The worst escrow company to deal with in the USA. Worst customer service. The escrow and Title charges and fees are up to the heaven and as tall as the flag pole. Slow and if you don't follow up. Never let you know the status. We are customer, the one paying them. However, they feel like they are the one paying us. We must follow their timeline, their rules, their schedule. Who does Loretta think she is? She doesn't pay me nor I get any discount. So she shall treat customer with customer professionalism. She thinks she is the only one working. We are waiting for her to snap her fingers, we must run to her. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THIS TICOR COMPANY TRYING TO PROVIDE TO US? What are you talking about $100.00 Please kindly read carefully before you reply. And your escrow alone charge $500.00 more than other escrow. Not even included title. read more

Thank you Ryan for going out of your way to help out on a challenging escrow this past Saturday. I was on Catalina for our week long Boy Scout camp and had very little cell service. Although you had nothing to do with this transaction, you took time out of your family day to help with the notary and other details at the 11th hour of this Ticor Escrow. With your help, our Escrow Officer Loretta was able to rally all parties together and we got the escrow closed on Monday! I can't say enough about the patience and dedication of the Ticor Escrow notary, George, who signed docs at 530AM Monday! He explained all loan docs to the client with expert precision. I'm happy to have closed another transaction with Ticor Title and big thanks to Ryan, Loretta, and her team! read more

Common theme with this company seems to be that they help customers knowing fully well that they may not be part of a transaction. Ryan answered some title questions for me, offered suggestions and gave a tremendous referral. He gave me options to consider and treated me like a buddy of his. At the end of the day, this company wants to help customers whether or not they can benefit themselves. I will definitely be using Ticor Title and Ryan Orr in the future and highly recommend them for any Title needs you may need. read more

Excellent, honest, people. Wonderful company, friendly staff, lightning-fast turnaround times. Couldn't ask for more. A+++

Ryan Orr with Ticor Title is an absolute must if you are a Realtor. When I first got into Real Estate, just under 10-years ago, I was unfamiliar with the all of the needs, resources and benefits of having a great Title Rep. I quickly accepted a working relationship with the very first Title Rep who reached out to me. This was a mistake. Within 4-months, I was completely dissatisfied with my Rep, but had been previously introduced to Ryan at a company function. Ryan was such an amazing guy from the very start. He was so professional, courteous, polite and friendly, it felt like I had known him for years. I was very fortunate as a Realtor and found success very quickly. Noticing how Ryan catered to Agents around my office, I couldn't understand why my Title Rep practically ignored me. I soon found myself unable to provide the quality service that I desired to my clients because my Title Rep failed to respond to my needs; leaving me both frustrated and vulnerable, continuously. I pulled out Ryan's business card, gave him a call, and requested his help to get me through my day. Ryan immediately set me up with everything I needed to progress. From that point, I switched Title Reps and never looked back. It was one of the very best decisions I've ever made. My relationship with Ryan has only grown since. Ryan treats me as if I am his one and only client, although I know he is highly in demand. He answers his cell phone whenever I call, every time, regardless of the day or hour. It's as if he drops everything to accommodate me. He makes me feel special; spoiled. Being a perfectionist and a workaholic, I find myself to be very demanding, desiring what I want and wanting it yesterday. Just short of the decade that I have used Ryan's services, Ryan has never let me down, not even once. Ryan is the most assertive, aggressive, proficient, knowledgeable Title Rep/Assistant Vice President that I've ever come across in the industry. Regardless of my need or where I'm located, Ryan eagerly and enthusiastically comes to me; even to my home office in Laguna Beach, without question. Ryan checks up on me weekly to see if I need anything at all; and with every single visit, I'm left in complete awe. He not only saves me time and effort, he saves me actual money in many areas. And in this industry and economy, time is money. I know Ryan to be an honest, ethical and loyal man of great integrity. If you are a Realtor, Ryan is both a blessing and an asset; an absolute must. He is the very best and my Title Guy for life. I highly recommend adding Ryan to your team, as his services are unparalleled to any other. I was searching on yelp for someone to help me with a title issue. Even though Ryan was unable to help me with my unique request, he took the time to refer me to someone who could. He gave me her name, phone number, web address, and location. I know that time is valuable and he did not have to take the time to do that for me. It ended up working out beautifully and I am very thankful for Ryan and the help he gave me today. read more

My house sold and closed on Friday, but did not receive my transfer of money into my bank account....Well still not as yet (President's day weekend). So it is Wednesday and the money is still not in my account. I ended up speaking to Sandra, who was the person that was supposed to be handling my account. I asked her why my transfer of funds was not in my account as of yesterday, and she stated that she was off work on Tuesday, and that no one handled her accounts while she was gone. So I stated that someone dropped the ball somewhere, and she really had nothing to say. She told me she had called me today and left a message for me, but I never got a message. Here is what I am going to say to anyone who chooses to use this company. The money I received from the sale of my home means a lot to me. I am not a millionaire, but what I did make, means something to me. I feel that Sandra did not give the the quality of service that she was paid for with this transaction. I understand that she needed to confirm my bank information for the transfer of money, but she knew that the house was closing on Friday, but failed to confirm the bank information again with me on that day. Not only that, my realtor has already been paid. So unprofessional and I will never suggest this office to anyone. P.S. I also asked since my money is still being held, that I should be reimbursed for interest on my money that they have held. She stated that she spoke to her Manager, and that they stated that there is no interest accrued on my account. I looked it up, and in California, there is interest accrued, so I still feel that I am entitled to that interest. I have to say to this business, get your crap together. They should not receive a dime from my account at all. Thank you, Robin Holt read more
