This Chick-fil-A cranks out foods that are pretty much the same every time. They're good and they're predictable. It's been this way for years. Service is excellent and decently fast. Delivery is pretty quick too. This is a fast food joint so the ambiance isn't great. It's pretty good overall. Chick-fil-A's corporate policies of LGBTQ+ discrimination aren't cool... I hope they fix that. Their employees at this branch at least are cool however and deserve the paycheck, I think. read more

Placed my mobil order at 1:30, checked in at 1:40, didn't receive it until after 2pm when I called their location... All I ordered was a sweet tea and a water :/ They gave me a cookie "for my troubles" but it was just kind of a frustrating experience cause I have low blood sugar and was dehydrated so I was trying not to faint or something and figured since the chick fil curbside area wasn't full it may be a quick option. Having a cold catering tray of nuggets that you can reheat in the oven is brilliant on the part of chick fil a!! We ordered a tray and picked it up on a Saturday for a Sunday kid birthday party. The location was accommodating in having it ready at 1pm instead of the original 2pm time. But I stood at the pickup counter for a very long time with nobody acknowledging me. I finally flagged someone down. They still took quite a while to retrieve my nuggets from the fridge. I do realize it was a busy time of day, but my food was ready and paid for. We just needed it brought out. When we arrived at our venue we discovered that the plates and napkins that were supposed to be included were not in the bag. On 5/15/24 I placed an order for delivery. The driver ignored the instructions and placed my order directly against my outward opening screen door. He also failed to ring the bell, but I heard his car pull up. I opened the door to retrieve my food and spilled soda all over the bag. I yelled at the driver who sat in his care but just drove off in the end. I called the store and spoke with someone who identified as the manager. She proceeded to tell me that it was the store owner who had delivered the food and that he had handed it directly to me. That was obviously a lie. I asked for a refund but settled for them redelivering the food. FYI, the 2nd driver was evidently trained well enough to read the delivery instructions and leave the order in the correct place. The drive through kids do not listen! If you say not the meal you get waffle fries- the same young man then went inside and was at the window visiting g with the young lady at the window Dow. I could not get there attention for it felt like 10 minutes I politely called to them. I was waving the young man same one that was at the drive-through he looked at me ignored me. I started waving. He waved back and kept talking to the young lady who was serving the drive-through, but she was opening a box. I could not believe the young man ignoring a customer then waving I have noticed less and less chic fil a outstanding service however, the salad was much better. It had all the delicious extras blueberries apples, strawberries I love the market salad. Food is good, as usual, but.... I was at the Briarcrest location on 6/4/22, 7:03pm. There were two young employees getting their lunch order from the person at the counter. These two transactions took nine minutes, as it seems that the counter person was inexperienced and taking a long time to take orders. All three employees ignored a huge puddle of spilled drink between them, on the counter in front of the POS system. I had to ask someone to clean it up before I placed an order. The young man who looked like he was the shift supervisor took no notice of any of this, despite passing by several times. Any other fast food place, this would be business as usual, but CFA has higher standards. read more

I've never had an issue at any Chick-fil-A ever before , but I guess this one is managed differently. I visited the location a week ago and they miss filled my order ( first time any Chick-fil-A has done that) so I called and spoke to someone. They told me they wrote my name in the system . Today I visited location and they don't have my name in the system. The person I spoke to originally failed to mention that the order was only good to be replaced for a week. So basically they denied me my replacement SANDWICH (not even a meal a SANDWICH). Tried to explain to them that I was out of town. told them they lost a customer. They could care less! I just got a broiled chicken wrap from this joint. Half of the wrap had way less than an ounce of chicken on it. I took it into the restaurant, spoke to the manager and she said they measure it out. I told her she was full of it. They made me a new one that had a fair amount of chicken, but still not a lot. Considering how big a Chick Filet sandwich is this wrap for almost $9 was a rip off. I've been to this location numerous times. Normally it's top notch. Today, not so much. We ordered lunch items at roughly 10:15, which is still during breakfast. App said it may take longer to prepare, so I figured we would have to wait on our food, no worries. Pull up to the drive thru, gave my name, employee says we are good to go. Pull up to the window, get our drinks & the guy said that they were waiting on the fries, to pull up & park and they'll bring it to me. Ok cool. I am an avid customer to Briarcrest Chick-Fil-A in Bryan. I pretty much always receive great customer service but today. Went through drive thru at 7:56 pm 5/21/22 and the young lady at the WINDOW was busy talking to other team members as to not acknowledge me and to hear me say I did not need the cup holder. I repeated it another time and then the 3rd time she heard me but had attitude with me because I did not want it. I told her thank you when she handed my food. I love this location. Went today and service was fast and wonderful as usual. I do need to say tho that I don't think these poor employees should have to be standing in the rain to take customers orders. We would have been perfectly fine waiting another 2-3 minutes to get our order taken under the pavilion. There was employees without any kind of rain coat or cover on and just soaked head to toe, dripping water. These poor kids are going to get so sick. I'm not complaining by any means just felt so terrible seeing them soaked and freezing cold. Waited months for this location to open from their revamped construction. Was so excited and was terribly disappointed. First night we went was 2 weeks after the reopen it was total chaos. Went through the line to the drive through and had to pull in a waiting parking spot for 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and nuggets after we were in line for 15 minutes. Made a second trip this past week and it was worse. We were in line 30 minutes. The redesign was not better at all. I think the old building set up was better than this. read more

Chick-Fil-A is the best chicken sandwich available in fast food. It doesn't matter which location I go to the employees are the nicest and most courteous you will ever find.
