do the "flip," and my wife's spilled. Probably about two shot glasses or more of it came out and he brought it back inside, wiped off the side, and handed it back to me. I never got my receipt to see if I was charged for that sundae, but I was charged for two blizzards, and my wife's was one that had previously been pre-made I believe. It was melted but had the texture of something that had been refrozen/crystallized and not fresh and slightly "freezer-tasting" if that makes sense. Like something left open in a freezer/cooler. These were seasonal blizzards so perhaps it wasn't something they sold a lot of, but you'd think they wouldn't be premade and thrown out the window in such a sloppy manner. The location in Jefferson is the closest one to us and I'll just make the decision to "IXNAY" DQ if I'm at Banks Crossing. The Jefferson location is solid as a rock.
