Love this place. Staff is friendly and food is great and reliable. BUT if you go through the drive-thru DO NOT let them put you in the third row. It took me almost 20 minutes to get through and I was the second car. I watched the real lines just zip by. Maybe 20 cars? And the poor car behind me was just waiting to get out, they had pulled out of a parking spot but had no where to go. read more

Chick-fil-A - My lunch these guys are excellent - Fast Food Near Me - Abilene, Texas

Have loved Chic-fil-a since day 1 and this location has always been great. But..... they've changed the waffle fries and it's a huge "No" for me. Had them last week and thought they were having an off day. Had them again yesterday and the fries were so hard I couldn't even eat them. please Please PLEASE change the fries back to the original. Why mess up a good thing??? read more

Chick-fil-A is always A+ it's crazy I always crave Chick-fil-A on sundays! And of course they're closed! But it's always worth the wait until Monday! This place gets a A+ for efficiency A+ for cleanliness A+ for excellent staffing read more

Very good example of my favorite breakfast chain. They have the ubiquitous double drive through but it looks cramped and I bet gets overwhelmed. The inside was clean, well tended and another example of great staff that were fully engaged. They made it a very pleasant experience and I enjoyed the chicken biscuit breakfast meal. read more

Chick-fil-A - Another example why people love CFA. - Fast Food Near Me - Abilene, Texas

Amazing and quick service with a smile. The food is always good, and I've never left upset.

Worst chick fil a I've ever been to. They always forget sauces, take forever, and the line is always long. They also gave me the wrong order. read more

Went into this location for the first time last Friday. Let me say this location is always packed and honestly causes so much back up traffic with the drive thru line causing standing cars. Very dangerous for everyone...in fact there was an accident that happened as I was leaving the location. The inside of the building was very small and was immediately apparent that drive thru is their main priority not dine in. Took 5 minutes before anyone even took our order. The food came out pretty quickly but was less then good. The chicken nuggets were not even cooked all the way and just looked nasty. I was not impressed with this location at all that I will most definitely drive out of my way to go to the NORTH location. read more

Me and my significant other were getting ready for a roadtrip for a concert and decided we wanted chick fil a breakfast so I place a pickup order and right after there was a prompt *WE WILL PREPARE YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE* 15 minutes of packing goes by and and I know I will be a little late so I'm rushing there and I am literally less than 5 minutes after breakfast ends and am refused my food and that I can have my refund in 3-5 business days. I feel as though if my food is prepared before I arrive and I'm there 5 minutes or less after breakfast is over even if it is a little cold I'd be able to grab my food if the restaurant is running based off what it is saying in the app!! Just wanted my breakfast what the frick (I'll keep it PG) read more

One hallmark of Chick-fil-A is that they're pretty much all the same so the food and service are predictably good! The only downside to this location is it's popularity means there's almost always a long line! I still think the prices are bit high (especially for drinks since you can't even get refills) but they more than make up for it with some of the best chicken sandwiches and salads and the most user friendly restaurant app I've used! read more

Terrible service. As someone who worked at Chick-Fil-A for 3 years, I'm very much aware of how fast and/or slow this restaurant is supposed to operate. I sat in the drive-through line for 15 minutes trying to get breakfast, where they have brand new hires lost on the line, and team managers that don't seem to care. Once I finally got to someone I asked if they were still serving breakfast, only to be greeted with a snarky attitude saying they stop at 10:30, as if there weren't a queue of cars trying to get the same thing for 20+ minutes. They all just stood there and did nothing to try and take orders. Waste of time, and a terrible spot for a Chick-Fil-A. read more

This location is so frustrating! It's almost impossible to get my breakfast order right. It is 100% impossible to get it right going through the window so I started ordering on the app for curbside pickup and sometimes it is correct. They never give you a knife to eat a piece of grilled chicken so I have to wonder how they expect me to eat it? It also drives me crazy how you can't go there in the morning without getting bird shit all over your car. read more

Food was solid as usual. My favorite thing was they had fresh flowers at every table!! Above and beyond. The bathrooms also smelled amazing. Idk who the manager is but some good choices are being made. read more

So the girls standing outside, aren't they supposed to be taking orders? Because Cierra and her coworkers are just standing around laughing and talking while people are getting confused and waiting even longer. read more

I'm not sure what has happened to this chic fil a location, but it has really gone down hill lately. Like others have said - our order is never correct & they consistently leave out items. I understand mistakes happen but the least they could do is offer to deliver the items THEY forgot! We'll definitely be making the drive across town to the other location from now on since we'll end up having to drive across town anyway if we go to this location read more

Go to the Northside Chick-Fil-A if you want your order correct. I was missing an entree, and they "made it right" by..... making me come back for the sandwich I had already paid for. No offer to deliver. No offer to comp it. I got a free brownie that I didn't ask for (mainly because I don't like chocolate), missed 20 more minutes of work, and returned toy cold lunch. read more

Terrible service. Super rude. Unlike any Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Trash all over the floor. Unsanitary. Coming from a gal who loves Chick-fil-A, this location ain't it! read more

What could I say about Chick-fil-a? The staff could not be any nicer! Food could not be any better! And the lemonade is to die for!! And the staff "looks the other way" when I always ask for extra chick-fil-a sauce to take home with me! The kids love the play place! The staff always talks to the kids and makes them feel important! As a mom that is amazing!! We are there at least once a week! read more

It's hard to believe that I've only started eating Chick-fil-A 2 years ago I know right, my only regret is not trying it sooner. I've tried almost every thing on the menu and still don't know what to get when I go, but always end up getting the # 1 with extra pickles or a # 5 (8) count w/ sweet tea or lemonade. One of the things I love about chick-fil-a is that they aren't stingy at all when it comes to the sauce like mcdonalds who always give me 1! sauce for 10 chicken nuggets!!! I use the sauce for fries, and for dipping my sandwich in etc. I highly recommend the polynesian sauce ( nom nom good) and of course can't go wrong with a classic chick-fil-a sauce. read more

Worst chik fil a I've been to. First, didn't have the menu item I wanted. Then got the order I made wrong, and was cut off in line by someone else. And no one said "my pleasure" which is what chik fil a is known for. read more

Worst Chick-fil-A I have been to as far as customer service goes and we have have been to a lot of them. The food is up to par but attitude is way off the company standard. We prefer to go to the North Chick-fil-A even if it takes us another 10-15 minutes to get there. read more

I don't go here very often because I don't want to park in the street to pull into their parking lot. Every now and then there may be less than 100 people getting food from this location and I give it a shot as well. They are always so quick, efficient, friendly, and good at what they do here. I pulled right into the drive thru lame, a girl came to my window and greeted me. Then she took my order and sent me to the next person. I paid this next girl for my order, then pulled ahead to the window. Got to the window, the guy standing outside the window gets my order, confirms its the right order, then walks up a car length or so telling me to follow him then gives me my order. That part was dumb. Then I pull up to the next girl to get condents and I'm out. Only complaint about the food was that my fries were Luke warm and soggy, not hot and crispy like normal. read more

Steller as expected. Food was hot and fresh, the service was out of this world, and the drive thru moves faster than my digestive system after a Chinese buffet! read more

I didn't think it was possible but I've come across a less than stellar Chik-fil-a. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they were unbelievably slow. I felt like I was at McDonalds. Food was still great though. Edit to add this is the inside the Mall location. read more

Just not a fan. Glenda adores this place but whatever. So I got us take out. I get home and open my grilled Chicken Club Sandwich with fries and drink. $8 for a kids meal? That's a really small sandwich that was mediocre good. No more for me, thank you. But I will finish saying something nice. Waffle fries! Y'all enjoy! Oh yeah, y'all quit blocking Southwest drive trying to get in the drive through. Rude and inconsiderate! read more

The food is amazing. I always get the 12-pc Nuggets with a side of Chick-fil-A sauce. Their fries are out of this world and their fresh squeezed lemonade is very refreshing. The service is good and if they mess up, they make sure to make it up to you 2x over. I appreciate their Military Monday specials as well. Always satisfied when I come here. read more

Great food, service, support of our military, local schools and community. They changed their military Monday to military everyday, how awesome is that. They support Cooper HS all the time. The chicken biscuit is great as well as the sandwich. This place never disappoints. If you have the app they give just because freebies all the time. Keep up the great work... read more

This location can get really packed during peak hours but I can still get in and out in a timely manner. Chick fil a knows how to handle a crowd. I have always had great customer service and of course great food! You can't go wrong with a number 1 and some polynesian sauce. Great milkshakes too! I love that they have healthier options for kids meals (grilled nuggets, fruit) and there is a small play area inside. If you need some fast food without the hassle, this is your spot! read more

Absolutely love this restaurant. Would recommend to all friends and family! Breakfast biscuits are the best!

This is my first time ordering from here. The lady taking our order, did not say hello of any kind, just "what name can I put on this" I don't know the menu and she just stared at me, she did give the option the add lettuce instead of get a deluxe. I appreciate that. Kinda odd to me, that the menu was passed where I got to order. She took our order, did not have any pleasantry to say, not even a thank you for coming. I understand it needs to be fast, but this place is supposed to have nicer people working the customer service portion. Not what I was expect for my first purchase, I only came because I had a gift card. Thankfully my sandwich was yummy, Thank ya'll for that! read more

Stopped here on the way to work for a spicy chicken sandwich on the way to work. Was an early lunch. Team is great here. Place is clean and well organized. Food was made promptly and was hot. Price is just right. Restrooms are always clean. read more

Okay, I had a potential bad experience one night with these guys and here's how it turned out: I went through the drive-thru for the family on a very cold and wet night. I never have any issues here so I ordered the food, paid, and went home. That's where I messed up. When I got home we noticed one of the sandwiches (mine) was missing. I got fries and a drink with no chicken :( Thankfully, my family's meal was correct. Anyways, I called them and, after hearing what sounded like a genuine heartfelt apology, they asked if I could return. I explained it was too cold and too far for me to drive all the way back for a sandwich. The manager took down my information. A few weeks later (yeah, weeks) I received a letter from them with an apology accompanied with coupons for what I didn't receive and extra stuff. These people really do care! I've had this happen at other places and all I've gotten is a an annoyed "sorry, come back for a new one" accompanied with a loud rushed hang up. I'm proud of you Chik-fila, good job. The moral: Always double check your to-go orders. No one is perfect! read more

Consistently one of the best fast food places in the country. Excellent service even on business Sat lunch hour. Lots and lots of customers. I counted at least 14 cars in drive-thru when we arrived. Best to go inside even for take-out. I think you get served faster. read more

I love the food, and service especially the curbside delivery! My only issue is the drive thru and unsafe entrance something needs to be done about this! read more

Food is great but check your order before you leave! I've lost count on how many times they've got our order wrong. Either something was missing or they didn't add the cheese and bacon when we paid for it. The mall location has the same problems. Also if you get an ice cream cone more often than not the cone is stale. But when they correct their mistakes it's usually great. Their sweet (and unsweet) tea is great. Their waffle fries are hit or miss. If they aren't unsalted, stale, or sometimes soggy, then they're great! read more
