On my most recent visit, I came in as a walk-in right when they opened, expecting the wait to be minimal. However, both employees were already with clients, so I waited. After I'd been sitting there for quite a while, another customer came in and asked how much longer it would be. The employees told her it would be about 10 more minutes and even acknowledged that I was next. About 10 minutes later, one of the employees finished with her client. Instead of calling me over, the woman who had arrived after me walked over, said, "I'm just going to go now. I'm in a hurry" and took the chair. The owner allowed it without saying anything to me or acknowledging that I'd already been waiting for over 35 minutes. What frustrated me most wasn't the wait itself--it was the complete disregard for my time. If there had been an explanation or even an apology, I would have understood. Instead, they knowingly let another customer skip ahead despite telling her that I was next. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. It's unfortunate because the quality of their work has always been good, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

Before she started, I clearly explained that I did not want my eyebrows rounded and that I prefer a defined arch. She finished in less than 4 minutes and did not follow my instructions. She made my eyebrows round, which is exactly what I asked her not to do. I had waited an entire month for my eyebrows to grow so they could have a nice shape, and now the shape is ruined. It was very frustrating because I feel she did not listen to what I wanted. I hope the management improves communication and ensures staff listen carefully to clients. Sadly, after this experience, I am not sure I will return.

If you pay card it's 8% extra. Parking was easy and I didn't wait at all when I came in. My lady did a full face and she was friendly and sweet.
