Chick-fil-A's in PA are still a rarer fast food restaurant, so it's nice to find one when staying in the area. This one is located in a complex with several other businesses including a Target. Interior is the standard Chick-fil-A you'll find everywhere and includes a kid's play area. Food and service was what you would expect, it was good. The only issue here was how busy this location is. On a Saturday, from 1PM-2PM, the line was steady to the door at all times, so going back for desert might not be an option. Overall, it's a good location, just super busy. read more

Hands down the worst chick fila I have ever been too. Seating is okay, but like most locations they have workers split up sitting in areas. They do have a play area for kids. And plenty of parking. Food is okay quality, but always short on the fries and if you go for breakfast they will short you on the hash browns. Staff is ruff to say the least. Went to pick up our grandchildren's happy meal and they told us they do not have chicken nuggets for a happy meal? Which I second guessed but just ordered differently instead and finally got my order and had to go inside anyway. On there menu inside I saw they did have chicken nuggets for kids meal so I just ordered it, when I got home as my grandchild is looking in the bag there was not a single toy or book! My review is based solely on their delivery/take out service. We were in the area for a convention and usually doordash most of our meals to help save time. Ordered breakfast from here on a Saturday morning as it was one of the fastest delivery times and who doesn't love a good Chick-fil-A breakfast? Unfortunately they dropped the ball on this occasion. Ordered an ice coffee and hashbrown scramble bowl for myself and a chicken biscuit with egg white and side hashbrowns for my husband. Now I get why it was filled so fast, parts of our order were missing or smaller than usual. My hashbrown scramble had maybe a sprinkle of cheese, sad looking scrambled eggs and no chicken...which is the whole reason I ordered it. Hubs chicken biscuit had a small chicken patty about the size of his fist and a greasy egg white. For the price they charge I'd look elsewhere for breakfast. We all know how much of a fan of Chick-fil-A I am, but as always when I'm a tagalong I have no say in where we go. I can't even remember if they had inside service at the point in time when I was there. I just know that we did the drive thru experience. We did place the order beforehand so all we had to do was pull up and tell them that we placed the order. The customer service was superb as it always is for an establishment like this. They were polite and seemed to give service with a smile. The food was the norm for their chain and seemed to hit the spot. I seem to find myself enjoying the lemonade. I guess I just don't get what all the fuss is about when it comes to Chick-fil-A. Now that I've been here 3 or 4 times and tried a few different things I can say yea it's ok, but nothing special. There are lots of places with chicken sandwiches and fries. Their waffle fries are interesting but they don't seem to measure up to the hype you hear from die hard Chick-fil-A fans. Sadly this was not a great visit to a Chick-fil-A. The only highlight was that that play place was open. Sometimes restaurants run by a bunch of young people can do well but in this case today they were struggling. And it wasn't really that busy. There was a young man named Parker who is doing his best to help everyone but he just needed more help. A young high school boy took our order and while he was pleasant he needed some work. He scooped the ice with the cups which just grosses me out that he put his hand in the ice bin. I also asked if the salad dressing was cold because I only like cold salad dressing not room temperature salad dressing. He said it was cold but when it came out it was not and they did not have any that was cold. I would've happily ordered a different sandwich but ordered a salad because I like it more. I had to go get a refund for my salad and then order the sandwich. By the time I came back with my sandwich my family was finished eating. I also ordered a grilled club sandwich and only got a grilled sandwich, the bacon and cheese were missing. At this point I decided that I probably wasn't supposed to have the bacon and cheese so I just ate the sandwich as it was and it tasted great. In the dining room, most tables were dirty. A sweet old woman asked a team member who was wearing a blue polo and a blue fleece jacket also wearing a hat if he could clean off a table for her. His response sternly looking her in the face was no, I am not on the clock. I then saw him head straight towards the bathroom and take a left and go back into the kitchen. This was disappointing to see. While there were many tables that needed cleaned he could have still helped and they would've figured his break out later. There was also a girl who was delivering food to everyone in the dining room. She seemed to stop and whisper to her friends in between each order she dropped off in the dining room. I just did not seem very professional between those two people in the dining room. While our food tasted fine the service and accuracy of information needed lots of work. My 12-year old niece wanted me to try the spicy chicken sandwich. I do not eat fast food and haven't for at least 20 years. I do, however, buy coffee from fast food restaurants. My niece was so excited that I try the sandwich so I did. I also ordered coffee with 2 creams on the side. I was told to wait on the handicapped spot for my coffee. After a few minutes, the coffee was brought out to the car and we were on our way. I did enjoy the sandwich; I would give it 4 stars. I asked my niece for the cream and she said it was probably in the coffee. I looked and it appeared that what was what was done; the cream was already added. When I took a sip of the "coffee" it tasted suspiciously like tea. Either their coffee tastes like tea or they didn't have coffee brewed and just gave me tea. Two star review for lying to me. If you don't have coffee or some other product, just tell people. Don't substitute. If Chick-fil-A's coffee tastes like tea, I feel they should have mentioned that. read more

My family and I love Chick-fil-A and will preferentially eat there if given a choice. This Chick-fil-A location is like most others in terms of good cleanliness, friendly service, and great food. The only downside to this location was it was veeeeeeeery sloooooooow. We thought we were just stopping for a quick lunch in a hurry to get to a meeting after lunch. Near our home in Virginia, the line could be two to three times as long as this and we won't worry about it because they're very efficient at getting people through quickly. Not here. As a New Yorker (da Bronx), I was not familiar with Chick-fil-A until I met my wife (who is from Pittsburgh). Our first years together, she insisted that I try their chicken sandwich. My response was "what's the big deal/" I thought that McDonalds chicken sandwiches were da bomb. Finally I gave in, and I must admit that Cick-fil-A's chicken sandwiches are the very best. Every Chick-fil-A restaurant that we have gone have had the most efficient and courteous service. Drink refills are free. If you eat in, an employee will refill for you. I tend to avoid Chick-fil-A mainly on the basis of their anti-gay and Republican CEO. That said, I decided to visit Chick-fil-A today, because I was craving their chicken. Unfortunately, this was a mistake. While I was in what I thought was the line (there was only one cashier at a register) two other patrons were assisted before me. In fact, one of the patrons was standing in approximately the same place, but had arrived after me. This was a very disappointing experience and I won't be coming back. This is an excellent stop for anyone who is traveling through with kids! We stopped just before 11 am and our kids had the playground to themselves. The facility was extremely clean and the service was fast. This will be our go to stop while traveling from Va to NY!
