The rice was not properly cooked, oil, salt, vinegar, and cilantro were not proportionately distributed throughout. I do NOT recommend this location. It's been a while since I've had Chipotle. I had a craving and decided to place an order at a nearby location when I was on this side of town. I placed my order for in store pickup. It was to be ready at 9:20. I arrived at 9:25 and it still hadn't been printed. There's signs when you enter stating they are out of chips, lettuce, and vinaigrette and that they are cash only. The problem is, my order can't be completed because they are out of items, but I was informed they were unable to cancel my order since I placed it online. Had I not placed it online, I wouldn't have been able to order since they are cash only. So its like I'm damned if I do, damned if I don't. The "manager" Tevin, if that's really his name (he hesitated before telling me) walked away when I asked for contact info of a supervisor to rectify the issue. He finally returned with an 800 number and no action to help me in person. I guess it was a blessing the food wasn't ready as the restaurant itself is filthy with food all over the floor and counters. TLDR: Late order, missing items, limited payment optons, and rude management make this location an easy pass. If I could give 0/5 I would. read more

ROACHES here for years! Finneytown neighbors. Beware of Finneytown Chipotle. You may have seen the video that shows that the Finneytown Chipotle has roaches. I don't have it linked here because it's really gross. I checked the Hamilton County Health Department's site, and confirmed that they have had them since at least 2021. They had their last inspection was in May and they're getting pest treatments everything two weeks. They haven't been back out after the complaint from the person who took the video last week. Very disappointed with this disorganized location - Waited 12 min in line for 3 people to be served in front of me with easy orders. 40 min wait for brown rice, no black beans, peppers or guacamole on the front line. When I asked for peppers on the back line - since they gave the person in front of me they gave me a hard time about it but did restock the guacamole. I get Chipotle delivery from here a lot. It's the restaurant that delivers to my office and to my apartment. I love Chipotle, but this particular one needs to get it together. I'm constantly getting deliveries with missing toppings and sides. Half the time I don't bother with a complaint but when I do complain via their website they always say "we'll make sure it's reviewed by restaurant management". If they do pass on this information - the managers/owners don't seem to care. Today when I ordered - it was missing 3 of the toppings that I ordered. 3. If you are out of that many ingredients at a time - something is wrong there. They are constantly making for a poor dining experience and I don't think anyone takes the complaints seriously. Did the order ahead and pick up. Arrived and my order wasn't there. Apparently someone else took it. They acted like it was my fault and seemed very put out that I questioned it. Even the manager said are you sure you didn't order delivery, despite confirmation email clearly saying pick up. Manager wasn't friendly. There were no apologies. They begrudgingly remade my order. When I got home we discovered the items were all very light on contents, meat especially. 2 of the 5 meals were also missing requested toppings, like guacamole that we paid extra for. I would say we got about 60% of what we get in the regular line. This is also not the first time we have had a bad experience at this chipotle. The employees don't seem very happy. This used to be my go to location. At the time I felt this should be the location that they train at. Boy has that changed. I can't go here without them being out of something anymore. They've been out of everything from steak, chicken, cheese, lettuce and always seem to be out of dressing, even in the middle of the day. I could understand more if it was getting late and run out closer to closing. Was there today and could literally see dressing in the fridge behind the cashier and she straight up lied and said they didn't have any. Absolute trash. I've come here seven or eight times on my way home from work and have been able to get into the parking lot twice. Both times I waited an ungodly amount of time for food (30-45 minutes in a Chipotle line) and when I finally got it the ONE time I stuck around, portions were small and par cooked, as if the Manger on Duty knew they were running low on core ingredients. Look, I've spent my life in the food service industry, been a chef, been a manager, been at the bottom and at the top, and there is literally no excuse for the absolutely incompetence of this Chipotle. I get it, maybe there's a lot of turn over, maybe customers suck, maybe someone called in sick, but look, 45 minutes for a clearly poorly portioned Chipotle burrito is insane. My experience with this Chipotle has turned me off from the brand entirely. Also, on the topic of bad customers, to be fair this location has awful customers. Way way way way way way way too many mods, people asking for samples of every salsa and topping, people asking for double everything, people arguing in line, people refusing to hang up their phone while ordering or paying and then yelling at the workers when they (the customer) gave the worker the wrong information. I genuinely feel bad for the folks that work here, and I don't want this review to come down on them. Like I said I know things can be rough, things can be weird, but managment should be able to handle a rush. Managment should be able to know their pars, know their portions, know their prep, especially when everything is automated and hyper-processed and portioned as they literally always are in a corporate structure like Chipotle. I used to love Chipotle. Just fix the line issue, fix the parking lot, fix the portions, hire a bouncer or put up a sign that says "no samples" or "no modifications" - I don't know just fix this place jesus christ. Pass it by. This location has become a complete mess in the pas few month (written in Sept 2024). Used to be fine, but no more! Two orders ago - failed to provide ordered item. (Manager later refused to provide and make this right). Last week - would only accept online orders - problem was the app wasn't functioning! The manager was no help just refused. Meanwhile the store is empty and all employees are just standing around (of course since you can't place an online order). Today - both our orders messed up - no veggies, other item omitted. This is the first time we've been at this chipotle. Online order for pickup. Picked up the order (for two). Got home. Missing one order of tortilla sides and missing the guacamole. Now for the ACTUAL food we got. Steak was overcooked and burnt. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. The drink we ordered wasn't in the bag and we got a sour response when we asked for what we purchased. We tried calling in, zero response. I enjoy Chipotle once in awhile. Most locations I don't have a problem with. Not one location is even close to 4 stars, however this location is at the bottom due to being CONSISTENTLY out of various menu items. I do tend to come in between 8-10pm. They are open till 11pm. I also understand that as you approach 11pm you may from time to time fall short on something like a type of protein for example. With 3-4 types of protein that is acceptable. Last night, I stopped in around 9:30. As soon as I walked in an employee informed me that they are out of tortillas and shredded cheese. WHAT?! How on earth can two of the most basic staple items be out of stock? I can only attribute this to poor mgmt and ensuring food is adequately stocked. Beside this major issue, the store always has trash spilling out of the garbage can and ice is missing quite often. Let me start off by saying - we love Chipotle. It is a staple of ours, we have it at least 1 time per week as a family dinner. This location, which is closest to us, has been steadily going down hill for the past few years. We love the ease of ordering with the App but it is NEVER right. That is not an exageration - it truly is never right. There are sides missing from the bags or things missing in the bowls. The whole point of the pick up shelf area is to grab it and go - but you cant. You have to take it to a table and open everything - which is counter productive. I should be able to trust that my chips and guac are in there, or my side of cheese, correct toppings on our bowls or burritos or my salad dressing (never ever ever ever is that in the bag). In addition to that - one of the new items, the cauliflower rice, at this location is like ordering chunky cauliflower soup. So much liquid that it makes the container soggy and it bends/opens in the bag - which makes a huge mess. PLEASE listen Winton Chipotle. So many customers share these experiences and we truly love Chipotle and want to continue going to this location. You are just making it hard to. This location is awful! Always out of something you order. I showed up last night to pick up my order(that was already paid for) and they tell me that the online ordering system is down. I said that's ok I already paid, I can show you what I ordered and then they told me no They couldn't do that. They told me to request a refund. Then they told everyone in line they could only pay cash. Once I placed an app order and showed up to pick it up and the store doors were locked with a line of people outside. This location has been terrible for years. It is amazing to me it hasn't gone out of business or corporate hasn't stepped in to stop the embarrassment. I have been holding on going back to Chipotle since the company had issues with people getting sick (to be clear, I have never heard of anyone getting sick from this particular location). But, since I got a coupon for a free burrito, I decided to come in here for lunch. I was expecting it to be empty, but I was surprised to see that it was still pretty busy (granted, not as busy as it was 6 months ago). Parking is bad because the lot is very small, but you can park behind it at the BW&R. The people that work here are not exactly the friendliest, but I think their burrito bowls here are more generous than other Chipotles. They really pile on the toppings, which is awesome! The food is consistent with other Chipotles I've been to (which is to say that it's good, but not like amazing). And, I saw a Chipotle employee eating a burrito bowl for lunch today, so you know their food is safe. That definitely made me more confident to want to come back again.
