This is such a fun place, I love how they rotate the stuff animals out so it's always new and fresh. Each machine costs $1 to play, and you need to exchange your money for Chibi Tokens. You can ask one of the workers to move the stuff plushies for you to make it easier to pick-up. They also can coach you on how to win. We've won a ton of plushies and our collection keeps piling up. If you get enough, they give you a complimentary free bag! You could exchange (current) plushies the day you win them for bigger ones at the front. Shout out to one of the workers, Jordy! Excellent customer service, looks like he loves what he does and he just radiates positive energy. Thanks again for all you do, Jordy!

Haiku: Chibi Claws Assorted stuffies Friendly and helpful workers Neatly arranged friends. --- We stumbled across this claw machine store while at Great Wolf Lodge (it's literally right next door). We've come a couple of times and both were top experiences. This place has really cute animal stuffies like Sanrio characters, Pokémon, Kpop Demon Hunters, and other adorable and endearing animals. What sets this spot apart from other stuffed animals gaming centers is that the staff is phenomenally friendly and helpful. They are constantly arranging the animals into neat rows for easier claw grabbing. I was having a difficult time grabbing an adorable croissant Jellycat-dupe, so the staff helped stack it higher for me to have a better chance at grabbing it. It worked! The coins are $1 per coin, but the machines here seem to be easier with better chances at securing a "strong claw grab." Also, the staff will help you upon request. We always leave with a bag stuffed with stuffies! There's also a section of the store where you can upgrade your stuffies by trading only day-of grabs. This is the perfect spot to bring the kiddos for a casual birthday outing. They don't have event space for rent, but you can bring your kid & friends and buy their tokens. They will go wild and have THE BEST TIME! Happy grabbing!

This place is super cute and addicting. Each play is one coin ($1). They have lots of cute plushies options. It was our first time so we're not very good, but I noticed a lot of other people were winning quite a bit. The claws do not have good grip (typical) but the games are still winnable. The worker noticed we were trying quite a few times to win a prize for our young son and he was very nice and helpful. Our little boys loved it!

I've been here three times and I LOVE IT! Super friendly staff who help you figure out how to win and also help place items in a way for you to grab them if requested. 1 credit per machine which is great because your money can go further. Trade ups available but only on same visit. Only reason why it's 4 stars is that it can vary how much you can win depending on the types of stuffies (heavier harder to win) and their positioning in the machine. I like the challenge of figuring it out though. It's in a mini mall complex so free parking.

First time checking this place out and it was cool. We've been to Kawaii Klaw and this place was similar but had different plushies. They do exchanges if you want to trade the ones you just won for another they have behind their cash register. Just know that once you leave with your plushies you CANNOT go exchange or return due to a hygiene policy. They have a loyalty program if you know you'll be back for more claw fun.

If you love the excitement of challenging claw games, this spot is the place for you. We spotted this place after our night at Great Wolf Lodge. My kids loved the prizes we won from cute plush animals, pencil holders, candies, and even snacks. For $20 worth, we got plenty of prizes and big bangs for your bucks! So worth it! Staff were friendly and gave us hints on how to win. You also have the option to trade in your plush animals for bigger ones. Super fun entertainment for the whole family.

Been to a ton of claw game spots, and this one is definitely fair. Not my biggest haul, but we spent $20 and walked away with two prizes. The employees are super cool--they go around adjusting the plushies in positions that make them winnable. All the crane strengths felt fair, with no sudden drops at the end, and every game was just $1 (1 token), which is awesome. We ended up snagging Steve from Minecraft and a capybara. Fun times!

My friends and I had so much fun at Chibi Claws and we won so many plushies. I even won enough plushies to trade for the big capybara , which costs 17 to trade and has high quality. The employees here are super friendly, and Jeff, one of the staff, keeps rearrange the plushy to help us win. I can't find any other claw shops that actually want you to win as many as you can like this place. They even show tips to help you win on most of the machines. We will definitely come back here cause "Chibi Claws is cheaper than therapy" when you need to relax or release stress. P/s: They also have new LABUBU and Demon Slayers character boxes in their machines!

Had the best experience here today! We stopped by just to check it out and walked away with 3 plushies and spent less than $20 believe it or not. The guy working there was super awesome and gave tips on how to catch them. He even bagged up the plushies for us. Another mother and child were playing as well- and they already had a few wins in the short time they were there. This isn't like other claw machine places that make it impossible for you to get anything. I'll definitely stop by there more often.

This place is so cool and clean. I really enjoyed waking around and seeing all of the prizes. The lights were pretty. Lots of different kinds of plush toys. You can trade for bigger items at the front desk too. Trades are only done during the same visit.

So satisfying for my inner child! I love claw machines but i never win anything lol. I love how easy it is to win a prize and its super cute. Its about $1 a token and $1 a try but the more you buy it can be a little cheaper. I got 22 tokens for $20. Took me about 6 trys to get the baby cinnamonroll and and 3 to get the jolteon, very reasonable and fun. You can also trade in the plushies for a larger prize.

I've been here twice now, and I can say with certainty that the claws here are NOT (as) rigged as many other places. There is a huge chance of winning on so many different prizes. For $20 we get 22 tokens between my wife and son we spend a decent amount of time here and leave with at least 4 or 5 prizes every time. The workers here and the family that owns it seem super nice and helpful and encourage winning. They will help by repositioning and giving tips of how to win a particular prize if you're looking. Overall this is a 4.5/5 to me only knock for me is claw prize selection could be a little on the weaker side / less variety. Overall a VERY fun experience! read more

Lots of fun for my little ones! You can trade all the toys you collected from the claw machine for one of their other toys on the shelves. My girl traded in all of her claw machine toys for a gigantic Pokemon. But you can only exchange it during the same visit. read more

The worker proactively repositioned the toys in the claw machine so my 7 year old can have a better chance. And he did this multiple times and even gave us couple of coins for when she hit the button when the time ran out (which makes the claw close in the air instead of descend). Spent $20 and my 7 ye old walked away with 5 six inch dolls like pikachu, hello kitty and other well known characters. Our family had a great time! read more

After spending the morning in Disneyland and having lunch at Red Robin, we decided to see what Chibi Claws was all about. Unfortunately it was 1pm and they don't open until 2 pm. So we decided to waste time Nickel Nickel. As soon as we entered there was a sign saying $2 per person admission for both players and non-players. My wife's mother was with us and she wasn't going to play and we mainly let our daughter play while we watch so I didn't think it would be worth it. Instead we went to Daiso and burned up some time by picked up some useless Knick Knacks. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by 2 young guys and one of them explained how everything worked and how much it cost per play. They provided a sweet carrying bag that doubles as a backpack. After many failed attempts on our first machine, the other guy came by to offer advice and repositioned the plushies to make it easier for my daughter to grab. During our time there, the two guys constantly walked around and made sure if we needed further "assistance" lol. They were amazing and super helpful. Kudos to both of them. The plushies were decent quality and they offered plenty of Japanese HK Kitty like characters (Didn't want to say the name). We will definitely be coming back here based on the friendly service. I've been coming to chibi claws ever since they opened! While the staff is nice, I do feel like the times I've came they don't really come up to you as much anymore to adjust the plushies unless you go up to ask them. I do like their plushies every now and then when they rotate them out! I do agree with the others with saying the claw is loose and doesn't grab, not sure if it's just over time they get loose, or if they loosen them. Mind you we had 20 tokens only won 4 the machines would pick up our plushie but right when it got to the top it would drop. their point system i can say is clutch if you want a bigger prize in the end! read more

First review of 2025. This is probably one of my favorite claw machine places. It's spacious and large. And you're likely to win. I spent $50 and got 7+ stuffies by ourselves. It's clean and the workers are nice too. It's like Vegas gambling but for kids. The thrill of winning is addicting. read more

overall score: C+ the machines here are a little weak and the plushies are a stocked low. the prizes are ok.. there are a few cute ones but if they are cute then they are a tad too big for the claw making it hard to grab. the claws seem strong at first, but always bounces out one way or another. it could also be due to the borders being curved inside and high up. the value is good though being $1 a play. i would give this place a higher rating if there were better / cuter prizes. read more

Went here with my friend today and it was really fun! Everything was very clean, organized, staff were super helpful when we asked to reposition one of the machines. It was our first time visiting so they helped explain to us the trade up system, but the plushies we won were very cute so we just kept them as-is. There were little sticky notes on a lot of the machines with "tips" for winning them which was nice; worst come to worst, the payout was actually quite fair for two of the plushies that we were having a hard time grasping. I think I'd definitely come back again!! read more

Woot woot...We enjoyed like kidos...Such a great place to be and such a fun night! We got the best customer service. They were welcoming! You can pay for token/ with cash or card! I agree with the feedbacks about their machines because we kept some of them and it was so weird that the machine moved so firm that toy fell down!!! It wasnt satisfying feeling but it makes sense you are not there to win most of them! It was nice of them that they were offering to rotate them even though in some cases it didbt help but again it was good feeling to know they are there to make your experience great...The plushies were so cute and you were able to trade in before you walk out of the place! Atmosphere was great...People were excited, laughing some of them angry to not catching it some of them were happy! Overall it had a high energy and it was fun to be here and definitely we'll back! There is always available parking spots outside so no limitation of how long you are parking there and you can enjoy your time! read more

Very fun and worth checking out with friends and family. We did the $50 and got 10 extra coins. All machines take 1 coin and prettt good chances of winning a stuffed animal. Cute variety of stuff animals and sizes. Really cool you are able to trade in for a bigger price at the end if you don't want all the little items. We won 11 stuffed animals and end up trading some for a medium size animal instead. Staff were amazing and so kind and very helpful. Very clean and making sure everything is wiped down properly. Definitely go back and you easy pay for $50 coins and split with 3 kids and they all would have fun. read more

This place has extremely good claws and they grab the prizes with good gorge, unlike other arcades where the claws are limp. The staff are also super helpful and help you fluff up the prizes so that it is easier to grab. Overall a good experience and even more winnings! read more

I am OBSESSED with this place! They have so many cute plushies and the claw machines are exactly like the ones in Japan. Each play is around $1. We stumbled upon Chibi Claw accidentally walking to the nickel arcade from Great Wolf Lodge. When we entered staff greeted us so excited, friendly, and warm. It happened to be opening day! Staff explained everything to us and were readily available anytime we needed any help. I can't say enough good things about the owners and their staff. They really make you feel special. This place is affordable for families and an excellent way for parents and their kids to spend time together. I even think this is a great spot for a date. We even stayed past checkout time from GWL to make sure we could go to the chibi claw again the next day, and when we arrived the next day staff remembered us and were sooooo kind and generous to our family. 11/10 stars!! I wish the young family who opened this shop the best of luck and many more years of success. Please open one in west Chula Vista in the future!! read more

This place is so fun and so glad that there is a place like this in Garden Grove! I came here with my friends on Saturday and we were all able to win a prize (they have post it notes to give you helpful hints to win) Nick greeted us as soon as we came in and also provided bags for our plushies. My son has been begging for a trip to a claw machine arcade. I finally relented and brought my two boys to Chibi Claws. It was an amazing experience. For $100 we hauled in over 25 plushies and spent about 75 minutes in the venue. The workers were very kind and supportive. This is worth a visit for everyone. read more

Great place for a date or to take your kids. Place is super clean and machines are all working. Staff is super nice, I kept bugging the guy for reposition and he was super willing to help. It's $1/play, which I think is reasonable. I liked how there's staff to help you vs. competitors that doesn't have anyone if you have any issues. Stuffed animals are cute, hopefully they change it out regularly. Can't wait to come back! read more

I LOVE claw machines and have been playing these mini ones at my local boba shop, but have always been bummed by the high prices. One day I randomly searched "Claw Machines in OC" and Chibi Claws appeared. I went that night with my partner and was so impressed and excited! There are so many pros to rave about Chibi Claws. The prices are so affordable, $1 per play and they even give additional coins depending on how much you put down initially. The plushies are QUALITY, and they're super cute! That makes me want to play almost every claw they have. Super dangerous for me, super good on them! The staff are so helpful! They help rearrange the plushie for you in case it's too difficult to grab. They also offer trade ups for rare or larger stuffed animals. I traded in two animals I won for one I saw on the shelf behind the register. This place has it all and I have to stop myself from coming here as often as I want. I'm so excited to take more friends and family here read more

There's a reason why this specific claw machine shop is so highly rated. Family owned, and very friendly. My husband and I came with our three kids, and the worker was so nice. Best claw place in OC! I usually only play at claw machines places in Vegas since the chances of winning at places in OC are so low. However, my fiancé and I won 7 plushies here! Like 180 deg difference from some of the bowling places or arcades in the area where the employees make you feel like you are totally bugging them and if they are personally paying for the prizes. There are some typical crazy bends and places you have to hit the ball to get to the hole. Also some structures you have to get into at some point. I visited this claw machine store three times, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. My first visit was amazing. The machines had decent claw strength, and the staff member was active, friendly, and helpful. They walked around, checked on customers, adjusted prize positions, and made sure people were not wasting too much money on one machine. I was able to win about one plush for every $5. Unfortunately, my second and third visits were completely different. The machines felt much weaker, and the staff member mostly stood at the counter using his phone. He occasionally adjusted random machines that no one was even using, which honestly just made me wonder why he was touching them at all. On my second visit, I spent $20 just to win one plush. On my third visit, I spent over $40. The plushies are cute, but the customer service and machine quality were very inconsistent.
