I am a fan of the salads at this restaurant in Annapolis and I get the same salad all of the time. The lettuce is crispy. The tomatoes are good even when they're not in season and you get plenty of protein if you choose to have it on your cobb salad. I like to get two avocado lime dressings Yet, when we opened up the bag, the avocado lime dressing packet was open. With all the things going on these days with health and wellness having an open product that was not opened by me was not a good experience. Normally, all of the items are always good to go, but I was a little disappointed in this service "lack" of checking. The other avocado lime dressing was closed. So I used that one, but the salad wasn't as good with my usual two packets. Luckily I had a bottle in the fridge because I love the avocado lime dressing. Yet, if I didn't, that would've made the experience a full disappointment, especially since we paid for the avocado dressings to be in the bag with the salad both secured. read more

I haveee to shoutout this Chickfila location, after I placed a mobile order on my way into work and placed the pick up to be at one location first, but changed it last minute realizing the commute I had to continue - and this Annapolis location was SO accomodating. There was absolutely no confusion or delay in picking up my order, and I wanted to take the time to give this place their flowers! This place has the worst wait times. Especially in the morning. It should not take 15 minutes to wait to get through the drive thru. Further they kept making repeated mistakes with customers making the wait longer. And on top of that because of the way the place is designed you are stuck in the lane unable to leave if the wait is too long. What should be a quick five minutes gets made longer. The food was always great. The fruit was nice and fresh. How do I know ? I got a fruit cup for my puppy and he loved the strawberries. The food was hot and my sister loved her sandwich and macaroni and cheese. The 1/2 &1/2 was ok, not as sweet as I remember but still good. I heard someone mention a pup cup. I thought it would be nice to give it to the pup and other locations have them. Might be something to consider. read more

My first experience with this brand is exceptional their salads are delivered chilled, with crisp ingredients, grilled chicken, and ranch dressing I was surprised by the large package it was an ample amount. I'd never eaten from this chain before. I always drive by and see the long line of cars so I chose to join in as was hungry and have heard that the chicken is tasty. Before I reached the menu a girl with a pad asked me my order. I explained I couldn't see the menu yet and it was my first time there so I didn't know what they offered. She didn't know either much of anything either because that day she hadn't been supplied with any "cards" . Really ?! So, I ordered the basic chicken sandwich. When I asked what else do you have, she started telling me about meal deals But not varieties of sandwiches or wraps. Management, if you have a long line and you are paying them to stand outside, give them the tools to sell and not just take orders! She took my credit card payment but didn't have an iPad with the menu or a printed menu. Come on. Later in line after seeing the menu I switched to the spicy chicken. My CC was charged for both . Spent 30 minutes on the phone to remove the inaccurate charge. The first call the woman told me to take it up with my Cc company then quickly put me on hold. I hung up after holding 8 minutes and called back and got things resolved quickly with another who cared to help a customer. Great Chick-Fil-A and location. You know what you're going to get when you go here. Always consistent and usually tastes the same. I parked and walked in since the drive-through was so long. I thought I would be in there 10 minutes waiting and by the time I finished paying my order was ready. The counter staff was very polite. After estimating a 25-35 minute delivery timerI shouldn't be surprised since every time I go through the drive thru here it takes them at least 15 mins, even when the line isn't long. I hate this chick fil a so much and highly recommend avoiding this location if you can. Go to edgewater or even severna park, those locations know what they're doing. read more

Good location. The kids are really loud but the restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating. Our food came out really fast and was delicious and fresh. Routinely misses order notes, most recently have completely the wrong order and then the GM ignored request to refund it, instead offering coupons for half the order (which was 100% missing). Unfortunately I used a gift card, when I reiterated I would like a refund, not a coupon, the GM said they couldn't since they had already issued a coupon but did add additional coupons. Fine, but irritating as they all have expiration dates and may not get used. Service is incredibly slow, even if you're waiting inside watching multiple people stand around with your order sitting on the other counter. read more

Annapolis location on Solomons Island Road is abysmal. Today was last straw. Parked and went inside to order chicken biscuit made fresh. Drive through experiences always seem loke food was microwaved or kept in a steamer; biscuit would always be mealy and spongy. Guess what? After the clerk had to call over a more senior worker to show him how to enter my request in the system, she dutifully put it in using a lot of key strokes, then told me to wait. She left the front, my name got called in less than a minute, and I assumed I caught it just as new biscuits were coming out. WRONG!!! It was the same spongy crap. I'm done with that location. It's a Chick-fil-a. That about sums it up. The customer service is okay, but I notice a lot of turnover. Which, I'm assuming plays a part in the delay. I was boxed and forced into an over 20 minute drive through wait, just to order. With a sick toddler. Why? I did waiting to turn and park, when two people almost hit me backing out. I moved so they could get out, to which the people watching boxed me in. Forcing me into the nightmarish drivethru line. Being nice doesn't get you far here.
