This Chick-fil-A is the worst Chick-fil-A ever. It took me 20 minutes to even order. After I ordered my food I asked them for Chick-fil-A sauce. I got none. I had to turn around and get some sauce. After I had left for the second I looked at my Mac and cheese... surprise there was no pasta in Mac and cheese it was just cheese. Last time I checked Mac and cheese has Mac to its cheese. I called them to let them know and they were so sassy. So pathetic for a dang Chick-fil-A. read more

This is a great place to eat. While this is a high volume place with a lot of cars both with in door folks and constant drive through, the food is very good and the staff is always very helpful and will serve you both when you order and while you are eating. When the Lord Jesus Christ blessed this Gomorrah known as Chicopee, Massachusetts with a Chik-Fil-A, I knew my fast food prayers had been answered. Having lived in the South for a awhile I grew to love Chik-fil-A but was sad to leave it, but sure enough it spread to the North so us Yankees would learn just how good fast food could be and Should Be. Alright so it costs more than most fast food but I dare you to go here, get a meal and take note of the service the employees provide, then go to any other fast food place nearby, order something and See What Happens. You'll immediately know why Chik-Fil-A is the Greatest Of All Time. The food is usually spot on, the employees are always nice, and the place is usually very clean, even the bathrooms are clean. Plus there's a play place for kids. Also it seemed that 1/4 times I went, my receipt would ask me to do a quick online quality control survey which would let me get a Chicken Sandwich. For Free! I wish I could recommend one thing on the menu, but I can't, it's all good, I was on a Chik-fil-A binge for about a whole summer and learned everything was great, even the salads. Ever since moving here from Charleston SC my wife has been jonesing for two things... her favorite restaurant 82 Queen, and her beloved Chick-fil-A. She literally dreamt about this place opening 3 weeks prior to finding out about the Chicopee location. She would also point to every new commercial building being built and chatter incessantly about the possibility of it becoming a Chick-fil-A, so double bonus I get to eat there and my wife will stop talking my ear off every time we pass a building site.I know several people reading this are like say whaaattt.... a 5 star for a fast food joint... what gives? Well keep reading I intend to support my rating. Service: I actually started my timer on my phone once we walked in the door (I know I'm a huge nerd). It took us 8 min and 27 seconds to receive our food from the time we walked through the door and the line was almost outside. Right away I was impressed by one of the corporate owners who was there to support the new place and greeting everyone prior to ordering (I thought he was the owner at 1st because of his genuine interest in the customers and lack of a uniform). Everything about this place is super clean and as mentioned by others I also had a worker offer to give me a refill, the owner of the store and a girl that worked their took my trash prior to me being able to throw it away myself, and the corporate owner saw the sauces I chose and went to get me the Chick Fila sauce because "it is the favorite 4 to 1" (btw he was right it was awesome pretty much a tangy honey mustard bbq possibly with a little bit of crack cocaine... its addicting). The owner also spoke to us a few minutes as he greeted the other tables. Super nice and friendly guy very humble, down to earth, and he seems excited to bring jobs and opportunities to his employees/community. Also upon leaving we were both given a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich that is good for the whole year... awww yeah!!! I realize this is the 1st week of their opening so they're drumming up as much local support as they can. That being said I've been to several locations across the country and I was always impressed by the service, you'll be hard pressed to find better service at another fast food joint. Food: My wife was recovering from stomach flu so she got the waffle fries and their chicken soup. I got their spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and waffle fries. She got a sweet tea and I got their sweet lemonade (mix that shit together and make yourself a delicious Arnold Palmer). Their sauce station is pretty awesome, everything is in packets even the ketchup (I sometimes get grossed out by the ketchup in the huge squirt bottle... do they clean it everytime after its empty... anywho I digress). Prior to Chick-fil-A I would hit up Wendy's for a spicy chicken sandwich... ever since having this one its impossible to go back, so much better. It was weird however that it was dry, but I took this opportunity to add my new favorite sauce. Bottom Line: Hell yes I'll go there again I rank this place right up there with Panera, and Moe's. First time at a Chick Fil A. Food was very good. I had a deluxe classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I ate in their dining room and they bring your food to you. Mind blown. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The sandwich was perfect hot plump perfectly seasoned chicken filet atop crisp lettuce and fresh tomato. The bun was grease and soft but held up to the fillings. The waffle fries were hot and fresh. I will definitely be back. This is the best fast food experience I have ever had. Keep it up. read more

This is the place to go for breakfast! When I arrived the staff greeted me with a smile and Looking at the menu I thought I knew what I wanted but I kept finding things in the menu that looked amazing. So this morning I ordered the original chicken biscuit with hash browns and the new frozen caramel coffee with a side of those delicious chicken minis. The order only took a couple minutes and they brought it out to my table I also asked for some honey which the young lady quickly brought over as well. I started with the original chicken biscuit and you can tell this isn't one of those frozen biscuits you might get from the other spots. This was fresh and made this morning and the chicken itself was juicy and delicious. Next up was the chicken minis and they did not disappoint I drizzle a little honey on mine and the flavor just amazing. And last to wash it all down was the frozen caramel coffee and when I didn't think my breakfast could get any better it did!!! Once again this restaurant had excellent food. The market salad was great. Grilled chicken and strawberries, blueberries, and apples all fresh with a low calorie berry balsamic dressing. I've stopped here for lunch quite a few times in the past and I'm quite impressed with the quality of food, seeing its a fast food restaurant, and the quality of service. I really enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with waffle fries. Their salads are decent, depending on your taste. From what I could see from the few times I've been inside, it stays pretty clean and plenty of places to sit down. I am totally shameless. I love Chick-Fil-A, and it is what I miss most about living in Virginia. Service is always great. Chicken is delicious. This particular CFL is always clean and services is quick. Even the salads at this place are good. On this trip we chose to eat outside in a nicely laid out patio with great attending to detail including mason jars on the tables with utensils and string lights. Inexpensive but a nice touch. Today I tried the frozen lemonade which was a little bit of heaven, almost like lemon meringue pie vs. a lemon square. Awesome! read more

I usually love chick fi a but there service was awful. They were out of their Mac and cheese which isn't there fault but they took 30 minutes just to bring our food and I had to go up and get my food after 30 minutes. The chicken was over cooked and the fries were soggy. Overall I've had better experiences. read more

We came here as a food run for a fast "on and off" from the highway. Being a chick-fil-a franchise regular this location was a bit busier than the local fil-a's we're used to. But the helpful and quick staff was able to get us through the line efficiently. Food was extremely fresh and we got our food super fast, typical Chick Fil-A standard. During our meal, an employee that looked a bit newer to the job ended up dropping two succulent and warm chick-fil-a signature waffle fries on the ground. I first made a "face with tongue stuck-out face" at this diabolic act. Without hesitant, as soon as the server left the area, I swooped in with the quickness to pick up another patrons precious waffle fry and immediately threw down the gullet. Something I do not regret. As an Atlanta native, when I'm homesick, nothing is as nostalgic as eating Chick-fil-A. Breakfast here, however, misses the mark. Instead of authentic southern biscuits, the Chicopee Chick-fil-A serves up a greasy mound of buttery dough. I love Chic Fil A; tasty chicken, delicious/creamy milkshakes, nice atmosphere. The dining room and bathroom always look really clean. The staff is always courteous and I like the family friendly activities they have sometimes. The one negative is how tiny their nuggets are; go with the strips instead.
