Super fun place! The staff is great. The game hints are really helpful. I started off slow, but got the hang of it.

I had to win a capybara!

If this is not the greatest arcade in Southern California, I don't know what is…read more They still use coins for their machines here, and they still print physical tickets that you can redeem for prizes. They have over 100 games, just as much as, if not more than, your local Chucke cheese. You can host parties or just come on a casual day and have a blast. It does get packed but is not crazy packed; it's still really fun. Price point is the best selling point of the arcade; you pay in nickels exactly what the name implies. Most games cost about 5 nickels at most, which is about a quarter per game. You can order quarters in bulk, 3, 5, 9, or 10$. It is a baggie filled with nickels for whatever price point you decide to buy. You can also request additional baggies to separate your coins between People or baggies for your tickets. Admission is about $2 per person to get in, but it is not expensive at all. With $20, the four of us spent a good 1 hour and 30 minutes having fun. We were also able to get some really cool prizes at the end. My kids loved it, and although it is a drive for us from the San Fernando Valley, we will be making this trip very often because it is so worth it. Highly recommend this arcade spot.

There was no warning, no signage, no posted rule, and no indication whatsoever that slightly moving a machine could result in being removed from the arcade. We were paying customers there with our children, enjoying our time, and the entire situation was handled extremely unprofessionally. What was unfair was being immediately asked to leave over something minor without any warning or clearly communicated policy. Parents, just be aware: you can be a paying customer with your children and still be kicked out without a warning over something you were never told was a rule. Ps: homegirl with the glasses and light brown curly hair had a rude attitude, unprofessional behavior, and the way she handled the situation resulted in extremely unfair treatment toward my family. Very disappointing experience.

I don't know how this place doesn't have many more reviews but this is such a cute spot to take…read morekids or even a date to if they're into all these cute stuffed animals! They have a great variety, and the claw isn't weak, although it did take a few times on some machines to get a winning, I think that could be from the prize being a little heavy. Overall, I think the price is good a dollar per try, they had good music going on, a good amount of customers in there, even though it's in a mall that's slowly closing down. Me and my daughter had a great time, we probably spent over an hour there.

This is located within the Westminster mall, on the second floor occupying a pretty large space. I came to this location because the Groupon I had only worked here and not at the Alhambra location. The worker at the location was nice and took care of my Groupon. She gave us a basket for our tokens. She mentioned that this is probably the largest Kawaii Klaws location out of all the another areas. There are easily 30+ different claw machines in this location. There was enough variety in plushies among the machines, but I wish they had more as there were a lot of commonalities among Sanrio and a lot of bunny inspired plushies. We left with 4 plushies on this visit, the staff working their was friendly and she said she loved my bf's and my energy which I thought was so lovely of her to mention...I asked her name but forgot but she was really sweet. If you're looking for a place to kill time and want to try and score some cute plushies this is the place!

Review #1010 2026-080…read more The Boardwalk Games & Arcade features different interactive games as well as an arcade with the latest & most popular games. The latter was reimagined in 02/2025 as The Factory Floor Arcade to feature a 1920s factory theme with 70 games & virtual reality attractions: Godzilla & Rilex Coaster. Players can redeem their winnings at the redemption counter that's stocked with prizes. The outdoor area is lined with traditional midway carnival games of skill & chance: 3-Point Challenge, Beach Ball Bust, Boardwalk Hoops, Bonkers, Dune Buggy Dash, Gearhead Knock Down, Hang Time Challenge, Hi-Striker, Ring Toss, Strike Out, Surf's Up, The Guessing Game (Knott's operator either guesses age or weight within a specific margin to win a prize), Woodstock's Birdbath (this is a "winner every time" game), etc. Both require additional fees from park admission. We rarely play at the Boardwalk Games & Arcade unless there's a collectible toy that caught our kids' eye. While it's a couple of dollars, it adds up due to the difficulty level, except Woodstock's Birdbath (but its prizes are less desirable), & the frustration of not winning anything after spending a lot of time & money. A $5 plushie might cost $50 after multiple failed attempts... yikes! We limited our kiddos to $20. One of the handful of times my eldest played, H won a Squishmallow at one of the booths on her 1st try! ^_^ Whoohoo! Recommended: If you're pretty skilled or just damn lucky, I'd say go for it!

Okay so an arcade at a theme park should come with certain expectations, but C'MON!…read more The games here are new and working, which is great, but the PRICE is way too high. If you are here and you are absolutely itching to play at an arcade, it's fine for what it is, but the ticket redemptions and the price per play is a big rip off. In addition, they have claw machines that are all set to such a low rate of winning that it's totally not worth it at all. I wouldn't recommend it. If you are really in an arcade mood, there are plenty of spots outside of the theme park that you can go to.

It was definitely a lot smaller than I remembered now that I am an adult, but it was truly the perfect size theme park for toddlers. It's nice that pretty much everything is included, just a couple of things that cost extra, like food to feed the animals, souvenirs, arcade games, but mostly everything we wanted to check out was included. Our kids are 3 1/2 and 5 and pretty much enjoyed all the rides! The roller coaster is a little rough, but I think it just depends on your kid, since my younger one really enjoyed it. They have food available to buy in the center of the park and tables all around, making it really easy to just take a break to eat something. I like that everything is really close to each other, so you don't feel like you're walking around a maze to get around. I wouldn't even bother with a stroller because everything is so close to each other. The tickets are the same price for anyone above one year old. I do wish the kids tickets were a little bit cheaper, but other than that, I thought it was a pretty fair price, considering you'd probably pay the same amount for a similar type wristband for rides at a fair for example, and at least younger kids can ride all of these ones. You probably wouldn't be able to spend a whole day here because of the size but an afternoon or a morning is plenty, especially for this age range.

8/17/26 birthday planning inquiry with Adam…read more I had a nice conversation with Adam regarding booking for a birthday. He was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Whenever I had a question he was unsure about, I was placed on a brief moment hold and he would have an answer for me as soon as he got back. We checked in again beginning of September and head count information as we near my event date. He was thorough and always provides an email updated promptly after we complete the call. Even though I am not a John's incredible pizza fan, I am definitely a fan of their top tier birthday event staff service coordination. Adam has been fantastic thus far. I hope we have a smooth birthday celebration for my daughter! Thank you, Adam for everything!

Prob better I don't know. And this wasn't the staff's fault. Entire game floor and ticket booth areas ran by 2 young men... pulled in every direction for broken games and refunds. Waited AT THE COUNTER for ticket rewards for 10 minutes. A little crazy with 2 little guys... and no line... literally just waiting for one of the TWO guys to be free. They looked ragged and prob could've used a little extra help. The food is okay. Very slim pickings at lunch time... you have to wait for the pizzas to come out or you may not get any. No salad bar at lunch?! Don't know if that's normal on weekdays or just a today issue as we usually come at evening or on weekends.... But not okay considering I cannot survive on pizza and microwave pasta. Anyhow, I don't know if the poor staffing and few food choices is deliberate- to discourage lunchtime visitors or just the way they do it... but it's not working for me. It's pretty sad that even my 2 lil guys (5yo, 8yo) both said "Dave"n"Busters is better, right?..... The truth outta the mouth of babes.
