I had redness and tenderness to my toes for weeks because they had cut my toenail too deep and most likely used tools that were not sanitized. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went in again but made sure to ask them not to cut too deep this time. Well they did it anyway. I also took my daughter with me and she ended up with the same problem on both her toes! I'm having to clean them up with alcohol several times a day just to make sure she doesn't get an infection. I will have to find a more sanitary nail salon in Palmdale because I'm too scared to get an infection from this place. Anyone else have a similar experience?
