This is a good sandwich and beats most sandwich shops hands down. The rest is where it fails. The dining area tends to be dirty. Tables are not wiped off and it's not kept clean. The service is OK. No one is outstanding or really personable. They help you and make your sandwich but no one is really friendly or has good energy. They are just there. And most importantly the ingredients in the sandwich don't go to the edge of the sandwich. They leave at least 1/2 inch on either end empty and there is nothing. Make it edge to edge. I want to bite into an end and get ingredients, not just bread. Middle full ends empty. I'll still go here. I like the subs but little things are not followed through. Fix those and this is outstanding.

It was silver, so I knew it wasn't a fry. I went to reach in to grab the item out of the fries only to burn my hand, and as I grabbed it it was so burning hot that my reaction made me let it go. It landed on my forearm and then I knocked it onto the floor of the car . I took a napkin to pick it up to see what it was and found that it was a wing nut the bottom part of a bolt that tightens it that was in the fries A scalding hot piece of metal in the cup of fries . It must've been in the fry cooker while the fries were being cooked because it was scorching hot. I immediately took the whole bag of fries and the bolt in the napkin as I picked it up off of the floor of the car because it was too hot to touch again with my hands. The workers in this place were extremely nice and apologetic however, this scared me and it made me not even want a replacement fry that was offered and I'm concerned for others who may go here and have something similar to happen. I know this was a freak incident however be very, very careful with the food that you get from here because This could've gone a lot worse. If I was the type to grab the fries and put them in my mouth I don't even wanna think of what could've happened but just be careful! And for the establishment please be mindful of things like this because someone could've seriously been hurt.

Literally, from the time you walk in, until the time you leave with your orders, is maybe under 5 minutes. They don't deliver, but then again, they are a smaller establishment (only a few tables in the shop). Also, I really love that you can substitute the bread on the sandwiches with a salad wrap (the "unwhich"). It's a small family run middle eastern store and sort of deli, they have a lot of middle eastern spices and things for purchase in their store, including sumac (way cheaper than any other place I could find). You're usually greeted by the owner or the cook when you walk in, and they're very friendly so you feel right at home when you walk in. They have a deli counter where they have premade humus with tons of flavor options including roasted garlic, cilantro, etc (hint try the beet one it's one of my favorites and is amazing) and different types of middle eastern salads and samosas. I have legitimately never had anything bad from behind the counter; but my favorite is when you order food to be made like a chicken plate or a lamb gyro or shawarma.. I don't know what they put in their food but man is it addicting. Also you almost never get this anymore but they make evening from SCRATCH. This is hands down the best kept secret in Solon, and is much better than the large middle eastern restaurants or chains, and cheaper by quite a bit.
