I've never heard of a place say they cannot do no salt on their fries. When they said we don't do alterations to any of the items, I asked if they sprinkle the salt on afterwards and the lady responded with "yes" so my next question was, can you just NOT sprinkle salt on it and she said "we cannot do that because then we would have to clean the entire fryer". Anyways, I canceled what I was ordering and only got my kiddo something. If someone wants to reduce the sodium on their food, that should be okay to do. I've been to this Chick-fil-A many times and they never miss. Today specifically sparked my review. I made my order on the mobile app in a hurry not paying attention to what I clicked. I ordered curbside & while sitting in the car with my pups, I noticed I had ordered a spicy sandwich (I can't have spice). I took off inside to request them to switch this out as I had used my birthday treat & was worried they wouldn't be able to do anything. While waiting inside, I saw a worker headed to my car. I ran over to her apologizing for the mishap & she quickly told me not to worry & was back out to my car within a few minutes with my updated order. The inside was spotless, might I add. I did not catch the names of the two ladies who helped me, but I am very appreciative as I was needing to get back to work shortly after arriving. They are always so kind in the drive thru as well as I often bring my pups to get grilled chicken nuggets. I haven't eaten breakfast here for years and i'm glad I haven't. We ordered either the 10 or 12 pack of chicken biscuits and a yogurt and literally it's almost $20. Other than the staff being friendly this company should be ashamed. If i would have known the price or size of biscuits I would have never ordered ( they only list the 4 pack meal which i did not want). The biscuits are less than an inch and the tiny speckle of a nugget was even half that size. Then the yogurt pictured on the menu looks like a large yogurt but when you get it - it was about a 4 ounce serving with 2 strawberries cut up. I get they have to pay employees, building, advertising but geez- that $20 meal cost them no more than $1-$1.50 to create. While a few Chick-fil-A's are not up to "corporate standards", This is a completely respectable and solidly-run Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is a Southern Conservative chain. They close on Sunday so their employees and customers can go to church. But they have the highest moral integrity about serving food to the general public. Their ingredients are high quality. This is not always the case with fast food restaurants that serve chicken. They have healthy eating options on the menu. (You don't want fries with that? You can get kale with that.) The recipes are excellent. (A special shout out to the spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich.) The cleanliness and maintenance are impeccable. (Try saying that about a Burger King or a Wendy's.) The room is a nice place to sit. They are extremely ecological in how they take care of their trash. For fast food, this is everything a Berkeley, California Yelper could ask for, All coming from a chain headquartered in Atlanta. * * * This particular Chick-fil-A has the additional cachet of being located at Four Points. Some of the customers are people driving on the state highway just outside the restaurant. But many locals are whites living in the posh developments of River Place or Steiner Ranch. There are lower middle class people and upper working class people who do live in Steiner Ranch. And there are "real people" apartment complexes up and down Rte 620. But most River Place and Steiner Ranch homes are upscale. Really upscale. Other diners are engineers working in the tech companies nearby. This is a fairly global population, and rich in its own right. Watching the drive through lanes is fascinating. A lot of money passes through those drive through lanes. You see Porsche SUV's, Luxury Sedans with all sorts of exotic logos, BMW's by the dozens. You also see the one van of guys working for the pest control company. Hey, the help has to eat SOME place ... * * * Why does Chick-fil-A get all these negative reviews? Garrett W's review of the 620 Chick-fil-A has one explanation worth thinking about. Garrett W. argues that the negative reviews of this Chick-fil-A come from wealthy Karens. To be fair to people who live in the neighborhood, I have seen plenty of Yelping lower middle class apartment dwellers write troll reviews about not liking their fast food. Some wealthy people obtain their wealth by being absolute saints. But Garrett W. may have a point here. Some rich customers are fussy customers. * * * I have two different theories. Theory 1: The complaints tend to be about the drive through window. I almost never get drive through, anywhere. For this review, I did my eating inside Chick-fil-A. There is more than can go wrong at a drive through window than there is with indoor dining. If there are complications or obstacles, the kitchen can serve people "out of order" in the dining room ... Getting the simple orders delivered to the tables that are simple and dealing with the problem orders as they get to them. This is harder to do on a drive-through. If there is a rush or confusion or something amiss, the drive through customer tends to get the short end of the stick. Plus there is more time and performance pressure on the person in the drive through window than there is on any other staffer in a restaurant. This can lead drive through window workers to make stupid mistakes or to be irritable with customers. I suspect that many of the people who wrote bad reviews of Chick-fil-A Would have been happier if it had been possible for them to eat inside. * * * Theory 2: There may have been weaker management in 2020 and 2021. My love affair with Chick-fil-A began many, many, many years ago in Little Rock, Arkansas. I was asked to pick up food from there on my way back to my cousins house and decided to order me something. It was love at first bite and at that moment I knew I would be hooked. Sadly they didn't have any locations in the state that I lived in at the time so I would only be able to indulge when I went to Atlanta, Little Rock or some where in the South. Well this Chick-fil-A location has got to be the absolute worst location of all of the Chick-fil-a's in the US. I have been to a lot of Chick-fil-a restaurants in many different states and this location has got to be the worst. Last time I was here I said I would never come back but today just confirmed that I never should have returned to this location. I asked that they not put any salt on my fries because the last time I came here they gave me salted potatoes. Like they put so much salt on their fries it would give the healthiest person hypertension. It's ridiculous! I mean these fries had so much salt on them you would have thought they had extra salt on them. These fries look like I ordered salt with some fries. When I asked for no salt they had the audacity to tell me they don't do modifications to the orders at this location when I had ordered a salad with no bacon and they honored that and all I am asking is for no salt. Like I'm saving y'all an extra step!! To make matters worse as I was eating my salt infused fry I felt a piece of hair on my lip!!! This totally ruined my appetite. I just threw the whole bag of food in the trash as soon as I got home. This place is not like any other Chick-fil-a and I'm pretty disappointed that all the people inside handing out the food don't have hairnets on. Go here at your own risk. The "large fries" to go were not even full when we opened the bag. It was 10:50am and only a few cars in line. There's no excuse for this. I took a photo of the two "large fries" without sampling before the photo was taken. It's ridiculous. They don't even cut off the bad spots of the potatoes (see photo). And for some reason most of the partly filled containers contained these bitter, dry fries. We won't be coming back; we will continue to go to the Bee Cafe location where the containers are so stuffed with fries, we find them in the bottom of the bag and often can't finish them all. read more

If I could rate this a zero I surely would. I have never had issues with this location besides a missing fry before. But tonight definitely will be one to remember. I frequent this location and have been treated with kind and friendly staff. Lines can be long during rush hours but the wait is normally not too bad. Unless you have an impatient child who'd scream for the entire trip, then it'd feel like a lifetime. Which is why I sometimes give up on going out and use their app instead. Their delivery service is quite outstanding, I ordered through the Chick-fil-a app at 12:33pm, estimated arrival time was 12:47pm, food was out my door by 12:55pm. The app itself is easy to use but was acting weird at the very last part, it wouldn't let me customize the tip so I had to leave extra cash in an envelope on the door. Food arrived hot and they got everything right. I ordered the White Peach SunJoy with my meal wanting to try it out especially in this hot Texas heat only to be met with a kid sized drink. Chick-Fil-A never ceases to hit the nail on the head with amazing customer service, hot and delicious and juicy and tender and moist chicken, and most of all, that good ol' southern christian lovin. As I walked through the double glass doors, I was greeted with the soft and gentle smiles of each and every employee, which set the precedent for the remainder of my experience. Ordering was nice and easy, and the food came out quick and hot, just how God intended. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with the white bun instead of the wheat, and my associate (not my boyfriend, I am a heterosexual) had the spicy fried chicken sandwich, lunch was on me of course (I'm loaded btw). While chowing down on this heaven-sent grub, I saw what seemed to be the familiar face of Michael Cera (he was in Wet Hot American Summer I think) but it was actually none other than Collin, a Chick-Fil-A Team Member as seen in photo 1. My excited self rushed to snap a quick flick of this doppelganger, and he was definitely was a leading factor in this five-star review. Thank god for Collin. On my way out, I requested a refill of my half tea, half lemonade beverage, and to my surprise they had the goated-with-the-sauce Cherry Coke on tap in their soda fountain. I quickly asked for a cup of that liquid instead, and Team Member Matthew, as seen in photo 2, was just as quick to help me out. I left this establishment with a full tummy and quenched thirst. I ordered a Cobb salad with a spicy fried filet. I received a premade ice cold salad including grilled chicken. I have never received dry chicken from any chic-fila so I'm not sure if they gave me old strips or what? I pulled into the drive through because i saw it was one car on each drive through with some cars in front of them who have already ordered and i love chick fil a breakfast so i was like why not ..chick fil a breakfast ends at 10:30. I entered the drive through with 1 car on each order station at 10:19... and guess what.. literally did not get to the drive through order station until 10:31. The girl had to check with manager to see if she could still do that for me.. made me so upset even hearing that question. Manager luckily still approved it but you guys have a serious service speed issue. It makes no sense. Any other chik fil a i would never be in a 12 min wait for 1 car in front of me to order. So mainly the traffic in front is causing the hold up. I feel like you guys need either more people or better management. For people with big orders you should have the pull forward and there are two more parking spots for drive thru orders, that way you aren't making people wait for 12 min who ordered sometthing small and simple. By the time i got my food it was 10:42. MY TIME SPENT TOTAL AT CHIK FIL A DRIVE THRU, WHEN IT WAS 1 CAR AT EACH ORDER TAKING STATION WAS 23 min... 23 min to enter the drive through and be handed my food was 23 MIN. Absolutely the worst Chick-Fil-A in any city or state we have ever eaten in. 100% of the time we have to wait a very long time (30+minutes) after placing an online order to pick up curbside. This is after about 30 minutes of waiting to even go there for the pickup. The absolute worst was that we ordered 26 chicken sandwiches to give out to friends when we were about to go out of town for two weeks. We picked them up (after waiting curbside for at least 45 minutes past the time they were to be ready) and tried to eat ours (the chicken was tough, tasteless, and virtually indigestible), but had to throw ours away. We contacted others, who said the same; most said the sandwiches were NOT prepared according to the order, and all were tasteless and inedible. We did this as we were leaving town for two weeks. As soon as we returned, we kept the receipts, and called Guillermo, the manager. He said, "too bad", we should have interrupted our trip to collect all 26 sandwiches and taken them in to the store, and then wait for them all to be remade. He said that because we didn't do that, there was nothing they would do to make up for this. This cost us almost $200, and was all wasted. We intentionally waited until mid-afternoon when they weren't busy (there was only one or two cars there), and still had to wait. Most of the sandwiches were unlabeled, almost all were done wrong (lettuce & tomato when none was requested, no cheese when cheese was ordered, no inner paper wrap on sandwich so it oozed all over the boxes), but we still waited about 45 minute. This put us very behind, and we had to leave to go out of town. We will never go to this slipshod place again; I truly believe it is a health hazard, that they are not cooking the sandwiches properly, and follow no instructions. I strongly advise going elsewhere, or at least another location. read more

So I went to this location and the lady at the window was rude. Her name is Aracely. She didn't even apologized thinking it was my fault. When she get confused with the food. She gave me another order, I don't get it how she get confused if I had a red truck with a red sedan how is that possible.
