This is another relatively new Chick-fil-A (one of two new ones on Polaris Parkway). This one is on the west side of I-71 - across from the Polaris Mall. It offers easy in and out access and is at a signalized intersection which makes it even easier to get back onto Polaris Parkway. As with all Chick-fil-A locations, the service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and personable. And, the food is great. My favorite is the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with waffle fries. I went inside the dining room so I could use the bathroom before ordering and getting on the road for a long drive. It was 11:05am. Very clean. Not busy at all when I ordered and waited on my food. It took 15 minutes to get waffle fries (luke warm) and chicken nuggets. I love Chick-fil-A, but I will never come back to this one. There is something wrong with it taking that long to get food to go inside the dining room when it was NOT busy at all. I'd expect that at one of the other fast food places not there. read more

The food was sub par all around. This was my second bad experience with this chain. My spicy chicken came is a foil lined bag and was so hot that the steam caused the sandwich to be soggy when I opened it. (I ate it there so it wasn't in the bag for long.) Then the 8 peice chicken nuggets were so tiny that it made me feel ripped off. It's absolutely ridiculous how small the nuggets are. The last time I had them they were at least serviceable. I'm a HUGE chick-fil-A fan, but I was deeply disappointed in my visit to this location today. I waited in the drive through lane almost 10 minutes and when I was able to finally order I was informed that they didn't have any grilled chicken that day. For a lot of people this may not seem like a big deal but for those who try to eat on the healthier side that leaves little to no low carb options. It was a huge disappointment and they didn't give me any reason as to why. So I basically wasted most of my lunch time. I've been to this location before and for the most part it's been good so I did rate them 3 stars purely because of past experiences. This is the mall location. The prices are a little higher than at the stand alone locations. The basics of customer service need to be reviewed and improved upon. As in greeting the customer mentioning the sauces. The speed of service isn't the fastest. There's plenty of seating as it's in the food court. They have a disadvantage as they only spend those few minutes with customers as they don't come out to the table. It's just a whole different experience. Because of their inaccessibility to developing customer relationships they really need to improve the little time that they interact with customers. read more

Been to this location many times and I am amazed how their service is done. They have many workers that get the job done and they're all young people from what I saw which makes it even crazier. Cars get wrapped around the building but since they have people taking orders not just at the order window you get your food fast and everything moves smoothly. What's even better is the food is great and they always get the order right. I suggest the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with waffle fries and Polynesian sauce. As always the food at Chick-Fil-A is good, nothing new there. Most of the Chick-Fil-As i have been to are in malls. But I am finding more as free standing restaurants. This free-standing location is a good location to bring families. They have a play area for the kids so they can run, climb and have all sorts of fun. You will have the occasional child who is crying for some reason only known to the parents. It was Friday night and the there were a lot of children, playing, for the most part, well together. My only suggestion would be to turn the drink machine around so that the guests could get their own refills instead of standing in line over 5 minutes for the free refill. Yes, 5 minutes isn't long, but when you are waiting with a very pregnant woman, you might wish for a quicker resolution to the refill issue -- at least I did. read more

If you want the best fast food chicken you can get then this is the place. Just about everything on the menu you will order here is great. I usually like to go with a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and then add an order of chicken nuggets or chicken strips on the side. Then I split an order of fries with someone or bum some fries off my girlfriend. The fries are great when they are hot and fresh but kinda really plain tasting when not. Note that they don't have a ton of salt on them so they are no doubt healthier than most fast food fries but of course don't taste as good if you are a salt-o-holic LOL. They also have fantastic chicken noodle soup, about the only better you will find is the Bob Evans chicken noodle soup but you're going to pay more for it. I also really love Chick-Fil-A for their political beliefs and their willingness to speak up for them. Yes I was one of the people who waited 3 hours for chicken when they had Chick-Fil-A appreciation day around Halloween. I support Chick-Fil-A's right to express their religious beliefs 100% and anyone else who supports freedom of speech should as well.
