I am very disappointed with my experience at the Chick-fil-A in Emerson. I received my large unsweet tea with a lid that clearly did not fit the cup properly. I have attached the photos there was a large gap between the lid and the cup, causing the tea to spill everywhere. I have been to many Chick-fil-A locations, and this is the first time I have ever received a drink in this condition. The lid was obviously not secure and the drink could not be transported without spilling. I wanted to bring this to management's attention because the cup and lid should have been checked before being handed to a customer. The Photos show exactly how we received the drink. read more

A clean well run Chick-Fil-A. No need to review the food/menu, it is well known. I don't do a lot of fast food, but the Chick is my go to for breakfast or lunch while driving. Restrooms clean, and Bryce ( a young woman) was very engaged with all the clientele. She checked in on me and took care of a special request. Five stars in the fast food category. read more

usually great service and accurate orders but today was different--I paid $24 for 2 drinks and a small mc n cheese--they left out my 12 pack of nuggets and my French fries--and gave me a container full of something grilled that stunk up the house when I got home! I called and spoke with "Hunter" and they will make the order good next time I visit! How anyone can eat those "grilled what ever it is" is beyond me! The smell was horrendous! read more

food is great and came out quick but customer service was not the best, no my pleasure, no you're welcome when said thank you to...just silence. read more

I appreciate your response, but redistributing condiments that have already been in the public hands. I question that policy. You may do a very good job of sanitizing the packet but what can you do about malicious behavior? I don't feel that your sanitary practices warrant the action. I'm very surprised that Chick-fil-A would use this course of action to save money. I'm also surprised that the health department does not take issue with this practice. read more

This place gave me the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. I was 9 hours from home when eating here. I stopped four times on the way home to puke on the side of the road. I stopped twice in the most disgusting places to shit on pee covered toilet seats. I finally got home and puked again and have a horrible fever and body aches. 24 hours later I can finally keep water down. I had the frozen coffee, it was the only thing the person with me didn't have. read more

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I can't say that enough. We came in with a party of 18 about 10 minutes to before closing. I asked the manager if she could accommodate us and she simply replied by saying yes, and told us about the few items they didn't have. They successfully took our orders, delivered, and had us out the door in 17 minutes (yes, I timed it lol). Thank you Chick-Fil-A for your devotion to customer service. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Slowest chick fil I've been told waiting 20 minutes in line just to place an order on a Wednesday afternoon. Wtf. Get it together

Great service. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though I was having issue checking out. Good food.

Thumbs down. I was in line for breakfast. 10-15 mins before it was over. They finally get to my window at 10:34, "Sorry, we just stopped serving breakfast." All would be understandable if your line wasn't wrapped around the bldg, I didn't wait over 20 mins (I could not get out of line), and service at a snails place. Sorry doesn't replace my time or gas. This location is a reasonable pass. There are several other locations with quality service. 3-stars for a chilk fil a should have been the initial indicator. Patron at your own discretion. read more

7:30 PM on a Saturday. 1/3 of the dining room is "area closed for cleaning", other tables have chairs stacked up on top like they are closed, remaining tables haven't been cleaned in hours. Had to find wipes and clean my own table and chairs. Drinks spilled on floor, trash cans overflowing. Last time the restroom shows cleaned was at 1pm- dirty diaper on the changing table. Disgusting read more

One of the worst Chick-Fil-As! Never will I come to this location again. Order was wrong , Went back through the drive-through and the order was wrong for a 2nd time! At this point I'm too hungry to complain. Plus they changed me extra for a drink and extra lettuce when I ordered a meal! NEVER AGAIN! read more

Not a very friendly staff. I had breakfast there today and the biscuit tasted stale and luke warm. I'm surprised because Chic-Fil-A is known for their great customer service and food, but certainly not this location. read more

Love chick-fi-la they never disappoint and always have awArd winning service and friendly associates.

This has to be the absolute worse CFA!!! I have been coming to this location twice a week for the last 3 or 4 weeks. Seems like my order has been wrong more than it has been right. I get a spicy chicken biscuit at my regular CFA. I have asked this location and they tell me they will make one but it will be an 8 min wait. I called ahead and placed my order. When I got there, it was $2.50 MORE a biscuit. I asked why they said they had to charge me for a chicken sandwich and a buttered biscuit. Said the filet was a lot bigger. As you can see in the pic, it is very small. Not sure why this one has different standers than the rest, but I will definitely go out of my way to go to a different one from now on. read more

Unfortunately this is the slowest Chic-fila that I've ever been to. We waited 8 minutes just for 2 milkshakes before we left. Of course the food is standard Chic-fila so no problems there. At any given time there were 2-10 people waiting on food. Btw I am currently STILL waiting on my shakes now 9 minutes. Instead of having staff devoted to delivering the fast food to the table-why not have more staff to hand food to customers in line? read more

Typical addictive Chick-Fil-A food served at this location, so I won't go into how awesome my fried chicken sandwich and waffle cut fries were. I'll write about the how great the service was and what a weird location this store is in. First we were driving along I-75 headed towards Cartersville and this Chick-Fil-A came out of nowhere. Seems like a relatively new area with a newer restaurants and a hotel, but not much else around; almost like a desert oasis. The service at this Chicken Feel It location was extremely better than any other location that I've been to. At the counter the cashier was very friendly that took our order and told us to have a seat and they would bring out our food to us. Soon after our food arrived at our table and the person that brought it out offered to fill our drinks and asked if we needed anything else. They certainly went above and beyond for a fast food restaurant. read more

Food yes it's good ... BUT I cannot tell you how many times I've gone through the drive thru and come home with an incomplete order. Today was no exception. No condiments, missing a sandwich, etc etc etc. I've called and spoke to the manager and was offered a free sandwich, not really what I was looking for. Please slow down, stop trying to go as fast as you can and let me tell you what I want. Also not everyone has the menu memorized. Please let us see the menu! I realize you're all about efficiency; however, it seems to be having the opposite effect in this location!! Good service and making your customers happy should be your number one priority! read more

We don't live in the area but we visit this location 3-5 times each year because our daughter competes at the nearby sports venues. We've always received wonderful service... the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is always clean. This location is usually super busy but they are able to move the indoor and drive-thru lines very quickly. I felt compelled to write a review after our most recent visit. Our car broke down in the drive thru line! Thankfully, were able to get out of the line and into parking spot. Two kind Chick-Fil-A employees approached us and immediately offered assistance. They asked for our order and brought it out to us for free! The manager was kind to let us leave our car there overnight as we figured out what to do. They made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. We truly appreciate the kind and compassionate staff at this Chick-fil-A! read more

Unfortunately, I have to provide a negative review of one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I have been to many CFAs across the southeast and this location continues to be the lowest on customer service, efficiency, customer satisfaction and accuracy. I recognize it may be difficult to hire quality help but please keep your standards high. Servers need to look customers in the eye with a smile - just like every other CFA I have visited. There have been numerous occasions when the order is incorrect and I have had to travel back to make it right. Discussions with the manager have not resulted in changed behavior. My wife and I like to come in to the restaurant to eat dinner and sit in a booth. There are only four booths in this CFA and three of them are in a section on their own. Every night, at 7pm, this section is closed down for guests. When asked why, the manager states that this is their policy to try to get out of there faster when they close at 9pm. I have never been to another CFA where this practice is implemented. Please keep your most comfortable seating options available to your customers the entire length of your opened hours! This is a real disappointment and the management has not gotten a handle on this and other issues after numerous notifications. read more

Came by for something to eat while on a road trip. Ordering the food inside was pretty fast and we got our food fast too, which the food tasted good. However the food didn't earn the 5 stars the staff and how generous they were did. We got our food and I had to ask for something and even though they were relatively busy they still asked fast and I received fast. Just overall great service! read more

I rolled up to the drive thru at 9:15, five cars ahead of me. All ordered and got food, but when I got to the machine to order I got the "we are sorry, we are closed" message. I looked at the drive thru light and it was still green!! I waited and didn't get to order. read more

Visiting from Nashville and my girlfriend ordered us some breakfast. Jailyn was taking our order and was extremely rude. We asked for extra ketchup and if the she had done her job right instead of being an asshat I would've got ketchup but instead we got NO sauce whatsoever. This chic fil a need seasoned workers. We visit once a month bc it's close to our hotel. The order is consistently wrong and when it's brought to the drive thru persons attention, she gets an attitude. If you take it inside they are much nicer DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order an Arnold Palmer (half tea/half lemonade) theirs is a grayish color and it tastes like funny water. Your fries are guareteed to be cold or like warm and your sandwich will be hot. Do not make your order special by adding or subtracting ANYTHING to the sandwich or making it grilled. Trust me you will become angry. This place is very clean and pretty outside and in. read more

Jayla is the rudest Chick-fil-A employee ever. She called us up we told her we weren't ready yet proceeds to ask us what we want. Then she proceeded to walk away she rolls her eyes. I've never had crappy service . Then when I ask her for a side salad she tells me at this time they can't serve me a side salad . Then I ask for a water and lemon and she proceeds to say theirs no lemons. I will not come back . They really need to figure out who they hire . Not just random disrespectful kids. read more
