I can't say enough good things about Jolly Tots Children's Resale Store! I had been searching…read moreeverywhere for a MyBabiie lightweight Travel Stroller, which normally retails for around $290, and I was shocked to find a brand-new one here for only $70. It was easily one of the best deals I've found. What made the experience even better was the owner. She genuinely cares about moms and kids. She took the time to show me every single feature of the stroller, demonstrated how everything worked, and even had me practice using it to make sure I felt comfortable. She reminded me to always use the stroller brake, sharing how important that simple habit is to help prevent tragedies. You can tell this isn't just a business to her--she truly loves helping families. She also helped me pick out a handlebar organizer, two sippy cups, a convertible snack cup/sippy cup, and a bungee cord to go with my purchase. I left feeling excited, appreciated, and completely confident in what I bought. This has honestly been one of my favorite purchases ever. I absolutely love the color and the quality of this stroller. If you're looking for an incredible travel stroller, stop by before they're gone--they had several brand-new ones available when I visited. Jolly Tots is a hidden gem, and I'll definitely be back!

Very disappointing customer service experience…read more I purchased a pair of kids' shoes from this Cotton On Kids location, and after only one day of normal use, the shoelace broke. The shoes were brand new, and this was clearly a quality issue that should have been addressed. I returned to the store and politely asked for a replacement or refund. Although I no longer had the paper receipt, I provided my Apple Pay transaction record as proof of purchase, including the payment information from the store. However, the store manager refused to assist me and did not make any effort to verify the transaction or provide a reasonable solution. I understand that stores have return policies, but a product that breaks after just one day of normal use should not be treated like a regular return. Customers should be able to expect reasonable support when they purchase a defective item. I am very disappointed not only with the product quality but also with how this situation was handled by the store management. I hope Cotton On Kids will improve its quality control and customer service training so other families do not have the same experience. I would not recommend purchasing shoes from this location unless the company improves how it handles defective products and customer concerns.

Retail is ALL about customer service no matter what you're selling. This is how you get returning customers. The customer is king! Acknowledgement means a lot especially in a small store like this.
