I regret not listening to all of their horrible reviews, and I promise you will too if you hire…read morethem. I scheduled an appointment for 8am on Monday, by 10am I was panicking because we had a main line sewer clog and had not received any communication. I texted, I called (never went to voicemail except one time days later, every other time it appears someone answered the phone while on mute so I'd just hang up). It wasn't until my husband started calling that he finally got an answer and was told they'd be here at noon. That time again came and went, but they did finally show up at 1pm. The two guys that came out resolved the issue, but said their "card reader was down and could only accept cash". Since this repair is going through my home warranty, I need the invoice for reimbursement and have been told since Monday that Bob (the owner) would send it. Monday night he said, nothing. Tuesday night he said, nothing. Wednesday morning he said he was working on it "right now", nothing. Wednesday evening he said he was working on it "right now", you guessed it - nothing. At this point I don't think it's ever going to happen, likely because this isn't a real company. They're not BBB accredited, cannot communicate over several days, and overall has been a nightmare to work with. I'm kicking myself for cancelling with another plumber that quoted me the same price, so don't be like me - call this guy instead (2247046220) Drainmaster Sewer & Plumbing LLC! Same price, way more professional, and has the reviews to back it up. Additionally, it really rubbed me the wrong way that he would not answer me but would respond when my husband contacted him (on several occasions). Despite me being the one to schedule and pay, it seems Bob does not want to work with women. Run, don't walk, away from this poor excuse of a "business". Bob has no idea how to run a reputable company.

He was doing a job pretty far away when I called, and still promised to come out as soon as he was done. He communicated well about his arrival time and was genuinely friendly and efficient in his work. (Also shout out to his partner Chris who was equally friendly and efficient!) They had some install issues with the second faucet and stayed until it was completely done and functioning well, past 8pm on a Friday. The price was a touch higher than what I expected BUT I did not ask for an estimate and they did have to do some extra work they didn't anticipate, so I was happy to pay. I'm actually fairly certain they fixed my running toilet and I didn't even ask them to do that. I highly recommend this service.

I appreciate their honesty…read more We had two other companies evaluate our air conditioner. There were three possible issues: a bad capacitor, a bad motor, or the need for a completely new unit. We suspected it might be the capacitor, but the first technician pushed for a new motor. The second technician didn't mention the capacitor or the motor and instead recommended replacing the entire unit for $9,000. Aquaduct diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor and replaced it. If we truly needed a new air conditioner, that would have been fine. Our current unit is 15 years old, and we understand that it might have been time. But what we wanted was an honest assessment, and that's exactly what Aquaduct provided. I highly recommend Aquaduct!

We had an extremely poor experience with Aquaduct Plumbing after they installed our water heater…read more The installation was not done correctly (dielectric union, flue and drain pan) and corrosion developed at the dielectric union within a few years. This issue was pointed out to their technician during a service visit, & we followed up by email with photos clearly showing the corrosion. They claimed it was not their fault and since it is outside the labor warranty they wouldn't take care of it. When the issue recently worsened and we asked them to stand behind their installation, they pointed to an expired labor warranty and then stopped responding to our emails entirely. A water heater installation should last far longer than this without corrosion at the fittings, and a reputable plumbing company should take responsibility when a clear installation issue is identified, regardless of elapsed time. Unfortunately that was not our experience with Aquaduct Plumbing. Now I have a 4 year old water heater that will likely need fully replaced because of this piece that is almost fully corroded. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Exceptional Service and True Professionalism!…read more I recently hired Wiz Plumbing for a substantial project, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. Right from the initial estimate, Derek, the service manager, set a very high bar. He paid incredible attention to detail while figuring out the exact scope of work. Their team handled a major list of upgrades: Water Heater & Thermal Expansion Tank: Complete replacement and installation done right. Bathroom Faucets: Replaced all 5 faucets seamlessly. Shower Replacements: Upgraded 2 bathroom showers, which required replacing the valves behind the wall. They executed this perfectly and neatly placed an access plate over the cutout area. What truly speaks to a company's integrity is how they handle follow-ups. The day after installation, I noticed a minor leak in one of the bathrooms. I reached out to Derek, and he handled it with complete professionalism. He was out at my house first thing the next morning to investigate and resolve it immediately. Derek and the Wiz Plumbing team offer fantastic craftsmanship, clear communication, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them!

Tony's Drain and Sewer Tried to Drain Our Wallet Instead…read more.. My husband and I called Tony's Drain and Sewer because a contractor recommended them, and we had a stubborn main line blockage. They sent over a technician who attempted to rod the line but couldn't get the equipment in. He gave up and stuck a camera in there. My uncle is a general contractor/handyman with over 30 years of experience, and he's run into this exact issue before with our plumbing. Last time we had this issue, he told us it was likely root intrusion, and that it just needs yearly maintenance. Unfortunately, we didn't keep up with the maintenance, and he lives across the country, so we couldn't exactly fly him in for an emergency toilet rescue. Tony's charged us for a camera inspection and promised to send a quote. The next day? Boom! "$7,500 minimum"... And that didn't even include landscaping repairs. For that kind of money, I was expecting front row VIP tickets to see Dave Chapelle, since clearly, Tony's team thinks they're in the comedy business. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. Another plumbing company with over 20 years of experience came out, scoped it out, and spent about 3 hours clearing the line and doing a full inspection afterward. It was a root blockage and some baby wipes. They got to the root of the problem (yes, pun intended) for just $300. Moral of the story: Don't flush wipes. Also, don't flush your money down the drain with Tony's. Always get a second opinion. 0/10, would not recommend!
