We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. I called because I was genuinely interested in the property as a potential buyer. From the beginning, his tone came across as rude, condescending, and unnecessarily confrontational. He questioned me with comments such as, "Who are you?" and asked what the last property I purchased was. When I mentioned that my most recent purchase was in Florida, he laughed in a way that I found extremely condescending. My daughter was sitting next to me and heard the entire conversation. Even she was shocked by the way I was being spoken to. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this interaction was bad enough that I felt prospective buyers and sellers should know about my experience. Based solely on my personal interaction with him, I would not recommend this agent. The attitude and ego were completely unnecessary. A note to sellers: Please do your homework before choosing who represents your home. Your listing agent is often a buyer's first impression of your property.
