A one star review is pretty generous for this location. No one loves Chic-Fil-A more than I do and it's so disappointing that this location is the one closest to my house. I visit at least twice a week and there is always something wrong with my order, the customer service is awful and the food portions seem to get smaller and smaller. My second to last visit, they forgot to give me a whole meal and all of the sauces I ordered for my meals (I'm so grateful I checked my bags before driving off) and on my last visit, the attendant charged me for two meals when I ordered only one. The attendants are not welcoming or polite anymore, they're very dismissive and their only priority is to get you out of there. If you're looking for quality food and service, you're much better off driving down the block to PDQ. read more

Asked for my food to be cooked to order. When I received my food it was like warm WITHOUT the sauces I requested and the line was still wrapped around the restaurant lingering in the road. I called to store and spoke with Michael, he advised I could come the next day as early as possible to get a replacement. Once I got to the store I had to argue with two managers about my replacement meal. The failed to do that now I am still fighting for a refund. Kudos to one of the few drive thru's out there that caters to the GLUTEN FREE population. I am going to review today just on these options. I have been GF now for almost a decade and maybe I can help some of the gluten newbies. These people have it down folks! Modify, modify. No problem. They got ya. U literally can convert just about everything if u know how to ask for it. I hate to say this, but I am pretty addicted. Here are my favorites. Breakfast options. Ask for an egg and cheese burrito , but skip the tortilla and put it in a bowl. Chop it all up for me so I can eat while I am at the red light. Oh, stop that! Don't like the yolk ? The worst location to put this chain restaurant. ALWAYS has a line blocking the right turn lane to get into the shopping center. Additionally, if you choose to go here the parking lot is designed so small and crowded it is very difficult to get in and out and dangerous for you and your children to walk to your vehicle due to all the congestion! read more

Today was my first visit to a Chic-Fil-A. I will now present the world's first side by side comparison to my fav, Zaxby's. 1. Facility CFA - Stark white small dining area. This location is dominated by the kiddie play area, it's bigger than the dining area, really! Zax - Comfortably lit country theme. Nice booths, very roomy. Winner - Zaxby's in a runaway. 2. Employees CFA - Employees are polite, courteous. They are very well trained and respond to thank you's every time with a "My pleasure". Actually after a while it seems robotic. Zax - Usually friendly and helpful. I have seen them get stressed at times which wàsnt good. Winner - CFA 3. Accoutrement - you know, the stuff that comes with the main item. Mainly the fries CFA - Waffle fries. Kinda soggy and bland...meh. Zax - Coney Island, Nathan's or crinkle cut, whatever you call them, always hot, crispy outside, creamy inside. Some of the best around. With the finger plate you also get Texas Toast and cole slaw. Winner - Zax 4. Main Item CFA - In this case it was the Spicey Chicken Sandwich Deluxe. Generous piece of chicken, hot and not dry. No sauce or any kind of dressing, they offer you a choice of sauces at the counter so you control the amount. We liked that a lot. The girl gave me two sauces, at Zax an extra sauce is .25 cents. All in all a very good sandwich. Zax - Chicken finger plate. About six or seven chicken filets, always hot, always juicy and always delicious. Choice of dipping sauces, extra sauce 25 cents but you usually don't need more than one. Winner - Zax by a beak. 5. Drinks CFA - Coke products and Dr. Pepper, regular and diet. Also fresh lemonade, regular and diet plus the usual tea, milk, coffee. The only drawback is the drinks are behind the counter which means fighting for a spot at the counter for refills. Zax - Coke products, you serve yourself, all the refills you want plus the usual other bevs. Winner - Self serve drinks always win Zax. 6. Intangible CFA - Although good, I left hungry. Lots of locations. Great billboards on the freeways "Eat more chicken", always makes me smile. Zax - I have never left a Zax hungry, never. Limited availability Winner - This was tough, almost too close too call but Zax wins this by a full belly. Although close, Zaxby's was the clear winner. The mgr Christine did not communicate well with me. I have stage four bone cancer and don't move around well. They messed my order up this morning. I asked for Arnold palmers half lemonade half ice tea. Instead they gave me half sweet ice tea and half unsweetened tea. I instantly called the manager (above) she instructed me to bring my receipt on the bag to verify the purchase and to make right. We went back at 11:30 the line were long I cannot stand for very long due to the cancer. So I sent my care giver in. She abruptly sent him back out after he stood in line patiently saying we needed the cups as well which was something completely new. I never write complaints. I called her she wasn't helpful at didn't offer the least bit of advice to settle this I asked for the owner she was quick to give me corporate phone no. I have been eating at Chick-fil-A since they opened and have never been treated with such dismissing behavior like I was a three year old that dropped his ice cream. I was a little disappointed because I thought Chick-fil-A would be a little more put together than they were. Upon arriving I knew it would be pretty busy given the fact it was only the drive-through but I could clearly see there were three lanes but since everybody was in the far right lane's I figured maybe the far left lane was for first responders or orders that had already been placed ahead of time on the website. By the time I got up to pay for my order which was approximately 45 minutes in the drive-through I found out that that lane was just a third lane but the employee that was standing out at the road wasn't letting anyone know it was for cars coming in the opposite direction which is the way I was coming from but I had to go all the way down and do a U-turn to come back which could have been avoided had the employee standing out there directed people into the far left lane that was virtually empty. So overall the food was good, as usual, but I will not be returning to Chick-fil-A until all this ends because I just didn't find the long wait and lack of direction very appealing. read more

I love love love Chick-Fil-A!! It's a cut above the rest in terms of fast food to me! The inside of the store is always clean and I always see the employees cleaning the empty seats and trash. They are also so pleasant! We went for breakfast and I order the Chick-fila-A Chicken Mini's Meal which car with hash browns and a drink. I almost always get their diet lemonade because it is just soooo good!! My breakfast was devine! Just what I had wanted! I always get the Honey roasted BBQ Sauce and the Chick-fil-A sauce!
