I've been a Pressed customer for 2+ years and have always been impressed with the quality of their…read moreservices and the convenience of their pick-up and delivery process. They are always on time! Most recently, when I had to have my ENTIRE wardrobe dry cleaned (long story), Pressed worked with me on pricing and the quality never wavered, despite the significant size of the orders (10 orders with 15+pieces in each). I recommend Pressed to everyone who will listen and I'm grateful to the whole Pressed team (especially Benny) who made that daunting entire-wardrobe-project as painless as possible!

I started googling and connected with Maria at Pressed. My savior!! She sent a driver to my house Sunday to pick up my items (jacket, blazer, sweater dress, jump suit, and three dresses). Maria was extremely communicative even asking if I wanted business cards back in my blazer, removed pilling on the jacket, and repairing a small hole on the sweater dress. When the clothes came back to me exactly 24 hours later as promised, I was pleasantly surprised and one happy customer. Prices were comparable to my neighborhood shop if not a few dollars cheaper. How wonderful!! They left me a bag for orders--which I will be using. Note, the normal turnaround is 48 hours. Great work Pressed and thank you Maria!

If you have done any research, you know that preschools for 2-year olds are extremely hard to come by in the city, but with a baby on the way, I knew I needed to enroll him somewhere! We were a little nervous because he was a timid 2-year old and had always been super clingy. He would cry anytime we left him. We were floored when he ran in and started playing the first day. He barely noticed that we left! We were shocked. All of the rooms are so charming and you get a warm fuzzy feeling when you enter the school. It all starts with the administration/office staff at the front desk. They get to know all of the kids by name and give you a cheerful hello and conversation when you drop off or pick up your kid. Our son started in the green room (Ms. Chelsea & Ms. Molly) and then moved into the blue room (Ms. Agnes & Ms. Megan) after a few months. The teachers were so sweet and you could tell they loved each of the kids. All of his art projects were so cute and creative. After a few months, it was amazing to see how our sweet, shy little guy came out of his shell. He really enjoyed his experience there and in fact, I was so sad that he did not return there. The only downside is that it is a little pricey (the reason we didn't continue) and parking is tough ('m not sure how it is now with that new retail area with Buy Buy Baby is there.)

I've used Minuteman Press for years and have never had an issue, which makes this experience even…read moremore disappointing. Yesterday, I called regarding a foam board for an event in Chicago. Gary was initially very helpful and pleasant. Later that afternoon, I called back to confirm that my graphics had been received. Maggie answered, informed me that Gary wasn't there, and even placed me on hold to try to reach him. This morning, I called again to check on the status of my project and get an estimated delivery time. Gary answered and acted as though he had no idea who I was or what project I was calling about. When I mentioned my previous conversation with Maggie, his tone became increasingly short and dismissive. Rather than continue an uncomfortable conversation, I simply said, "Thanks, have a great day," and ended the call. To my surprise, Gary called me back and began yelling. He told me I should be upset with my graphics team instead, claimed he had every right to throw the job away, and repeatedly asked, "Do you want it or not?" in an aggressive manner. He also insisted that he had told me he would not be in the office because he was at a football game and had left early the previous day. That conversation never happened. What was most frustrating was that this was a simple print job: an 11x17 graphic mounted to foam board. If Gary wasn't available, I would have expected someone on his team to be able to pick up where he left off and provide a basic status update. I've worked with many print vendors over the years and have never been spoken to so disrespectfully. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Because of this interaction, I will never use this Minuteman Press location again and cannot recommend it to others.
