Came here for the first time with my family. Didn't know they sold fast food as well. Here we thought, it was a dessert place only lol. Anyways, we ordered the 6pc Chicken Strip Country Basket, Onion Rings, Banana Split, Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard, Cotton Candy Blizzard, and the Brownie Batter Blizzard. The fast food and dessert were good, but nothing extraordinary about it. Didn't really like the cotton candy though lol. Staff were super friendly. Small parking, but this place isn't too busy, at least when we went. Lots of tables to dine on. read more

As a family we got ice cream it was some of the best ice cream ever!! definitely recommend the Oreo blizzard so good!!

My monthly friend is visiting and I decided to use that as an excuse to compare fall themed shakes from 3 different restaurants. In the AM I went thru this dairy queen drive thru and tried their version of a pumpkin shake. It may be called the Pumpkin Pie blizzard. A+ Fantabulous. Very good and pumpkiny. Then at lunch (the same day) I had a Blue Bell pumpkin shake delivered from Carter's Burgers. Yuck! Blue Bell just doesn't have the taste of ice cream that I like which I knew before ordering this, but I was hoping the pumpkin shake would be different.... It wasn't. Later that evening I went into a Chik-fil-A and tried their Autumn Spice Shake, and this was the nastiest of all. What a waste of money. I had to throw it away. If you're looking for a fall themed shake, go to Dairy Queen and try their pumpkin version. It has a great taste and richness to it. You won't regret it. read more

Best for a malt or milkshake -- SKIP the food. Like the steak fingers are ALL breading, no meat. Bread is not buttered, mehhhhh.

I've been to this Dairy Queen several times, since its nearby. I've always had fast, friendly service. Even when their computer was acting up and couldn't run cards, the lady working the drive-thru stayed friendly and smiling, versus taking her frustration out on the customers like some folks might have. Food wise, so far every burger I've ordered has been perfectly cooked, the fish sandwiches are SO much better than McDonald's, and I love the thicker cut fries. Dipped cones are dangerously addictive and the two different Blizzards I've tried (Heath and Oreo) were very good, if so so bad calorie wise. My only minor "complaint" is that the menu does not match the online menu. Apparently almost all the Texas locations have different menus, but the main corporate site doesn't note the Texas ones even have a separate website. Went to this location tonight Thursday 2/6/20 at 7:15pm ordered a banana split all chocolate and a large vanilla cone. Simple right. Admittedly, it was late. We came up to the drive thru 6 minutes before 10pm, closing time on this Thursday night. There was a timed deal going on an app that offered a dollar off Blizzards that ended at 10, so when we pulled up and an automated voice told us the store was closed, we were surprised. Those working inside looked right at us and then proceeded to actively avoid eye contact. I get wanting to get home, but even if it's five minutes early, you can't just close up! Especially if you're still running a deal that's advertised on a third party app specifically for this location (not one of the other locations in town!) read more

I don't expect much from any fast food but I least expect someone decent service and at this Dairy Queen all you'll receive is rude service and arguments. I went threw the drive threw to grab two blizzards (a medium heath and small apple pie) and either the headsets are messed up or he did not hear me right but the drive threw guy Daniel didn't hear me correctly and thought I wanted a mini not a medium which is not a huge deal I would have paid the difference when I saw what I was getting but as I told him I ordered he immediately told me "no, you did not say that." and kept repeating "I promise you did not say that." then offered to make my small apple pie into the mini and make the mini heath into a small which still wasn't what I wanted. I've worked fast food before and have literally been cussed out by people but I was never rude to them and always tried to help them and was nice but apparently hear they don't feel them same. read more
