I made my own fries to eat with my single burger from Wendy's. I opened the bad and to my horror I found 2 orders of fries and barq sauce, NO SINGLE BURGER! I didn't want to drive all the way back to Wendy's but I did. Entering the store I asked for the manager. She said she is the manager very nasty. She didn't want to look in the bag to see the mix up. I asked for a complimentary card because of my drive back to Wendy's. The younger girl kept directing my questions to the real manager. And she said no to the complimentary card. The restaurant was filthy dirty. They were out of supplies, including change. There were fruit flies all over the ketchup dispenser.

My daughter ordered Doordash from this Wendy's and found a long strand of blonde hair in her burger. She called and was told she could come in and have her meal replaced. Sounds simple, right. It wasn't. We arrived and the door slammed behind us, because it was broken. The floor was dirty and sticky. There was a line of unhappy customers in front of us, on the left side of us and behind us. When we got to the register, we had to wait as the person stepped away from and all but disappeared. Someone else came up to the register and my daughter explained the situation. The young woman assured her they would make her order fresh and to please be patient. 25-30 minutes went by while we waited for her name to be called. During that time, the people before us and after us got their food. Also during that time, one of the employees wiped her nose with her arm, sneezed into her shirt and jammed her gloved hands in her rear pants pockets. Yes, you've read correctly -- her REAR PANTS POCKETS! That was just beyond disgusting. I didn't see her wash her hands either. The staff didn't wear hairnets which is bad considering many of the staff has long hair. The counter, Freestyle machine, napkin area, tables were filthy. The berry, mango and other syrups for lemonade were left out...not refrigerated. I also couldn't tell who the manager was because she only showed up to talk to a boy who walked to the front of the line, and then left. Only two people seemed to know what to do: A tall, older black man, and a young black teenager with braids. He took care of the sauce complaints and fix the Freestyle Machine. She (the teenager), made sure to fix the orders. She also re-made my daughter's order, because they had given her food to someone else. I'm personally urging people to stay away from this Wendy's until the owner(s) start to care. Posted sign says open until 2:00 a.m... all the lights are on at 1:10 a.m. with three people inside sitting at a table laughing. Nothing indicating that they are closed except that no one will take your order. If for some reason they have in fact closed early... They should probably post a sign of some sort or let you know when you pull up rather than have you sit there like an idiot waiting... Edit: went again tonight. 1245am arrived. This is by far the worst fast food experience I've ever had. These workers had one job and they didn't do one right thing on my order.. I ordered 3 large drinks 2 cherry sprites and a NORMAL coke. As far as the franchises go: McDonald's is better for fries. Burger King is better for burgers. Chick-fil-a has a better chicken sandwich. I'd rather get baked potatoes and chili at Skyline. So, I find myself not going to Wendy's as much. I want to like it, but it seems to be lacking a signature draw. Frosty's are great. That's what Wendy's really has going for it. If I could give it 0 I would, I went to get dinner and clearly ordered a meal in a large size, other members in my vehicle heard it as well. They do not provide a receipt when paying, so I could not confirm, and when I arrived to the second window they gave the wrong size drink and fries. When the issue was brought to their attention the blonde that was taking orders (appears to be in her 40s) called me a liar by stating she took the order and I never said it. I offered to pay the upgrade amount and she was very rude and passive aggressive about the whole interaction. The fact people want people like her to work for them is beyond cringe. Being the third in their drive thru line, it took them over 20 minutes to get me $5 of food. Went there on a Saturday about 1230pm. Pulled in entrance off Winton Rd and found drive through wrapped around building and merging from two entrances. Had to go out and back in to get a parking spot. Went in and found about 15 people waiting inside -- about half waiting for food and the other half waiting for order to be taken. I needed to use restroom first and found a used Depend undergarment hanging out of the waste basket. No urinal in men's room, so used toilet. After about 20 seconds the motion detector light went off. Managed to move enough to get it back on and finished without peeing on my shoes. Tried to wash my hands. Found soap worked, but water did not. Nor were there any paper towels in dispenser. So I'm standing there with a handful of soap. Had to use toilet paper that was not in the dispenser and had feces around the outside. I decided with this poor service and hygiene, I did not want anything from this kitchen and just left.
