She comes in all disheveled and looks like she was partying the night before. She also can be heard on the phone yelling and screaming. Its shocking that she doesnt care about her customers waiting in her office. One time she was in the room doing botox on me she got a phone call and walked out of the room mid treatment- how do you leave someone in a room like that. Disgusting. She came back in and did not even apologize. She calls herself a DOCTOR but she is really not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner anyone with a brain can look that up. Wouldn't that be considered fraud or malpractice, stating that you are a doctor and your not. She always talks over me without really listening to what i have to say. She only cares about the money. I blame myself for getting sucked into it. If you don't have money to spend she treats you like garbage. How is she still in business?? I had to go somewhere else and pay to have all the filler taken out. The other place told me the filler was "not placed right." One time I heard her arguing with her staff, it doesn't get any more unprofessional than that. She listed herself as a celebrity injector, I'm curious what celebrities she has injected. I mean just look at her social media- would you want that injecting your face. I can go on and on about this place and Jen but I wont, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble of going there.

I've been a patient at Drip Gym for the past 7 years, and I can say without hesitation that it has…read morebeen one of the most transformative investments I've ever made in my health. I originally started with NAD therapy, and it was truly life-changing. The impact on my productivity, mental clarity, sustained energy, and overall sense of wellbeing was immediate and profound. It felt like my cells were operating at full capacity again -- sharper focus, improved recovery, and a level of cognitive stamina that supported both my professional life and personal goals. From a longevity standpoint, NAD became a foundational part of my optimization routine. I later incorporated ozone therapy, which was another turning point. I had been struggling with preexisting medical issues that were affecting my quality of life, and ozone therapy helped resolve symptoms I had been managing for years. The difference in how I felt -- inflammation reduction, immune resilience, and overall vitality -- was remarkable. Most recently, I began ketamine therapy, and it has opened an entirely new level of healing and self-awareness. The experience is professional, safe, and deeply therapeutic. It's not just about symptom relief -- it's about transformation, clarity, and emotional reset in a way that traditional treatments never provided. What sets Drip Gym apart is not just the therapies -- it's the level of expertise, personalization, and genuine commitment to long-term wellness. They are at the forefront of regenerative and performance medicine, and it shows in every interaction. Seven years later, I'm still here -- stronger, sharper, healthier, and more resilient than ever. If you're serious about longevity, optimization, and real healing, Drip Gym is in a league of its own.

She didn't do extensions or pretty pins, she didn't offer to change the updo. The owner did airbrush makeup which was nice but nothing exceptional. A few hours later I was already missing a strip lash, and most of the foundation faded. Upon leaving, I intended to pay the $90.00 trial and bless the stylist with a very generous tip. Until I was told my bill for the trial is $400!!! I used Venmo to pay the $400 and decided between my own experience and all the terrible reviews I read online to find a different bridal hair and makeup team.

She came to my house in East Hampton and did a series of non ablative lasers over the course of 6 weeks, which completely transformed my dull pandemic skin. I was able to get an appointment the next day and with the owner too! It's a relatively new business and she definitely finessed the situation with professionalism and a super friendly attitude, especially when my 4 yr old kept grabbing her leg as she was working on my under arms. Luckily she has a steady hand and I'm not bald lol. I bought 2 packages for legs and underarms. I think it's like $125 more per package to do it in your home, but a babysitter for 3 kids so I can go have "mommy time" is way more in NY so frankly I'm winning here.

They say pictures speak more than words, so I will provide the images below. For my birthday I wanted a different, new fresh look so I reached out to book a butterfly haircut with face framing. May 2 2025 I went for service, when the so-called hairstylist finish my service, she failed to provide a mirror so I could see the back of my haircut, but I lasted a long time there so I needed to leave. While I was waiting for my ride, I seemed the receptionist and the hairstylist who did my hair talking in a different language, but they both kept looking at me. I stood up and tried to see the back of my hair but since it was partially curled( which was a request I did not ask for it.) I couldn't really tell the horrible job that she had done. I had my boyfriend take a picture once I left the salon. I reached out and let them know the horrible job they did, so they unhappily booked me for the next day made it seem like the other hairstyles were extremely busy and I was being an Inconvenience. The hairstyle that I seen that day told me the girl Who styled my hair didn't even use the right scissors to cut my hair and she agreed my haircut was cut was horrible. She tried to fix it, but obviously could not attached to Hair the other stylist removed so the "fix" is still horrible. I even heard the new hairstyle tell another customer as I was leaving that my hair was ruined by another hairstylist in that salon.I reached out to them, received my refund. I did ask the receptionist why she kept looking at me once my haircut was done. She admitted she was asking my hairstylist. Why was my hair cut "so different" The hairstylist apparently told her that's what I asked for, mind you she seen it was horrible and was the person who booked my appointment when I specifically asked for face framing, butterfly haircut. receptionist didn't provide me a mirror or bothered to take five seconds to ask if I was satisfied with my service. after all this was said and done, my hair is completely ruined. They chopped half of my hair off. The owner never bothered to reach out to me even though she was aware of the situationand the receptionist only advice was I hope your hair grows fast.. I took all the correct steps. I looked for a certified location and had this unfortunate, terrible traumatizing service not to mention it's permanent till my hair grows out. I am writing this review for anyone who does the mistake of going to the website and seen the beautiful work, but the truth is otherwise. Please, please please do not come to this hair salon. It should be shut down. Avoid the emotional damage they cause with a smile. The owner never reached out, even though the receptionist let me know she was aware of my situation. The owner only solution was a manicure which I was appalled, since it had nothing to do with my service, and I denied the free manicure In the fear of what else could go wrong or losing a finger. What made sense to me was maybe 1 of the products in the salon since they had walls full of them but they denied it. The one thing I can say about that location is, they have great teamwork as they all work together to destroy my hair. Picture 1 is my hair before stepping in this horrible salon Picture 2 what I showed her and what I asked for Picture 3 what the "hair-stylist" did Picture 4 after the different hairstylist "fixed" it
