The drink Cherry Berry, is not even close to tasting as good as the strawberry lemonade, The drive thru, little crowded, but the the line went quickly. The drive thru, attendant's are always friendly and I try to make sure, to give them a little too, if I have it. This is our go to Chick fil A. We have been coming to this location for several years. This location stays busy at all times but the staff handles it well. The past several months I have been doing mobile orders only and it has been working out great. For mobile orders they have designated parking spots marked with numbers. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Orders have been correct. During the covid-19 pandemic staff have been wearing masks and gloves. Your order is brought to your car in a container so there's no contact with staff. Getting out of the parking lot from the curbside area can be tricky at times. read more

This is the SLOWEST chick fil a location ever. I live on 280 but occasionally have to travel to St. Vincent's east for work so I stop by chick fil a for breakfast and it is so SLOW. The ones on 280 have the line wrapped around the building and I get faster service there than I do here with only 5-7 cars in the drive thru. read more

It didn't take long, as they had people outside taking orders and letting you pay while in line. This helped getting everyone through quickly. The employees were all friendly. I am currently not eating any fried foods and Chick-Fil-A was actually a perfect place to get a meal. I ordered an 8 count grill nuggets with macaroni and cheese with a medium lemonade. Along with my order, I ordered a Cobb salad with no chicken or bacon on it for my vegetarian mother. The service was great! They had workers outside to speed up the process. I was in the line and had my food in less than 6 mins. The atmosphere of this establishment is always great. Everyone is pleasant every time I go and they are also patient. Normally, I'll rate fast food restaurant no more than a three star, but since I'm treated pleasant every time I'm here, they're definitely a five star in my book. The Trussville Chic-Fil-A and I go way back. This location has been a staple in my families casual dining routine for years. Here are several reasons why we keep coming back: 1. I tend to agree with this statement. My children love their waffle fries. Most every occasion, their fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. If fried food isn't your thing, they have more healthy options on their menu such as a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, kale salad, etc. 3. The reason we chose to dine here so much is that I have five children (and they all love it). If I were to ask any of them where they would like to go out to eat, unanimously they would suggest Chic-fil-A. Kid recommended...parent approved. I went to the chick fil a in centerpoint on Roebuck parkway. As usual it take more than 10 minutes to receive your food through the drive by. I received my number one combo and began to eat it and when l bit down in the sandwich I heard a hard crunch. My first instinct though it was skin coat of the chicken. It turned out to be a piece of bone which cracked my tooth. I sent to cfa claims people and they denied my claim. It's always a terrible experience when I come this way.
