The salon is really pretty, very clean, and has such a relaxing and welcoming ambiance. It always feels good coming here! Although my go-to nail techs are no longer here, I'm so happy to have found new ones who are just as amazing. CJ - She did my pedicure and did such a great job! She was very gentle, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Amy - She did my manicure, and oh boy, she is AMAZING! I came in with most of my nails broken, and she was very gentle and delicate with everything she did. She's very meticulous, takes her time, and really pays attention to every little detail. We walked in for our appointment early expecting to need time to pick colors and they sat us right away and started working. They treated my 6 yr old like an equal participant and took good care of her needs and nails and were kind and patient. Not how we were treated at balisima. Same with me. My pedicurist even continued to massage while the timer beeped for a short bit instead of rushing to be done. Much appreciated. He is also taking great care, paying good attention to detail and fixing any issues as he sees them. Also very relaxing. Its quiete, no loud repetative noises, people talking at normal volume and classic sounds of a nail salon. Enjoyable. Ive had less than nice service at other places around town and this place stands out as amazing in my book. I will say I felt a little rushed by being sat down so quickly and pelted with questions of what services we wanted. But I will be more prepared next time. And all the workers were just awesome I also did not love the physical stretch bending i had to do to get my hand in the UV machine when in the massage chair.

During the manicure, the technician was extremely rough with my cuticles. Instead of properly softening them with cuticle cream or allowing them to soak long enough, she briefly dipped my fingers in water (which she dipped from my pedicure water) and then began cutting and pulling at dry skin. It was uncomfortable and did not seem like proper cuticle care. I became so concerned about how my cuticles were being treated that I asked her not to trim the cuticles on my second hand at all. Three days later, my gel polish is already chipping, and my cuticles look damaged and ragged. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of poor technique or such short-lasting results. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but this experience was disappointing from both a service and quality standpoint. I would not return.

I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today.
