I received no information as to what was being used and what was being done. I got little information absent of the push to buy a product that I still can't tell the reason for. I left with whatever was the last product on my face peeling off which was unfortunate as I was quickly transitioning to an on-site dinner. I don't think it was a moisturizer. Things were out on my face and just removed, it felt like something I could have done in my room myself. I didn't get any massaging. Things stipulated in the description and it was the same cost as the massage and I have gotten much more for less at like facilities. The card did not have an expiration date printed on it, but I was told it had expired. Instead of honoring the gift card, the business charged my credit card that was on file and kept my gift card, telling me it needed to be shown to the manager. I was assured a manager would call me the following day. No one called. Over the next several days, I made multiple phone calls and was repeatedly told someone would get back to me. Again, no one did. When I went back to the business simply to retrieve my gift card, I was told they didn't have it. The conversation then escalated to the point where my husband and I were told to leave or the police would be called. I reached out to the owner directly by email and never received a response. I have since filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General because I was unable to resolve the matter with the business. Everyone can make a mistake, but what disappointed me most was the complete lack of communication and customer service. Had someone simply returned my calls and worked with me to resolve the issue, this review probably wouldn't exist. Edit after receiving your response calling me a liar: I messaged you again with my phone number, my husband's phone number, and my email address. We still have received no phone call, email, or any messages. There is a law in Missouri that gift cards do not expire. Your associate told me you were out of town when we called and came in, and that we were not a priority. After reading other people's reviews, I see that you definitely do not value your clients.
