The standard chicken sandwich was so salty that it was rendered inedible. I threw it way after 2 small bites. I will never do business with them again. read more

Once again order the large fries get a medium order. Need to retrain whoever is doing this or get them off fries. It's ridiculous to charge extra and not get for what is paid. read more

Worst drive thru I've even been!!!! 15mins. No organization. Got my order confused. Uggghhh so fucking dumb!

First time at this location and they have already caught my heart in a flutter. The presentation of my spicy deluxe was something I thought fast food places only did in my dreams but today I was proved wrong. The taste was on par all the way. I am fully happy with the meal I got from this location. read more

Ordered on app. First ever Chick-fil-A I've ever been to I waited 10 minutes through the drive through before getting cold food. Chicken was so old it has gray coloration on the outside. Not even a hint of warmth. Very unpleasant. Will never go back to this location read more

when searching for a decent place to eat on Labor day, many restaurants that I called were closed. I happened to see this place open as I was driving. The ordering process was fast and they brought out the food to your table and they cleared the table when we were finished. Since Chick-fil-a is classified as a fast food restaurant, I found the food to fit that classification. The place was clean and the condiment bar was clean and fully stocked. The only thing is that their food items are very expensive. Around $8 for the small Asian chicken salad and that does not include a drink. read more

Well, the $3.60 crispy chicken sandwich is much better than McDonalds' $1 "chicken" sandwich. The waffle fires are BORING. Almost tasteless. They don't taste bad, they just taste like nothing. Not even potato. They do give you lots of sauces to flavor the spuds. The employees are very chirpy. This was my second visit to a Chick-fil-A in this lifetime and most likely my last. We spent the same amount for lunch for two as we would at Chipotle. This is not even a contest. Steve Ells gets my money. Free Wi-Fi. Happy about that. read more

This used to be my goto spot but I haven't been in a while but I thought I'd give it another shot and o boy I get that they might be under staffed but tonight's trip was completely unacceptable, first issue was the drive thru I pulled into the leftside lane and almost immediately regretted it when I started to notice that the right lane had 2 employees taking orders all the way back to the split, in the right lane we had to order from the speaker this lead to no less than 6 cars in the left lane passing by me while I sat waiting for about 20 minutes, this was bad enough but when I finally received my order I found a soggy sandwich that seemed to have been made hours ago and my nuggets were mostly hard as a rock overcooked several hours ago, I'm extremely disappointed as I thought the issue that had kept me away might have been addressed but seems like that's not the case, don't bother:( read more

Needed a place to study at an early time in the morning, so I stopped in here. Free wifi! I know there's a lot of bad PR for this company, but the service is on the contrary. They told me to find a seat in the dining area and brought my food over to me. Then they insisted on throwing my mess away for me afterwards. Impeccable service! The food is nothing super special, I always get the Polynesian sauce with my mini biscuit sandwiches, and my refillable sweet tea! The only drawback to this place would probably how pricey it can get for a family of four, it's fast-food after all. read more

Stopped in today for an early lunch and Zach was the cashier that helped me. What an outstanding individual! Best customer service I've ever personally experienced. Also, they had flowers placed on each of the tables which was an elegant touch for a fast food restaurant! read more

This has been my go-to chicken spot for years. The staff is always very accommodating and goes out of their way to help you in any way possible. The place is s usually spotless but it was hard to get a clean table last week but one of the staff cleaned it in a jiffy plus alk the other tables and seats. read more

Have been coming here for years and they are pretty consistent with screwing up orders. Just left there, got home to hungry children, and they had forgotten a big box of chicken. They didn't give me the receipt I asked for, so can't get a refund. Super disappointed, and won't be back. read more

My Wife and I are not fans of fast food. We had very little time for lunch so Chick-fil-A was the choice. Drive thru was fast and freindly with many employees working the two lines. Now for the two Grilled Sandwiches bursting with a garden of lettuce and a razor thin tomato with a supposedly piece of grilled chicken. I must say this poor chicken breast was so dry it had to be cardboard substitute. Even after a addition of sauce it was awfull. I like good chicken sandwiches but not cardboard. Oh the bun it was awfull. Two bites and in the trash. read more

I wish every fast food chain operated as well as this one. Even when the line is super long they get you through quickly and I've never had my order messed up. Take note, Popeyes. read more

Food is great, per usual. And the crew manning the drive thru makes everything super fast. But the armed security guard with a bulletproof vest on standing at the drive thru entrance is a bit much. read more

Did a drive thru around 8pm and order 2 different chicken sandwiches that were fairly straight forward but the order was completely wrong. Not even close to what we ordered. When you have had a long day and just want to relax with simple food that I ordered and didn't even get close does not help a person relax. Thanks for not providing good customer service. You might want to put on some training sessions and not just fill a position. read more

I get it Chick-fil-A, you have your own cult-like rules and training policies. But when I order French fries only to be told "Chick-fil-A doesn't have French fries. We have waffle fries. Do you mean those?" I think you've taken your holier-than-thou fast food a little too serious. read more

Worst customer service I've ever seen long lines they don't have any signage up for people that are coming to pick up My order so you get stuck in a drive-through for 30 minutes horrible service read more

Always great customer service, Davidmykal is awesome. Friendly, patient and helpful. Thanks for being amazing!

If I could I'd give them 0 stars. One of the worst Chick Fil A. So tired of coming here and them getting my order wrong. Asked for spicy sandwich no cheese no lettuce, got a regular sandwich deluxe. Asked for 3 different sauces, not even 1 pack of sauce. No napkins no forks for the Mac and cheese. What's the point of me giving you guys a food order if they still just make it their way. Here you go a whole different order. "My pleasure." read more

Horrible location. Can never operate the drive through properly (taking multiple cars from one side while one sits at the other order speaker) and absolute slowest drive through around. Definitely not what you typically see for a chic fil a read more

The food was amazing! It was quickly made and delivered as well. A girl named Alyssa Flesher was especially helpful! Whenever we needed something she would get it for us and be kind whilst doing so. Even the deserts were amazing as well! I especially love the peppermint milkshake. I hope to come back again! read more

I love Chick-Fil-A, but today I ordered my normal chicken sandwich to go and when I went to eat it the filet was so small. There was more bun then meat. Similar to McDonald's hamburger. Very disappointed. read more

For starters it took forever and a day to get our food, then the order was wrong and to top it off the food wasn't any better

I was in line for breakfast at 10:15 with only four cars ahead of me before I got to place my order by the time I got up there it was 1035 and they told me that they stop serving breakfast. I then asked the person taking my order if I could still order breakfast since I was in line before breakfast was over like so many other Chick-fil-A's do. He told me yes and I ordered my meal. When I got to the window, there was a very rude lady that approached me and told me I was unable to order breakfast because they were all out when I asked her since I was still in line before breakfast was over if I could just get the mail, and she told me no and a very rude manner. She then asked me if I wanted to change my order to a lunch order instead. I told her yes and then she started acting overly nice in a smart ass kind of way. It was very rude and uncalled for. read more

This was the first time visiting this chick Fila. The weird thing was that it looked exactly like the new one they built in Cheyenne inside. They must have a layout that works, great to see them trying to keep the flow the same. I had the #5 12ct nugget combo one of my regular menu items I enjoy. The service was friendly and super fast we barely sat down and we had our food. Best Ice tea from any fast food place. read more

Oh come on are you kidding me? What is it with Arvada chain restaurants??? Got fried and a salad. Fries had obviously sat under the lamp for hours and then microwaved!!! I've been twice in ten years. That was enough. The waffle fries are terrible. The grilled chicken sandwich is just okay, but not worth a special trip. I don't understand why so many people like this place. The food is better at Taco Bell... read more

Zach is such a sweet person who radiated kindness. He made our experience so enjoyable. Thanks for the refills and smiles Zach!!

Very smooth. That's how my experience went at this Chick-fil-A. I've never had a bad meal at Chick-fil-A so talking about the food would be a waste of time. The food is always good and all of the flavors I'm looking for are always consistent with every other Chick-fil-A around the US, that's why I never worry about coming here. I guess the only difference between the different locations is how the process is pretty much every one I go to I have a pleasant experience. If you want a good chicken sandwich with a nice flavor then go visit a Chick-fil-A. Really tasty. read more

Really long day at work and had to grab a late dinner here. It's not that hard to make a chicken sandwich when all you want is the chicken. Instead got chicken and bun soaked in pickle juice.
