I have a love/hate thing with Chikfila, but this is definitely one of the better locations. I stopped in for breakfast recently because I had time before work. I'm actually not a big fan of the chicken biscuit, but I do like their chicken burrito with the salsa. Service is quick and they're clean. It's also not incredibly busy like other Chikfila locations. It's not the employees fault and I come here often by default but the drive thru situation is a mess. Now there are several entry point past drive thru and Thru the "normal" entrance. It can take 20-25 min to go through the line during dining hours. Service is impeccable though. read more

This location can't handle orders with more than 3 sandwiches at a time. The drive thru folks always fail to include the fourth order, especially in the evening. It never fails! I frequent this Chick-fil-A with my 5yr old daughter, and we really love it. The staff is good and the patrons are diverse. We always have a good experience and my daughter loves the play area. We generally go in to order and rarely had to wait more than a minute or two to order. read more

I just waited 30-45 minutes in line. Any other Chick-fil-A could be backed up 3 times around the building and It would take 10 minutes tops. This Chick-fil-A is absolutely trash. Chamblee location is usually slammed so service can sometimes be slower than expected. I find it easier to go in versus drivethru. Over ten years of visiting and only one order incorrect, not a bad track record. It is fast food, expectations need to be put in perspective. read more

The first time I've ever been disappointed by a Chick-fil-A. I always have the same order: Market salad with no blue cheese or blueberries. It was very obvious, at this location, they had just been taken off the salad instead of the salad being remade. I could have been allergic to either thing- and both were still found in my salad!! But I have to give this location a shout out because they are always painfully busy yet they are able to provide the same, consistent terrific service and delicious food. On 8-12-2019 I went to the Chick-fil-A at chamblee plaza fsu (#00804) address- 5450 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Chamblee, GA 30341 phone: 770-457-1679. This is my third time coming to this location, and it was around 6:37am in the drive thru. A older white lady NAMED JOY with glasses, long gray hair, and who always wear a hat is very unprofessional, have a nasty attitude, will get a nasty attitude when you complain about your order, is prejudice, and ALWAYS IS VERY RUDE! On 8-12-2019 they had just opened up the drive thru since they open up at 6:30am. I had order a bacon, egg and cheese meal with (extra bacon) WELL DONE, with the hashbrowns/orange juice. I was told that they no longer can make food well done, and that corporate changed that. I was told to drive around to speak with the manager YOSSI, and when the manager came to a window he said had a attitude as well! He threw up his hands walking to the window, and SAID (WHAT NOW) VERY LOUDLY?! I asked him about the new policy, and he said they can no longer cook food well done. So I said that, I would just order the sausage egg and cheese meal and I wanted the chicken egg white sandwich. Joy (JOANNE) got a nasty attitude, huffed/puffed then told me what else in a nasty tone? When I got my order IT WAS THE WRONG CHICKEN SANDWICH with (only a grilled piece of chicken, on a dry biscuit). I drove back around to the window, and when Joy saw me she rolled her eyes, and asked WHAT? IN A NASTY TONE! I told her my food was incorrect again. She then took the sandwich had them put a cold piece of cheese on the sandwich. I looked at it, and told her they where suppose to have re made my sandwich. Also, it was the incorrect sandwich, and she got a attitude again. I asked for the manager YOSSI again, and he came to the window. I complained about my food being incorrect, and my order always being incorrect. I also complained about joys nasty attitude, and how she is very prejudice being that I'm African American. I told him I've never had a horrible experience like this ever at a chik fi li restaurant, and she do not need to be working for this company. She is a horrible representative for this corporation and he just knodded his head then walked off not saying anything. Then Joy came back to the window with ANOTHER SANDWICH that look like it was put in the microwave with a SUPER HARD BISCUIT. AGAIN! The sandwich was NOT A EGG WHITE GRILL SANDWICH it was STILL THE GRILLED CHICKEN ON A DRY BISCUIT! The manager YOSHI do not care about the customer service, he is unprofessional, have a nasty attitude, and does not know how to interact with customers. Joy is very rude, have a nasty attitude, unprofessional, and DO NOT NEED TO BE WORKING FOR THIS FRANCHISE. At every other chik fi li they are upbeat, professional, very nice, assertive, have great attitudes, and are the epitome of what chik fi li represent. So then I receive my food but Lettie and I asked her for sauce and she just told me to ask the cashiers bc she was busy. i love chickfila, but ive had a couple bad experiences here. most recently, an older woman with short hair who works there quite often took my order. i was polite while ordering and as i was having a very busy day and was in the middle of a call, i walked to the condiment table to wait for my order, forgetting my drink. this made my server very frustrated. she told me in a very condescending and demeaning tone to wait behind the register for my drink. customers around me were a little shocked by her reaction as well. i said sorry and got no response. she was clearly very upset by the fact that i made a simple mistake. i guess it wasn't her pleasure. read more

Worst Chick Fil A I've ever been to, and unfortunately, it's the only one near our house. Went through drive thru today because I have a baby and didn't want to have to go in. I arrived home, put baby down for a nap, and sat down to enjoy my anticipated meal only to find the order completely wrong. And not only that, the superfood side that was in the bag had, what appeared to be, close to rotten food-smelled like it had gone bad. I asked for a grilled nugget mean along with my regular nugget meal. The make me wait 10 mins outside of the drive through and bring me my meal with 12 nuggets instead of a grilled nuggets meal which is what I asked for. My boyfriend has celiac diesel and can become extremely sick from fried foods. I kindly informed the girl that brought me the food I needed sauce since they had never asked. She rolls her eyes at me and goes in to get the food. I was annoyed by her attitude but let it go.While she was gone I checked the food and it was wrong. I let her know and the blonde white girl lets out a huge sigh rolls her eyes and says she will get her manager. The manager who took my order btw said he miss understood me. I speak clear English and really don't understand how their would be a problem then he basically says he cannot make them as they would take to long so he's sorry so I basically paid for food that cannot be eaten. This won't apply to most but with the recent addition of the gluten free bun, I have been enjoying the occasional sandwich again. I have a gluten sensitivity, not celiacs, and have had luck on my past two purchases. On the third however, I ordered the grilled deluxe sandwich and gluten free bun, the cashier rang it up as a multigrain bun. I clarified that I wanted gluten free and she said ok and explained how it came separately, I said that was perfect. When I got my sandwich I was asked to check the bun, it was pre assembled and obviously not the gluten free. I said again that I wanted gluten free and was brought another tray with the separate bun and toppings, which weren't the deluxe but rather the regular. I figured I'd just save the calories, no biggie, as I checked my receipt and wasn't charged for the deluxe. About 10 mins later I began having a reaction and am 99% positive that the toppings were just taken off my first sandwich and presented for the second sandwich, allowing cross contamination of sorts. Celiacs, IBS, and generally gluten sensitive people should just avoid. read more

I went to this location the other night to get a milkshake after work. The drive thru line was about 7 cars long (i had no problem waiting), but when i got to the window, i was asked if I wanted whipped cream on my milkshake because they had to get some from the cooler--i said yes. Obviously, if I'm paying $3 for a milkshake I want everything that comes with it. This employee seemed annoyed that I said yes. 5 employees (all of which looked like teenagers) were standing around at the drive thru window laughing and seemed to be having a good time. Meanwhile there were about 3 cars of people behind me also waiting for their food. I got my milkshake, said thank you, and the same annoyed employee responded "it was my pleasure" with a very snarky attitude. If youre going to be that unpleasant, DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! The milkshake was amazing, which is where the 1 star comes from. I definitely will not be visiting this location again. read more
