I didn't see the color I wanted so before she started, I stated that maybe I should not stay since I needed a specific color. She told me that she could mix colors and to trust her. She was rough and not at all making it a relaxing experience. When I said that I only wanted the basic gel pedicure, she was visibly upset. When she couldn't find the color she was looking for to mix with another color to make the color I had explained I was looking for, she showed much frustration. She was raising her voice and speaking rudely to me, the customer. She did not complete the service she demanded I pay for "or she would call the police." I called the number on the website in hopes to speak to a manager/owner, sent an email as well, heard back via text that Tracy has a loud voice that I must've mistaken for rude, and that if I wanted to come back to apply the gel polish it would be $20 more. I continued to express my complete shock with the way I was treated. David continued to tell me via text that I was charged for the service that the technician provided. He listed the service. I had already in my email and phone call told David that she had not done all the things on the listed services. He said that that only thing he could do was to Zelle or Venmo me $5. He also offered me to go back to the salon and pay $20 for polish or to bring my own. I have never left a bad yelp review but this business had a chance to make it right and the way they handled it was disgusting. I never want anyone else to have to go through what I went through this morning. Not only was Tracy incredibly rude, the place is dirty, the chairs are old, do not have options for massage, the tools she was using will probably cause me an infection, and the salon was just in all ways not the place you'd imagine feeling relaxed and treated in . When I went to another place to get the gel put on, the technician pointed out several things that were wrong. Tracy had applied the first layer of clear gel (no color) and I had to pay extra to the second place to have it properly removed. Do yourself a huge favor and continue down the road and skip this place. If I had to give one star to allow the review to be posted- I would give it zero stars if I could.
