The drivers could be more patient with the food why do they deliver it so messy and I understand how fast you have to be I get your trying to get your tip I thought if you doing it in a rush, I won't know patient in time. I have ordered from this location frequently as it is conveniently located... although not a convenient drive-thru set-up. The drive-thru is an awkward configuration that is frequently congested. Also they have staff outside to take your order at the drive-thru before you are able to view the menu... so either you have to memorize the menu or look it up on your phone. Also cleanliness is an issue at this location... I was served a beverage with a huge hair on the lid... disgusting. read more

I'm an unfortunate regular of this location, and they are constantly messing things up. I've been debating writing a review for a while but todays meal was enough to have me finally do it. Issues I've had with this Chick-fil-A: 1) regularly serves coke products when syrup concentrate is low. I always get my food to go, and generally don't notice that the drink is undrinkable until I get home. 2) regularly misses items in order. This Chick-fil-A has left out my items on multiple occasions. Forgetting salad dressing on an overpriced salad? You bet. Leaving out the tortilla strips with the chicken tortilla soup? You bet. Attitude from the teenager cashier next time ordering after asking to make sure tortilla strips aren't left out? They didn't forget this. 3) my third, final, and most prevalent issue: horrible and rampant portion control issues. Where these people get off serving some of the sandwiches they serve is beyond me. Each visit, it's a complete gamble whether you're going to get reasonably sized chicken with your sandwich or nuggets, or if they're going to decide to rip you off and make you eat two pieces of bread with essentially no chicken inside. Same issue with the cool wrap- half the time there's basically no chicken even though it's one of the most expensive meals on the menu. Not to mention the bottom of the barrel fry crumbs they like to serve as a side of "fries". See my photos to see the chicken they served me today. Pathetic. This Chick-fil-A is the bane of my existence, and I wish they would get their act together. If I didn't live so close I would never visit this location again. Only reason I'm leaving two stars and not one: most of the employees are pretty nice, so I want to give them some credit for that. I used to eat here on a very regular basis but stopped because they discontinued my favorite item - the Carrot Raisin salad. I decided to come in for the first time in a long time, and it was pretty much like it always was: clean, fast, good service. I come here every morning after the gym to buy breakfast for the office. This location consistently has an attitude at the window and through the ordering process. Cutting you off giving you your total before you're even finish ordering not putting straws, napkins or the sauce packets that were requested during the time of order. it feels more like a McDonald's and a Chick-fil-A. The owner of this company has lost touch with Chick-fil-A policy and I hope it comes to light and something is drastically done to change the atmosphere at this location. read more

I will sometimes come by here early in the morning when I am in the area for a quick grab. It's always packed but like most of the CFA I've been to they know how to move the line through....I've never been inside the store. Just the drive thru and I've never waited very long...5-6 minutes tops. This is during peak hours when everyone is here getting their morning biscuits and coffee. I imagine working these hours in this location can be very stressful on the employee but you can't tell. Always friendly and a cheerful "Good morning. Welcome to Chick Fil-A. How may I serve you?" Really disappointed this time. A counter full of workers, we were the only customers in line and it was still a wait. A young girl, obviously a new employee, had more customer service skills than the rest of the staff combined. Our order came out in peices, we had to for our last beverage, once we figured out who's drink was who's. The fries were lukewarm, no salt. The lady that works in the dining area volleyed from not hearing you to not understanding English. Another customer was concerned about a spill, that someone can get hurt, it took an act of Congress to get it cleaned up. I will not be bringing my children back to this place. read more

I come here all the time and to different CFA locations and always have a really positive experience. Worst ever today! Girl at the window was super rude and condescending. Told me it "would be awhile" for my food and to go park. Just got a grilled sandwich meal. I asked her if I could sub my order for something ready and she gave me more attitude. I asked how long "awhile" would be and she said 2 minutes lol. Then young boy came and brought my food 2 min later and gave my bag, was holding on to my drink picking at bottom of cup. I asked him if that was mine and he questioned if I got a drink. I said no she did not give me anything at the window. Was telly strange and unpleasant experience. If I could give them a zero I would this is my 1 millionth time going to the Chick-fil-A before the last three times my order has not been correct and this morning after waiting in line for 10 minutes to get to the drive-through and then tell them to get my order they say go park out there it's not ready it'll be another four or five minutes now. I've spent 15 minutes waiting for my order that never came. I called the manager and all she could say was OK no worries will give you your money back. In one order they got everything incorrect. - Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was missing egg - My order was missing it's hash browns - Instead of giving me a scramble bowl they gave me a burrito - Forgot the creamer I asked for in the coffee - The coffee was a little over half full because they forgot about the creamer - No fork in my bag for my bowl This is extremely disappointing considering there were no other cars in the drive-thru and not many people inside. How can you not love having a Chick-Fil-A directly en route to and from work? I can even make a right turn in or turn at a light on left if coming back! Sweet. I do wish CFA was open a little later, since I can only swing by for dinner (I mean who wants to cook after working a double in a restaurant, right??) if I get out early (say before 9) but hey...some nights it works and nuggets are the comfort food ticket after a day on my feet! Chick-fil-A is everything when it comes to good chicken. Don't let the long line discourage you.....they do a good job at keeping it moving and by the time you make it to the window, your order is usually ready. Food is kinda expensive but you really do get what you pay for in terms of quality. Places like KFC don't even come close. Their lemonade is a must-have also. read more

Saturday morning is no exception to this, I decided to go through the drive thru for breakfast there were people around the corner waiting to get into the drive thru line; lucky for me I had a big cup of coffee and didn't mind the wait.
