Chocolate Chip Cookie, was pretty good, thick, plenty chocolate chips in the cookie. The drink Cherry Berry, is not even close to tasting as good as the strawberry lemonade, The drive thru, little crowded, but the the line went quickly. The drive thru, attendant's are always friendly and I try to make sure, to give them a little too, if I have it. This Chic, is easily, located, right off the hwy, but you don't, hear all the noise from the big trucks. I highly recommend eat at this Chic! read more

Was in line this morning. Something seems off about drive thru. It's starting to take longer now to order. Cars pulling up after a car that's been sitting. Gets their order taking before ones before. That's Not Good Service and It's Not Fair to those sitting before others. Please stop doing that it's VERY irritating when trying to get to work. read more

I use to love Chick-fil-a. And, maybe the lady at the store in Pell City was having a bad day. She didn't greet us. Treated us as if we were beneath her. I don't usually mention particular names but this wasn't a teenager. Ady screamed at a coworker right before she began our order. She was rolling her eyes and it became unnerving to say the least. The gentleman I took to get his supper doesn't get out much and it set him back months. People remember to be kind. I hope this girl will not be there if he ever wants to go again. read more

This is our go to Chick fil A. We have been coming to this location for several years. This location stays busy at all times but the staff handles it well. The past several months I have been doing mobile orders only and it has been working out great. For mobile orders they have designated parking spots marked with numbers. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Orders have been correct. During the covid-19 pandemic staff have been wearing masks and gloves. Your order is brought to your car in a container so there's no contact with staff. Getting out of the parking lot from the curbside area can be tricky at times. read more

This is my favorite one to go to. Now usually my order is never wrong but on this day it was but I was not upset because they were busy. So I called back to the restaurant and let them know. I spoke with Cheyenne and she replaced my entire meal and also received a meal card. Now this is customer service that I like to receive. Trust me they will never lose me as a customer. Great customer service, well organized, prompt with service, fast with food service, love to eat here, would recommend family and friends, food is always great my favorite is the tenders and nuggets fries lemonade or a Arnold Palmer, Polynesian sauce and honey mustard sauce. This is the SLOWEST chick fil a location ever. I live on 280 but occasionally have to travel to St. Vincent's east for work so I stop by chick fil a for breakfast and it is so SLOW. The ones on 280 have the line wrapped around the building and I get faster service there than I do here with only 5-7 cars in the drive thru. read more

I am currently not eating any fried foods and Chick-Fil-A was actually a perfect place to get a meal. I ordered an 8 count grill nuggets with macaroni and cheese with a medium lemonade. Along with my order, I ordered a Cobb salad with no chicken or bacon on it for my vegetarian mother. The service was great! They had workers outside to speed up the process. I was in the line and had my food in less than 6 mins. The atmosphere of this establishment is always great. Everyone is pleasant every time I go and they are also patient. They were no COVID-19 precautions with going through the drive thru since masks became optional. Overall, I will never stop eating at Chick Fil A. read more

CFA rarely disappoints. They are one of, if not the, best chains for a reason. This one is no different. We went through the drive through, which was packed. It didn't take long, as they had people outside taking orders and letting you pay while in line. This helped getting everyone through quickly. The employees were all friendly. It can be harder to get out of this location, but other than that, this location is great. read more

Chick-fil-A is known for having good hospitality and this location always deliver when it comes to fresh food and great customer service. This location is always crowded during lunch time, but they definitely have a system going to keep the line moving constantly rather it's at the drive thru or dining in. Normally, I'll rate fast food restaurant no more than a three star, but since I'm treated pleasant every time I'm here, they're definitely a five star in my book. There's no denying that they're expensive, but just remind yourself that you're getting high quality food and service. I always get my usual which is a regular chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a diet lemonade. The food is always fresh and I've never had any issues as far with the temperature. read more

No matter what time you come to Chick-fil-A they always provide fast, and great customer service their lobby is now open to where you can eat on the inside very nice on the inside they really stay on top of everything as far as cleanliness goes. Long lines, but worth the wait :) I mean, seriously, CFA is always worth the wait. And this location has super friendly employees as an added bonus. I haven't been inside (have only used the drive-thru), so I can't comment on facilities in the building. The drive-thru has two lanes so they can take orders twice as fast! read more

This Chick-Fil-A is so nice! This was our first time trying out this location. We had been suggested to try it out by the manager at the Trussville location. Everyone was super friendly and they get your food out quick and it's fresh! The hostess was super sweet and made sure we had everything we needed, and got us refills from the table which was so nice. The food is exactly how you want when you go to chick fil a. Regularly eat here before Church on Wednesday night This location is used to train new employees for other locations in the area owned by the same group so service can be hit or miss. Still better than most other fast food chains. read more

This is the chick fil a closest to my home so I frequent here a lot. I would normally give any chick fil a a 4 or 5 star rating but, this location has proven to be hit or miss. Great customer service of course but, sometimes they may over cook their fried items or something similar. It's not bad enough that I'll stop going though. read more

The Trussville Chic-Fil-A and I go way back. This location has been a staple in my families casual dining routine for years. Here are several reasons why we keep coming back: 1. Customer service at Chic-Fil-A is always amazing, and when I say amazing, I mean amazing. There isn't another fast food restaurant out there with better service. 2. The food is great...if you're into chicken. Their Original Chicken Sandwich is their signature piece. They have a saying that states, "We didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich." I tend to agree with this statement. My children love their waffle fries. Most every occasion, their fries are crispy with just the right amount of salt. If fried food isn't your thing, they have more healthy options on their menu such as a grilled chicken sandwich, grilled chicken nuggets, kale salad, etc. 3. The reason we chose to dine here so much is that I have five children (and they all love it). If I were to ask any of them where they would like to go out to eat, unanimously they would suggest Chic-fil-A. Kid recommended...parent approved. If you are a family, you can't go wrong with this location. Friendly service, good food, and kid recommended. If you are someone looking for fast food and you want a place that you will most likely enjoy...again, this is the place. It's chicken...and fries, but they do it as good as anyone else. I went to the chick fil a in centerpoint on Roebuck parkway. As usual it take more than 10 minutes to receive your food through the drive by. I received my number one combo and began to eat it and when l bit down in the sandwich I heard a hard crunch. My first instinct though it was skin coat of the chicken. It turned out to be a piece of bone which cracked my tooth. I sent to cfa claims people and they denied my claim. It's always a terrible experience when I come this way. Most of these stores don't even follow the chick fil a polices. I've worked at chick fil a for a few years and they all were ran terrible with a false sense of Christian values. I will be boycotting this false valued cult. read more

Don't be discouraged by the long lines! Y'all know CFA some how manages to get you through without a long wait. AND they do it with a smile! This location has to places to pull and place your order. Makes it simple. It's ALWAYS clean and friendly and the free wifi makes it a great spot to hang for a little bit. This is the one place in my area that I KNOW I can count on for a quality experience. AND THEY RECEIVED A "100" rating from the health Dept! Way to go! read more

I suppose I'm just more than a little annoyed at this location, but I shouldn't be because this location in Roebuck on Parkway East is consistently bad. Customer service and quality of pizza is, well, awful. Overall, I had gotten away from ordering pizzas from Pizza Hut and Papa John's because quality (no matter the location) had diminished. Tonight just sealed it for me and I can't seem to find a place to properly complain. I placed an order online for carry-out. I go by to pick it up and the lobby is wall-to-wall people, plus people waiting OUTSIDE. That should have been a sign. One register, one person and she looked exhausted and barely spoke above a whisper. The warming oven was stuffed with pizzas waiting to be picked up. The rack with delivery pizzas was full. No one knew what was going on. After 10 minutes it was finally my turn at the counter. I give my last name. She studies the screen. She asks for a first name. She studies the screen some more. Then finally says "it's not ready yet." I say "how much longer?" She says "I'm about to print it out and take it back there to give them now." I say, "IT WAS NEVER PUT IN? " She whispers "No." I said, "Never mind." And I walked out. I won't go into how mediocre their pizza-making skills are. I just wanted to warn others from making the same mistake I did. Don't go to this one. Please.
