Absolutely unacceptable. I paid $20 at the pump and received ZERO gas, yet my card was still charged. This place is either running faulty pumps or outright scamming customers. Staff was unhelpful and acted like this was normal. I will be reporting this station to the Department of Weights and Measures and disputing the charge with my bank. Check your receipts and gas gauges carefully if you come here because apparently they're okay taking people's money without providing fuel. Avoid this station. read more

Monday 6.6.22 This is a fine place, easy entry and exit , clean island and pumps, lots of soapy water and squeegees for window cleaning and no oil / Diesel fuel pills on the island where you have to stand to fill your tank . Nice inside, friendly staff and all the cold drinks & junk food you'd ever want, sparkling clean well stocked restrooms with soap, water and towels . NO TRASH ANYWHERE . THANK YOU ! . Be aware that as of today they're still selling Dino Diesel and the pump nozzles all have FUNGUS ! this is a very bad thing, any time you see black crud on a Diesel fuel nozzle it means fungus that _will_ transfer into your tank and cause problems . so I went inside the extra mile convenient store at this Chevron and I went to go buy a Red Bull and got a cup of ice to put my Red Bull inside. I put a creamer inside the red bowl and a woman comes up to me and says, are you mixing drinks? I went to explain that I was putting a Red Bull in the cup, but she didn't even give me the chance to finish my sentence before she said "I don't recommend that because those cups are for fountain drinks only" I guess it would've been acceptable if she would've said it with a nicer tone but instead, she came out as angry as if we were going to steal the whole place. I don't know who she is or who she think she is but one thing I do know is that she does not own the place. I was most certainly gonna pay for whatever I had to pay for even if they charge me for the cup I wasn't trying to steal it. Obviously I was gonna pay then when I get to the counter and explain that I put the Red Bull in the cup. He had no problem with it, so what was the big deal! Beware, this station does not honor the Vons Reward program even though they have signs at every pump and it's printed on the receipt that they do. I actually was told that the reward amount of .10 a gallon was taken off of my grocery bill next time I went shopping. The clerk told me that if I thought I was being ripped off (his exact words) then I could call onMonday and talk to the owner. I asked for the phone number and he said I needed to google it. When i told him he was wrong, and that i use this program frequently, he said that he was trained several times on this and that was how it worked. I paid $3.89 for mid grade. I find myself driving to Torrance frequently for work and I am always the one that forgets to fill their tank prior to leaving.... This brings me to Cabrillo Cheveron. It is a clean gas station with friendly attendants, however the price is higher per gallon (by roughly .7 to .10 as far as I have seen) than that of surrounding stations. The upside? This station is convenient and on my route to the freeway during heavy traffic. I keep trying to be more mindful of my gas tank so I no longer have to stop here, but I am sure I will forget again and end up back here. If you're in the same boat as I, I am sure I will see you filling up! If you're looking to save some cash and don't mind driving an extra block or two out of the way, you can find your gas cheaper elsewhere. Very clean bathrooms. I do not normally use a gas station's restroom, but sometimes you have to. Friendly cashier had a different name Stanna I think. Very helpful and pleasant. Open 24 hours too. Gas was reasonable. Paper towels to clean your windshield and clean window cleaner. You always need gas, so get there where they appreciate your patronage. read more

This is my regular coffee shop today the cashier Aracely was super rude. I ask her if she will make more regir al coffee she reply whatever is there is what we have. I ask her nicely can you please put a new one the other nice lady's they always do. " if you want to wait more than 10 min because it's going to be a long wait and this is the only that I have " she really took her time to put it in. I fill up my gas here ALL THE TIME. And when I say ALL THE TIME I mean at least 90% of the time. I have all the receipts for my fill ups since the day that I bought my lunch box and this place has a friendly staff and pumps that work. Just there's one pump where the credit card reader is busted. It's the pump closest to the entrance of the snack shop. They are open 24 hours and they will even let you buy drinks even when they are technically closed. And the owner is our Mayor. not much to say except that i frequent this place because it's probably the closest gas station to where i work. i get everything here... gas, lotto tickets, snacks, drinks... and their bathrooms are kind of clean... for a gas station, that is. i wish they didn't charge for air and water (for your car), but then again there aren't too many gas stations these days that offer it for free anymore. read more

Credit card readers are not compliant with current security standards. This is a huge issue since there has been a lot credit card skimming in the area. The staff is uninterested in the problem, and pretty much told me they don't care if I come back. read more

Bought some lottery tickets, when clerk gave me the tickets I was charged $18.00 more on the ticket than what was on my slip, a single line lottery cost me 20.00 ($18.00 overcharge) and clerk claimed that I did something wrong and she knows nothing about the lottery so she couldn't do anything about it. To keep the argument down I paid the extra money which I am now played up until November 24th but it's the point of the lie. Called the lottery office and was told that she should have cancelled the ticket which she said she could not so beware when buying lottery ticket there. read more
