Mobile preorder...waste of time. Thanks you have in the drive thru line and then they often don't have the food ready. Go to Canes instead

I'm very disappointed I sat In this split drivethru while the employees took orders from the left line and the right line had to order from the speaker this resulted in me sitting in the drivethru for 17 mins and watching 9 cars pass me by in the left drivethru lane I won't be coming here again read more

2 years later and it may have proven worse than before. cold strips which were 8$ each were also pink inside. 1/3 was "warm" so we gave that one to our baby. Drive thru attendant was distracted asked me over and over again what I was saying, and then neglected to give me the sauces I ordered. so 12 strips and not one cup of sauce... absolutely horrible you should change your name because you are not chick fil a. read more

The worst experience I have had at a Chick Fil A. I called prior to arriving to ensue that they were doing the 12 Days of Christmas promo and was told they were. I arrived and was told they would not honor the free item of the day because their store was not participating. The manager was not helpful and she told me to contact corporate. Terrible customer service!! read more

Best customer service of any restaurant I think I've ever been to happiest people quick service perfect delivery with correct items every time love this place happy every time I leave!! read more

Wow! Drive thru was like a well oiled machine. Polite, great customer service, and extra pickles that I ordered! What?! Fresh fries and hot sandwich was delicious (extra pickles). This is best experience I have had at Chick fil a Thank you ! read more

I don't know what the malfunction is at this location but I never get the quality I have come to expect from chik fil a. The waffle fries are almost always cold at this location and the customer service is really bad and the drive thru is too cramped. This one's owner needs to take a lesson from the owner of the one on 14000w colfax. read more

As much as I like the food I do not like the new curb service. Using the drive up I have never felt that the service was slow as to warrant having 6 to 8 employee in the drive up lane. Honestly it feels pushy. To many cooks spoil the soup. read more

They let you order from the lunch menu at around 9 AM. Service is prompt and friendly and very accommodating.

I rarely rate or review fast food restaurants, however I think one particular person at the Chick-fil-A on 52nd and Wadsworth should be recognized. Greg is always so friendly and helpful, even when I have special requests. I never get an eye roll or an attitude from him, only a smile. The rest of the team is great as well, but Greg always stands out in my mind, maybe because he helps me more often than the others. If you have worked fast food then you will know it's not the funnest or most rewarding job but as long as I have been going to this Chick-fil-A and Greg has been helping me, he makes it look pretty easy and fun. Thank you Greg for always getting my order right and being a joy when I come. read more

Closing early just because it's snowing a little makes emergency services workers who have been too busy to eat all shift pretty darn sad. That, on top of poor service in the past. read more

I love chick-Fil-A but we just had a chicken salad sandwich at the Arvada chick-fil-A and the bread was stale....lettuce had black on edges. Also sweet tea was watered down. read more

I don't eat at Chik-fil-A a lot but the other day I stopped in at the Arvada location and was impressed with their set up at the drive thru. I was in a line of about 6 cars ahead of me and was driving away with food in hand in less than 3 minutes. I have not had that fast of an ordering experience ever. Whoever is running the drive thru or the restaurant for that matter is doing a great job! read more

The chicken is so amazing. The fries are the best. If you are looking for chicken nuggets fried or grilled come here. There are amazing breakfasts. Of course the advertising is spot on, a cow holding a sign that says eat mor chiken is hilarious. The people are so fast and polite it is perfect. read more

Amazing food always but not the best at getting your order 100% correct. Maybe forget to upgrade your meal (when you paid for it) or ask what sauces you want but don't out them in there. Just check your order before you leave but it's so worth it. read more

It's a Chick-fil-A. What more can you say? After In-N-Out probably the second best fast food restaurant chain that there is. Even if you don't like their food, they deserve 4 stars for their TV commercials. My only complaint is that their sweet tea is never sweet enough. Go figure...for a chain out of Georgia you would think they would know how to make sweet tea. Maybe they should move their headquarters to Texas where the tea is REALLY sweet. read more

I can honestly say this is the only fast food restaurant I've been to (repetitively) and not had a single complain at any visit. I'm always impressed by the staff's personable attitudes when taking my order and reading back my order word for word before taking my payment. It just goes to show if you actually take pride in your job, you can get things right the first time around. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to a McDonald's (or the like) and the simplest of things are messed up (wrong drinks, wrong sizes, leaving food items out of the bag, etc.) Really thankful I don't have to worry about a laborious experience when I come here! read more

This restaurant is fairly average for a chick-fil-a but the trash can here is horrible, they tried to implement new technology, which I very much respect, but they seemed i do it in the wrong way. These trash cans are lower than the average trash can and are opened by a motion sensor. The motion sensor takes a while to open te door and the trash can being lower than average not only leads to an uncomfortable experience for the customer but requires a change of bags more often than most and in turn bothers customers with the smell and sight of garbage and trash being transported through where they are eating they're food. I am not commenting on the food because like I said earlier, it is as expected to be when you go to a chick-fil-a. read more

My grandkids love the food here and most of the time the employees are very nice and respectful in the morning because if you go in the afternoon everything changes, they are the opposite rude and really disrespectful which is a shame, especially the manager at night. 2nd time in the row my platters are not ready when we arrived and I understand they make them fresh but if I have to wait a half hour for 2 platters every time what's the point of ordering ahead of time and sometimes just a little of customer service goes a long way like saying sorry for the delay but we are making them fresh or something else but being rude and angry because I showed up on time is a shame. read more

It is great having a Chick-fil-A near work. I used to work near the Highlands Ranch location and always went once a week. After changing jobs it was great to hear that a Chick-fil-A was going to be opening in the neighborhood. I have only stopped by twice but each visit was great. Wonderful food, and like always a great staff. read more

Gave this chick fil a 5 stars very friendly and courteous asked for plenty bbq sauce didnt even hesitate this chick fil a is the best... the one on 104th federal is full of rude grumpy workers think i will take the extra trip to arvada from now on :) read more

As far as being a local goes, this is my Chick Fil A. The are easy and quick about ordering, never have forgotten my food or sauces and the iced coffees are awesome. I eat breakfast here 3+ times a week and will keep coming back! read more

Super friendly people and great food. Some of the best shakes anywhere too. They do family friendly events some days too, always a hit.

Excellent food as always. The Greek yogurt parfait is a perfect healthy desert. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive. We were greeted well and upon leaving told thanks and goodbye. Look forward to coming back. read more

The service at this location is excellent every time . Very clean attractive restaurant. I appreciate they staff well to manage rush hour and its also apparent staff are enjoying their job. No complaints regarding menu. Food freshly prepared and no wimpy fries here like at mcdonalds. It has become one of my family's favorite fast food stops. It may seem pricier but its comparable to the rate hikes seen at completers for less value. Hoping to see one open closer to my house! read more

I typically dont leave reviews but after experiencing the atrocious service at this chick fil a today, i feel a strong need to. It started out okay, tried to do two separate orders and the card reader declined the first so we added both orders to one tab only to have the card reader decline again. They told us to pay at the window, once we got there the total was $10 more than it was when we ordered. Staff did not seem apologetic at all, and got our order confused with someone else's. They forgot to add multiple of the sauces we asked for. The drinks were incorrect and were not what we ordered. The milkshake was very poorly concocted, with hardly any oreos. The sandwiches were soggy and missing toppings all while falling apart in our hands. Not only were all of these things disappointing, the fries were not crispy and were hardly salted. Overall, very disappointed and it was certainly nobody's pleasure. read more

Drive up service was extremely rude today you know it had to be bad if I have to take the time to post

Just went through the drive through here and purchased three meals but specifically asked for two of each sauce that our family wanted. The employee responded with "hmm we can maybe give you one of each." Seriously?! It's not like I asked for a case of condiments! I have never in my life had that experience at a chick fil a before....maybe McDonald's, not chick fil a! Then to top it all off, my fries were cold. No one likes cold fries. Very disappointing experience. What happened to "my pleasure!?" read more

Good food, as in all chick-fil-as that I have been acquainted with, great customer service. I wish all businesses trained their workers to be so courteous! read more

I love their food, always fresh and the workers are always polite and courteous. My family and I eat Chic-Fila at least 3x a week. I like when you dungeon dine-in they bring your food to the table like a restaurant. Very nice environment and clean. read more

Stellar customer service! Debbie is an excellent manager, we are so impressed with her hospitality and all around pleasant demeanor. *we* messed up when placing our order and when we had to go back to correct it Debbie was very nice and accomodating. She helped us get it right and even threw in an extra fry for out little one. It is so refreshing to encounter employees like her. Thank you! And the food was great, as always :) read more

Super fast drive through lunchtime service, courteous staff, great food. I especially love the kale side salad.

Just went there did my order at the drive thru when I got too the window my order wasn't right so I added what was missing not a big deal the other lady? Dark hair with a short haircut handed me the order 30 seconds later so I asked did you get my add ons she said yes I said are you sure yes ok when I get home it was missing 1 12 count nugget so I call the lady who messed up my order answered the phone lied about being manager and said I needed my receipt so I called back asked for the manager who's name the other lady used and told me that they put them in my bag I asked them which one of my kids do I tell doesn't get there food all they could say was you can come back a over 1 hour drive don't go there they screw up your order and don't care read more

I eat chick fil a so much it's a problem of it's own: I love love love it!! I eat here almost every day. But this location is now my closest and it is absolutely terrible! My order is NEVER correct . I called once and only received a free sandwich breakfast and shake in the mail . Mind you I'm allergic to the breakfast and the shakes. That barely covers all the food I've had to throw away with no refund. Yesterday I was given a sandwich with cheese. When I'm on my way to work I can't stop to fix it but my allergies are severe enough I have to throw it away. They never compensated me as usual. Plus they are always rude about the app users and Apple Pay. They regularly talk back to customers and hardly read back your order . I try my best to drive a couple blocks up the road to make it to the other locations. I am a regular at this location the other wadsworth location the one in anthem and the one in superior. The customer service at all of the other ones is impeccable !!!! This location is just incredibly rude and not tentative towards the customers needs . I've waited to write a review in hopes it changes. But to no avail. I feel like I have to guide the employees as a customer. And the staff is always hogging the line to socialize around lunch. I will still eat here since I regularly run bulk orders to my boyfriends work down the road but if you have a choice to stop at this location drive a couple blocks and avoid it at all cost !!! read more

We find these place cause we were in the area at lunch time. The place is great and the food is fast and very tasty. I don't give 5 starts cause my soda was almost half ice only and no refill. If you change this it will be 5 stars. read more
