Anita has been amazing in getting my brows back in shape from a disastrous experience elsewhere while out of the country for an event. She truly listened to what I wanted and what I wanted back for my brows. She has a light touch and doesn't end the service till you're fully satisfied. She will take extra care to make sure you get what you're looking for and never pushes things you don't want. I love that. She measured my face and used a pen to see how far she had to thread, I mean I have never had anyone do that so I was very impressed how meticulous she was. Before she started, I clearly explained that I did not want my eyebrows rounded and that I prefer a defined arch. She finished in less than 4 minutes and did not follow my instructions. She made my eyebrows round, which is exactly what I asked her not to do. I had waited an entire month for my eyebrows to grow so they could have a nice shape, and now the shape is ruined. It was very frustrating because I feel she did not listen to what I wanted. I hope the management improves communication and ensures staff listen carefully to clients. Sadly, after this experience, I am not sure I will return.

To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. I have never had the same nurse and have only had 2 nurses that were actually nice. I have had a total of 10 sessions and my tattoos are barely faded. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference! Not to mention I was misquoted on the price from the very beginning. $1,400 down the drain. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
