The seasoning was spot on. No stems. Tender, yet with enough bite to let you know they were fresh (no matter how you doctor them, canned greens have a slickness to them that can't be masked.) That's not to say they don't or haven't served canned greens before (I know that in a pinch, I will get a can of "Glory" myself when I run short on a holiday). So my opinion is that the greens were fresh or someone has one helluva gift for hooking up canned greens! We're here for three days for a bowling tournament. Having seen that they do DoorDash, definitely gonna hit them again before we head back to D-town. BTW .... them yams. OMG. I could eat the greens, yams, and cornbread as a whole meal.
